Overall, our stay was okay and quite comfortable. The bed was clean and we had no issues sleeping. The hotel itself is nice and looks good, but the furniture seems a bit old, which might be why there was some dust and a slight smell in the room (nothing too strong). In terms of cleanliness, the room could use more frequent cleaning. There was dust on the bedside table, phone, curtains, cabinet, and the table in the room. When placing food on the table, ants appeared quite quickly, so the table needs to be wiped more regularly. As for the toilet, it was generally clean, but some extra cleaning would be appreciated, especially in certain areas that were slightly dirty. If there are any damaged parts, it might be good to replace or repair them. Overall, the experience was still okay, but improving cleanliness and maintenance would make the stay much better.

the good thing,hotel is center of Kota Bahru.bed is comfortable.aircond is good.lift working good and not crowded when we there.there is a gym also. restaurant is just side of hotel,food no issue at all.there is convenience shop in the hotel.near hotel also Ghibli Coffee,nice for hang out. the minus,no water bottle inside the room.if extra pillow will be much better. oveall,we stayed multiple times at this hotel and never regret to repeat again.

This is our second stay here, the hotel first floor is under renovation, so swimming pool is not available at the moment. The room is nice and equipped with all the amenities that we need, but a smart TV would make this hotel the perfect place to stay. The air conditioning is so cold, if you like it so that’s good for you. If no, you need to switch it off before going to bed. The breakfast is on the first floor during the renovation, so the space is not as nice as before and the food is just ok, we need more selections of the food. Overall, we had a nice night here.

Check in was quite late. Took 30 minutes just for us to check in. We had to wait at the lobby. After driving 6-8 hours from KL, and really wanted to check in the room to freshen up, being tired and exhausted, this really tested our patience. Thank god there was kids play area at the lobby. So my girl 6yo could entertain herself after sleeping in the car along the journey. So that was good. The room was okay, not too big no too small. The toilet and shower was only divided by Glass door, wish they had a closed area for the toilet. Location was strategic as it’s near to Pasar Siti Khadijah. Came to attend a friend’s wedding and got to shop some local stuffs as well. Food in Kelantan not as good as before.. Went to Ulam Cikgu, and the food was not that good. Tasted better at Singgey Budu and Meghek in KL.

Stayed at H Elite Hotel for 2 nights. Overall, the experience was good.The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the parking area was convenient and sufficient. However, the bed and mattress could be improved. The bed made loud spring noises even when just sitting on it, which suggests that the mattress and bed frame may be quite old and need replacement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and upgrading the bed and mattress would greatly enhance guest comfort.

I would say this is the best hotel in Kota Bharu so far. The staff in front desk very good. The room are clean and spacious. The food especially the laksam was so delicious.

Water pressure is super low. Take years to shower. Is super noisy the water pump. The hair dryer is using other type of socket I can’t use at all. No tooth brush or coffee n tea. Overall very clean but location is far away and isolated .

Resort lama so expected run downs here and there. Toilet retak, bath tub kuning2, swimming pool tiada yg jaga, breakfast biasa2 je.. but he have a good stay, tidur lena hujan2.. staf baik bagi kami check in awal sbb takde customer mana, patutnya blh bagi kami free upgrade la kan hehhehe

For families with babies, no fridge in here. Cheap enough for the price though so just an fiy. Then, the exhaust fan in the toilet were very loud (It's link with the toilet light). Would disturb sleep if you're a light sleeper. Advertise for its Muslim friendly, but still no tap water at knee height for easy absolution, there's tap water at the sink, bidet (with the trigger) and a shower head.

I will always booked this hotel for my parents whenever they visited Kelantan. Although its an old building, but they maintained the cleanliness of the hotel and may need some refurbishment. the location is the ultimate winner, with lots of shop lots within walking distance
