Booked 2 rooms for family of 5. Got upgraded during check-in, what a pleasant surprise. Location was fantastic, with minatomirai line train being next door. Parked our car at pier, about 5mins of walking. Close to red brick warehouse . Will definitely stay again if we’re in town.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Love the amenities, they even provide face mask. There are convenience stores nearby, so we had had food despite arriving almost midnight. Hotel provides shuttle to the nearest train station. Great location for those arriving late/departing early to/from haneda airport. Hotel is now lmown are Warehouse Hotel. Although room is quite small, but love the separate shower room.

We had a very pleasant experience staying in this hotel. Top notch services and the location is unbeatable, right next to JR kawasaki station. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom has a separate bath tub. 10 out of 10.

Exceptional location. Located directly above the Shinyokohama Station, very convenient for business travelers, especially if you're arriving/departing by train. 5 min walk to Ramen Museum!!

Good location for cruise people n shopping area. The parks are good for kids that near the hotel

The hotel is quite new, just opened in 2024. It is quite close to the train station of yokohama, covered all the way from the train station to shopping arcades to the hotel. You don't even need to have your umbrella if it rains. The hotel is easy to locate. It is quite tidy with all the basic stuffs in the room. You can watch youtube in the TV. The staff are friendly and helpful. One thing I think can improve, this hotel brand (which I have lived in a number of different hotels from this brand) requires room cleaning (even if you decline so) every 3 days (if you live more than 3 days). I don't think it is necessary if the hotel guests do not require so in order to save manpower and be more environmental friendly (which I think the hotel is on one hand promoting). . Overall, I think the hotel is good.

Very welcoming from lobby staff and spacious room with very nice shower and toilet. Although the location is not the most central but Yokohama is a small area and metro is about 10mins walk. Good thing that there’s a Lawson just across the road. Cons: can’t seems to operate the tv. Can’t watch YouTube (maybe we don’t know how to use). Wish there’s English instructions. It’s a shame there’s no coin laundry nearby. It will be nice.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife during one night. Though the location was not so good due to the distance that was a little too far to walk to the closest subway's station, the facility was so clean and the service was excellent, so I strongly recommended to you if your priority is ”staying in excellent hotel to mitigate your stress and another reasons, but if not, you had better choose different hotel in the case of enjoying sightseeing or business.

During my recent trip to Tokyo, I stayed three nights at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier, and it was fantastic! The sea view was breathtaking, and the attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that brought in stunning views—whether it was the ocean by day or the city lights at night, I could never get enough! The hotel’s amenities were a delight. I loved the rooftop pool and the indoor gym, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The Italian restaurant and bar offered delicious food, and I highly recommend the breakfast. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The modern design, inspired by Yokohama’s cruise culture, added a unique touch to my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I felt I truly got my money's worth!
