Incredible!!!! Extremely sympathetic and performing service, clean and welcome environment, incredible breakfast with four tables full of products, really represent the peerly breakfast of the hotel we all idealize! The room was perfect for the private garden, with access to the jaccuzy sauna and pool.

The facility was clean and quite large. It was too cold for the pool. Do make sure you walk around the grounds and go to the water. We did not find it til the last night. Staff was super nice and attentive. They even set up reservations for us at a local restaurant. There are 3 restaurants but it seems they alternate which one is open. It was October so it may be due to the slower season.

The hotel is in the centre of Horta, you walk down a street and you are in the port. It is old but everything is very clean and has spectacular views. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. Bring a swimsuit and a cap as there are free indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a gym. The staff help you as much as they can and speak a lot of Spanish. There is free parking nearby.

Perfect location on a beautiful island. Better get the room with a sea view and watch the boats come in. Good breakfast plenty of choice and wonderful fresh fruit. Staff all very pleasant and spread the happiness. Excellent pool kept meticulously clean. Hot tub if rain comes and hot sauna. R3 Restaurant just across the road. Gentle stroll along the front into town and the marina.

Overall the hotel is good, great location to get to all the attractions. Plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast was limited, nothing new to eat during the week. In the room: limited number of sockets, inconvenient location, some of them are not working. Room cleaning: the room was cleaned once during the week, which is very strange, there is an option to receive vouchers instead of cleaning, which we were not interested in, since without a voucher, the staff had to clean the room, which was not done. Only after a direct appeal at the reception and a personal request the next day we finally received new towels and a cleaned room.

Très bien situé pour se promener à travers d’Horta à pied. Le chambres sont grandes et les lits confortables mais mériteraient un peu de rafraîchissement.

One bedroom and one living room area 40-50 square meters, with kitchen. Electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator are all available. We went to the supermarket to buy vegetable pizza, do it ourselves, and the taste was more suitable than the outside restaurant. The hotel provides breakfast and the quality is very good. The room is equipped with Bluetooth sound system, electric curtains, and a lot of selling points. We rented a car and drove there, and the hotel underground garage was free to park. A very satisfied stay.

We have been very friendly and helpful with the staff. The breakfast was of high quality, with a wide variety of options for all tastes, served in a beautiful room with large crystals and spectacular views of the mountains. The room was perfectly equipped, clean and very comfortable, meeting all our expectations. The spa was certainly one of the strengths of our stay: the indoor and outdoor swimming pools of thermal water offer a unique relaxing experience.
