Ottima posizione, hotel confortevole, bella camera Purtroppo poco silenziosa la camera 105 in quanto il climatizzatore troppo rumoroso e per completare si sentiva in continuazione il rumore delle rotaie del tram situato a poca distanza, fino a mezzanotte e poi riprendeva intorno alle sei e anche se durante la giornata non stai molto in camera la sera e la mattina presto diventa insopportabile, a volte tremava pure la stanza Ottima colazione con poco dolce per noi italiani Cambiando camera lo consiglierei vivamente

Hotel is a little out the way of the main square, but a short taxi ride away. Lidl supermarket round the corner, hotel itself was in super clean condition, WiFi included, stsff very polite, I'd definitely stay here again for sure!

The hotel is situated next to a large, beautiful park and is just two tram stops from Krakow. A bus stop is conveniently located a mere two-minute walk from the entrance, making transportation very easy. There are several other hotels in the vicinity, and a small supermarket is also nearby. I particularly enjoyed the room's interior color scheme, and the bathroom was impeccably clean.

Thank you for such a lovely and comfy stay with the outstanding service from the receptionists to the maids, the chefs, the staff, and the mechanic. All my needs and wants fully served perfectly. See you my second home in Krakow❤️❤️❤️

Location was okay , there wasn’t any shops close by , town was 15 mi utes by cab and standard room , a very bad hair dryer which doesn’t help much. Had food in restaurant which was great.

It must be noted that most European hotels don’t provide toothbrushes, shampoo, or slippers in the room anymore. Hotel Krowodrza did provide a 2-in-1 body soap cum shampoo and that was appreciated! The door lock was modern and safe. Staff was also very helpful and friendly! The hotel also provided free water and parking so that was really nice. It’s a few tram stops outside of the city but in a quiet and safe neighbourhood! Would choose to stay here again if I visit Poland for its reasonable pricing and safety.

The hotel environment is very good, the neighborhood is very quiet, and the restaurant downstairs is also good. The breakfast is average and there are not many things. There is also an Aldi, not far from the tram station, and it takes more than ten minutes to go to the old town.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very well appointed and spacious including the bathroom. The dining experience in the restaurant was also enjoyable and breakfast was more than adequate. I would not recommend this hotel if you have a car though. Hard to find and access is difficult. Parking fees in my view are excessive.

It was a wonderful experience to stay in Bella for 2 nights. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern aesthetics with a touch of traditional charm. The location is ideal, situated within walking distance of the main square and other key attractions, making it easy to explore the city. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring all the necessary amenities to make my visit enjoyable.I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers!

Very nice hotel with a good location when you want to have a bit of privacy. The breakfast was tasty with many options. Good hotel service.
