This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The facilities are brand new, the place is spotless, and the staff are incredibly welcoming, providing thoughtful and meticulous service. Honestly, it's the best hotel of its class – no exaggeration. Next time I'm in Kumamoto, I'll definitely be staying here again. The hotel is right next to the AMU shopping mall, making dining, shopping, and entertainment super convenient. Plus, the station is just downstairs, so it's a breeze to get to Kumamoto Castle or Sakuramachi. They even have a large public bath, which is perfect for unwinding and washing away the day's fatigue when you get back to the hotel at night.

The hotel is located on the mountain, the scenery is beautiful, there is a swimming pool, but it is not enough time, there is a hot spring, it is best to drive more convenient, the waiter will only speak Japanese when checking in, but it is polite, most of the hotel guests are Japanese, the breakfast is rich and delicious!
