We had a wonderful stay at Avangarde Ilayda! Everything was perfect—the location, service, and especially our room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and truly amazing. It felt luxurious and comfortable in every way. However, the only downside was that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser. I requested it from the reception multiple times, but unfortunately, they kept forgetting to bring it, which was a bit disappointing. 🥲 Aside from that small hiccup, everything else exceeded our expectations. Would still recommend the hotel and would love to come back!

First, I must mention the lack of cleanliness at the hotel.  My bed, in room 301 was infested with bed bugs, and could not sleep most nights due to being bitten all night long.  The carpet in the corridors, which wasn’t even gotten properly, was filthy.

The hotel is very new, some of the new location is still being renovated, the location is on the mountain, the sea view can be overlooked, and the neighborhood is not lively. The pool and spa are very good, the horse killing chicken is also very comfortable (75 euros an hour), the room is not big, the facilities are relatively new and clean, that is, the level of the whole season, enough.

Very beautiful hotel with a private beach. There should be many people in summer. The dinner in the restaurant is also delicious. The breakfast is very local. The hotel's large balcony is very beautiful, facing the sea.

Checked in at dusk, and was shocked by the sunset over the sea outside the floor-to-ceiling balcony as soon as I entered the door. Very beautiful sea view. The hotel service is good and the facilities are complete. There are kettles, toothbrushes, etc. The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. It is the most satisfactory hotel in the four-day trip to Türkiye.

The hotel itself is new in terms of rooms, and everything is fine. We had a sea view, and the view is truly beautiful—the hotel is on a hill, with the city and the coastline spreading out below. The downside is the poor water quality; it smelled, and the bathroom regularly smelled of stagnant, stale water. The sink also clogged regularly, but the staff cleaned it periodically. We stayed at the hotel for three days, two of which were without WiFi. Even the TV didn't work, as it was also connected to the WiFi. The breakfasts weren't up to par for a five-star hotel. There were no desserts (only jam and plain bread), a meager amount of fruit (watermelon and grapes only), and everything was limited. The worst thing (unacceptable for us) was that there was no whole-bean coffee at all (there was no coffee machine). The coffee machine used Jacob's instant coffee. This is terrible—a five-star hotel doesn't have whole-bean coffee, even the most basic kind. The location is also very poor. It's located a bit out of town on a mountain. The only way to get there is by taxi; it's not possible to walk (the road isn't even lit, and there's no sidewalk). Taxi fares can be prohibitive – a ride to town costs 300 lira (about 600 rubles), and to the beach, about 350-380 lira (700-750 rubles). Uber doesn't work in this town, so we had to negotiate with taxi drivers. In our opinion, this hotel is only suitable for those who want privacy without visiting anything nearby, but even then, bring a coffee if you're as into drinking it every day as we are.

The room is in a very good location. The balcony is just right for you to see the gorgeous sunset of the Aegean Sea. In the morning, you can see the cruise ship slowly entering the port of Kusadasi. The breakfast is rich and delicious, great

The room we stayed in was wonderful. I think the only downside was that the mini-fridge could have been cooler, or at least with ice. For a place of this caliber, you might not want to consume a soda or drink you grab from the fridge. Other than that, the room was perfect. The patisserie was impeccable, the service and the quality of the products were excellent. It was my favorite spot; the homemade ice tea was delicious. The Miniclub was a very enjoyable place, both day and night. Our son loved it; the sisters, in particular, were friendly, communicative, and responsible. The activities and mini disco were wonderful; they would definitely be a reason to choose Miniclub. The à la carte option is the most problematic, in my opinion. It's nearly impossible to get a table. You have to order it through the app at 10:00 AM, but it's gone in a minute. Then you realize not every table is full; it's clear one or two tables open up and you get them by chance. When you contact them, they say there are 1,500 people in the hotel, so it's hard to get a table. Tiger and Kara are impossible, but you might be able to get one. For example, we couldn't get a reservation for our wedding anniversary, even though we mentioned it both at the entrance and to customer service. We managed to arrange it ourselves another day. Fishcamp offers a mixed breakfast without a reservation, but when it's crowded, the service isn't very good. For example, one morning they ran out of simit (Turkish bagels), and they told everyone they didn't have any. The walk to the open buffet where simit was available was about three minutes. The requested drinks didn't arrive, and the missing items arrived, and so on. These issues only happened one day. After that, we didn't sit where the waiter was waiting; we resolved them that way. The other most troubling issue was that you order by scanning a QR code at the pool, and it arrives quickly and nicely. However, sometimes the system malfunctions. You order but don't go to the bar. Naturally, you just wait. The bar doesn't know about you, nor do you. It happened two or three times in five days. All in all, it's a nice place. We had some issues, but they weren't a big deal for us; I've detailed them in case they're interested. It's a place we'll be returning to.

This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and is located close to the beach. It has both an outdoor and indoor pool. The Turkish bath also has private rooms. There's a highly-rated seafood restaurant at the hotel entrance, but it's quite expensive. There's also a Western restaurant on the first floor, which is reasonably priced. For fish, I recommend heading to the beach, where there are many good value restaurants. PS: Booking through Ctrip is at least 250 RMB cheaper than booking in person. It's incredible!

Ooz_hurricaneLet me start with some positives - First the staff are friendly and attentive. The beach area is great with a nice bar. The location is easy to find opposite the Zeus cave entrance, and has a dolmus (minibus) that goes to kusadasi ever 30-40mins (cost 46tl (2024)). The cake selection is good as well, they may have someone who specialises in desserts on site. The negatives - The drink sizes are tiny, seriously tiny small plastic cups which I understand is to reduce wastage but as a guest I don't want to visit the bar area 2-3 times to quench my thirst. Note beer sizes appear decent so if you don't drink alcohol don't bother with here. - food wish alot the dishes are the same day in day out, I liked a few but still variety keeps customers happy. - entertainment is focused couples and the same thing over and over so lack variety here too. The staff truly do try. Overall I had more expectations, the hotel most probably needs better management as the staff appear eager to help.
