Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.

Nice stay and the location very strategic. However, there are electricity outage for a while during late night but there are emergency light in room.

the room is not clean enough and kettle is spoil , but luckily the host buy a new one to replace, master bedroom shower water is too small, common toilet is just nice

I had a pleasant stay at Renai Hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and amenities. The hotel facilities are good and well maintained, and my room was clean, comfortable, and tidy. The service was also friendly and attentive, which made the overall stay enjoyable. The breakfast was good. There was a good variety of food, and everything I tried was delicious and well prepared. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend Renai Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Arrived at 4 PM, the front desk wasn't very welcoming, and we had to wait a while for the room. Only after asking a second time did we get it. We specifically booked a newly renovated room; the cleanliness was decent, although there were occasional small ants in the bathroom, but it wasn't a major issue. We had to call for a hairdryer, but it was delivered quickly. Across from the hotel are two coffee shops and an E-Mart, plus a large shopping mall nearby with a huge supermarket inside. Breakfast was alright, but it was quite crowded.

I liked that it is near the river, it is calming to see the view and the river flow and people playing jet ski in Kelantan river, it's calming. the staff is accomodating and helpful, but it is an old hotel so the room may show the sign of it like the condition of wallpaper. the breakfast is great tho with nice variety and it's good

I had a great stay at ibis KB. The hotel has a modern, stylish, and energetic atmosphere, with a fun design that feels different from a typical hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the overall room setup was practical. I also enjoyed the hotel’s lively common areas and relaxed vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is also convenient for exploring Putrajaya and the surrounding area. Overall, its a great choice if you’re looking for a modern, comfortable hotel with a youthful and vibrant atmosphere. We are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind. For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability. Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities! However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already. Thank you for the stay! Will still come back if need!

Had a solid stay overall. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the receptionist was welcoming. The building is old style, but the room and bathroom were comfortable. Only shampoo and shower gel are provided. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Parking is available but very limited. Iron is available but had burnt residue on it from a previous guest, so I couldn't use it. Breakfast buffet is decent and gets the job done. Gym and pool area were quiet, but the pool water wasn't clear. There is also a paid massage chair in the lobby. A hassle-free option if you just need a reliable place to stay.
