Very advantageous central location, cosy rooms and welcoming service. The only annoying item is extremely small choice of channels on the TV, neither local nor international.
Breakfast is OK, though not the best in the city by far.
I booked a room for my mother. Thank you for allowing her to check in a bit earlier – it was very helpful and much appreciated, as she didn’t have to wait in the lobby.
Overall, everything was good. However, there was one issue: there was an empty white bottle left in the room (it looked like a used vodka bottle), and there was no drinking water provided, even though the photos showed two green bottles of mineral water included in the room
Top hotel. Very close to the train station and there are large shopping malls nearby. 5 minutes to the old town. The hotel is luxuriously decorated and the rooms are very warm. The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming and beautiful.
Hi Travelers
so i choose this hotel for my 3 night stay,
i was absolutely shocked to hear that a boutique hotel provides no safe deposit box in your room,
you have to hand over your personal items at reception for safe keeping,
This is absolutely not the way to run a boutique hotel ,
so i was left waiking around with passport & cash,They also do not provide a room clean service & will charge you for changing bedding,
i will definitely avoid this hotel for future stays,
This is the third time I've been here. The Wi-Fi network was broken during the first two days of our stay. After reporting it to the front desk a few times, it improved a little. Other services are still as good as before. You can borrow an umbrella on rainy days. There is an Aldi nearby, a large Carrefour, and it is the terminal for many trams. The breakfast also has a rich variety.
The hotel is situated next to a large, beautiful park and is just two tram stops from Krakow. A bus stop is conveniently located a mere two-minute walk from the entrance, making transportation very easy. There are several other hotels in the vicinity, and a small supermarket is also nearby. I particularly enjoyed the room's interior color scheme, and the bathroom was impeccably clean.
Hotel with beautiful interiors. Very tasty breakfast, a large choice of food. The only minus is the price for parking (which is hard to find on hotelu-180 zł.) and the idleness in the photo of the lock from the credit card (Zł. 400) , the amount automatically blocked after checking, for the use of paid services, Unlocked only after telephone intervention after many hours of check-in.
Great location and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Nice cafe alongside the hotel too. Within walking distance to old town, castle, and river. Lots of vegan options too. The staff were extremely friendly as well as the airport pickup driver arranged by the hotel who was so friendly and informative about what to do and see in Krakow.
Great Service and Comfortable Stay
I had a wonderful stay, The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated being able to check in early, which made my trip much more convenient.
The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though the view from my window wasn’t the best. Additionally, the location was a bit farther from the city than I had anticipated, but it was still manageable.
Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent customer service!
The location is very advantageous. It is very close to various attractions and can be reached on foot. Although the room is not big, it is neat and clean. The decoration is also quite new. There are many varieties of breakfast.

AAnonymous UserI had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Hotel Airport by Hilton from 30th December 2024 to 3rd January 2025, and it was a generally pleasant experience. Booking it through Trip.com was just the best decision—it was seamless, and I got great value for my stay.
The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers, with easy access to the airport. Despite being so close, the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay.
The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, perfect for unwinding after long days. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of maintaining the room to the highest standard.
Breakfast, while offering decent quality, could use more variety. The menu was almost the same every day, which became repetitive after a few days. Adding more options or rotating dishes would greatly enhance the dining experience.
The hotel's overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks to the courteous and professional staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, offering assistance with a smile whenever needed.
The facilities, including the fitness center, were top-notch, and I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay.
As I was there during the New Year holiday, I was also impressed by how smoothly the hotel managed the increased number of guests without compromising on service quality.
I recommend Hampton Hotel Airport by Hilton for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service, and I’m glad I booked through Trip.com for an effortless experience. I would gladly stay here again in the future.
GGine GuyThank you for such a lovely and comfy stay with the outstanding service from the receptionists to the maids, the chefs, the staff, and the mechanic. All my needs and wants fully served perfectly. See you my second home in Krakow❤️❤️❤️
GGuest UserOttima posizione, hotel confortevole, bella camera
SSiraThe Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto instantly impressed me with its beautiful, modern, playful lobby design — highlighted by a replica of Queen Barbara’s dress (wife of King Zygmunt August), complete with a plaque sharing her story. Service was another highlight: the check-in staff were warm and welcoming (one even greeted me in Thai), and homemade snacks were offered at both check-in and check-out. The location is superb, directly opposite Galeria Krakowska, a massive mall with everything from luxury brands to groceries, restaurants, and a food court. It’s also just a short walk from the Market Square, main shopping streets, and the Czartoryski Museum, home to Leonardo da Vinci’s Lady with an Ermine. Wawel Castle and the Kazimierz district are a bit farther, but still manageable on foot with comfortable shoes. My room was clean and comfortable, though a little plain, and the bathroom on the small side. Breakfast was the one weak spot — the food selection was modest, and at peak times the dining room felt cramped, sometimes leaving only counter seating (I recommend going later once the rush has passed). Still, these are minor quibbles. With its inviting lobby, warm and attentive service, and unbeatable location, this hotel is an easy one to recommend.
GGuest UserVery advantageous central location, cosy rooms and welcoming service. The only annoying item is extremely small choice of channels on the TV, neither local nor international.
Breakfast is OK, though not the best in the city by far.
GGuest UserPerfect stay in centre of Old Town only 2 min walk to Town Square. Very professional staff who are so friendly and helpful. Superb underground luxurious Spa. We chose an internal room overlooking the restaurant rooftop - the room was absolutely perfect for us being so quiet and a comfy king-size bed. High quality furnishings with beautiful bedding and good choice of pillows. Beautiful bathroom with a fantastic shower complemented the quality of the room.
This hotel is pure luxury with a high quality finish which we could not fault.
There are so many restaurants on the door step we decided to sample as many as possible around the old Town rather than use the hotel breakfast and dinner options.
I've travelled with corporate brand hotels for many years with work and I really don't see any advatange of point rewards when you find private hotels to this standard at very competitive prices. The corporate chain hotels are also out of the old town area, so it makes this hotel a perfect choice. I will certainly return to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it.
GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, just a three-minute walk from the train station and the Old Town, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Having opened less than a year ago, its facilities are modern and top-notch. I particularly appreciated the modern water heater and coffee machine in the room, along with the bathrobes and slippers. The luxurious and comfortable bedding made for a truly enjoyable stay. The bathroom was spacious and bright, and a hairdryer was provided, though I found the shower pressure a bit weak. Breakfast was abundant and high-quality, featuring Polish specialties and sophisticated beverages, especially the fresh juices. There was even a dedicated station for made-to-order hot items like omelets. Most importantly, the hotel staff were professional and welcoming, making me feel right at home. All in all, this is an excellent value-for-money 4-star hotel. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Krakow and highly recommend it to others.
GGuest UserThe location is convenient from the train station and the old town. The room facilities are very good, our room is on the fifth floor, there is always a sound on the top floor at night, but fortunately there is no night. Breakfast food such as Samsung Hotel, hot dishes are also less variety, there are two languages Bowen and English without photos, too inconvenient.
MMarius ZI would have given perfect review for the hotel but my check out experience wasn’t good as I was charged 50 euros more than I was supposed to. The girls at the reception blamed trip.com and even questioned if I ordered other services via website even though the hotel charged me. As they couldn’t figure out why why charged me more they asked me to write email to the hotel’s administrator. He did solve the problem and refunded the overpaid amount but the check out stress caused me anxiety. Otherwise, the hotel room is really nice and big and the location is in a peaceful neighborhood in front of a park, easy to reach city center via public transportation. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but there’s plenty of places nearby to eat. Nice touch - capsule coffee machine in the room and free coffee in the lobby.
