The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for my stay. In addition, basement parking is available, which made it convenient for guests with vehicles. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.
the good thing, hotel is center of Kota Bahru.bed is comfortable.aircond is good.lift working good and not crowded when we there.there is a gym also.
restaurant is just side of hotel, food no issue at all.there is convenience shop in the hotel.near hotel also Ghibli Coffee, nice for hang out.
the minus,no water bottle inside the room.if extra pillow will be much better.
oveall,we stayed multiple times at this hotel and never regret to repeat again.
This is our second stay here, the hotel first floor is under renovation, so swimming pool is not available at the moment.
The room is nice and equipped with all the amenities that we need, but a smart TV would make this hotel the perfect place to stay.
The air conditioning is so cold, if you like it so that’s good for you. If no, you need to switch it off before going to bed.
The breakfast is on the first floor during the renovation, so the space is not as nice as before and the food is just ok, we need more selections of the food.
Overall, we had a nice night here.
Check in was quite late. Took 30 minutes just for us to check in. We had to wait at the lobby. After driving 6-8 hours from KL, and really wanted to check in the room to freshen up, being tired and exhausted, this really tested our patience.
Thank god there was kids play area at the lobby. So my girl 6yo could entertain herself after sleeping in the car along the journey.
So that was good.
The room was okay, not too big no too small. The toilet and shower was only divided by Glass door, wish they had a closed area for the toilet.
Location was strategic as it’s near to Pasar Siti Khadijah.
Came to attend a friend’s wedding and got to shop some local stuffs as well. Food in Kelantan not as good as before.. Went to Ulam Cikgu, and the food was not that good. Tasted better at Singgey Budu and Meghek in KL.
Really satisfied with this hotel. Located near to mall which is lifesaver for picky eater like me. On top of that, staff is really kind, helpful and friendly as well. However, it quite confusing about the elevator but still under control as i managed to go up for pool! Please consider this hotel when visit Kelantan
Service was good. However room wise, a lot can be improved. It wasnt sound proof so we heard people talking in the morning while we tried to sleep. Cleanliness also a bit questionable. Can be improved. Overall okay stay
Water pressure is super low. Take years to shower. Is super noisy the water pump.
The hair dryer is using other type of socket I can’t use at all. No tooth brush or coffee n tea. Overall very clean but location is far away and isolated .
Been as a regular customer since the opening ( 10+ stay);
1) Hotel food depreciate,
2) Inhouse phone not working,
3) Aircond not cold.
4) Entrance room light burn out.
5) Only available one card key.
6) Lift sometime not working
7) No more given pool tower,
8) Room tower is small..
9) Pool jacuzzi not working
10) Sport free facilities close in maintenance,
11) Rubish bin full, like nobody clean up for days..
The resort overall is a very good retreat place. If only the service and maintenance is in order.
My effort to change the check-in date from 25.12.2025 to the date of 26.12.2025 was not approved by the hotel owner even though I applied for a change 2 weeks before the date allowed UTK to get free cencelation.
I call the hotel keeper.
Hotel minta call Trip Com
I called help desk Trip.Com.... they said they can help if the hotel agrees.
I called again the hotel keeper ... they understand that they didn't accept what the call from Trip.Com .
I still check in 26.12.2026

Room – Tidy and clean, but the air conditioner was not functioning well. It was not cold enough.
Bathroom – The pipe was leaking, and the sink water pressure was too low. The amenities provided were only shampoo and shower gel. No toothbrush was supplied.
Indoor Pool – The water was too cloudy.
Ambience – The room was not soundproof. Since the hotel is located near the main road, noise from outside was quite loud and may disturb your sleep.
Overall – The hotel building is quite old and in need of some maintenance. Although the room was tidy and clean, several facilities were not functioning properly, including the air conditioning and some bathroom fixtures. The indoor pool was also not well maintained. Additionally, the noise from the nearby main road may disturb light sleepers as the rooms are not fully soundproof. Overall, the stay was average, but improvements are needed to enhance guest comfort and experience.

AAlqoosirah ThorfinaStay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids.
Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again.
Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6.
Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side.
Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking.
Overall, all is good.
CCR_Limthe room is not clean enough and kettle is spoil , but luckily the host buy a new one to replace, master bedroom shower water is too small, common toilet is just nice

AAmirluqVery convenient location. Clean room. If more basic amenities is provided i will rate the place higher unfortunately not much is provided during my stay.
GGuest UserThe room was spacious and comfortable, and even came with a large wardrobe for hanging clothes. The bathroom was also a good size. An iron and hair dryer were provided in the room. However, toothpaste was not supplied. There was ample parking available for guests. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.
