This was not my first stay at Ibis Styles, and once again the experience did not disappoint. As a returning guest, I continue to choose this hotel because of its consistently excellent service and comfortable stay. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making every visit pleasant from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made my stay very enjoyable. I also appreciate the complimentary airport shuttle service, which is convenient and adds great value for travelers. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and will definitely continue to return whenever I visit the area. Highly recommended!

I had a very pleasant stay at Sama-Sama Hotel Sepang. The hotel is extremely convenient, especially for anyone travelling through KLIA or spending time around the Sepang area. From the moment I arrived, the place felt welcoming, organised, and well-run. One of the highlights was the convenience of the hotel buggy transfer service, which made moving between the airport and hotel very easy. This is especially useful after a long drive or before catching a flight. The hotel lobby and entrance also gave a good first impression — spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room was comfortable and suitable for a proper rest. After a long day, it was exactly the kind of hotel where you can settle down, recharge, and feel at ease. The overall environment was quiet and practical, with the right balance of airport convenience and hotel comfort. I also liked the unique setting of the hotel, with views of the KLIA control tower nearby. It gives the stay a distinctive airport atmosphere, which is quite special compared with a normal city hotel. Overall, Sama-Sama Hotel Sepang is an excellent choice for travellers who want comfort, convenience, and easy access to KLIA and the Sepang area. It is reliable, well-located, and very suitable for both transit stays and short getaways. I would happily stay here again.

Stayed in this hotel a few times but this is the first time I booked the premier room. The room was extremely cold even at maximum temperature if 30 degree. I had to switch off the aircon. The lighting outside the room is too dim. Likewise for the room as they used purple light for the front if the bed. Time to upgrade your hair dryer. I had short hair and usually need less than 5 minutes to blow dry my hair. With this hairdryer even at maximum speed, it takes forever to blow dry the hair. Looks like paying extra for room might not always be the best deal.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect in every way. The lobby had a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to spend time. The swimming pool was clean, and the view was beautiful and peaceful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. Everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to coming back again.

Pros: The room comes with a balcony, great for enjoying the views and taking sunset photos. There's a garden downstairs for walks, and the air is very fresh. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bottled water are provided, and the cleaning staff are very efficient. The hallway is relatively quiet, and the service is excellent. There's a golf course, perfect for those who enjoy playing to pass the time. Cons: The overall room decor is a bit dated. There's no overhead light; lighting relies solely on floor lamps and bedside lamps. It feels a bit like an older 4-5 star hotel in China. The shower is in a bathtub, which can be slippery. Upon check-in, they requested a 250 MYR deposit plus a 'tourism tax' of 7 MYR per night. I've stayed in many hotels in Malaysia, and this is the first time I've been asked for a deposit and this particular tax. Tips: Bring your own slippers. The central air conditioning is very strong, so you might want to bring a long-sleeved pajama top. The front desk informed me that check-out takes 15 minutes (first time I've encountered such a long wait; I was a bit emotional during the interaction, but it ended up being processed in less than 5 minutes. Still, I recommend allocating sufficient time). I wouldn't specifically book this hotel again unless it was for convenience to UKM.

The hotel is conveniently located near the mall, making shopping and dining very easy. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is rather old and quiet. The marble design is nice but carpets all need refurbishing as many marks and old stains. Reception staff and cleaner are helpful and friendly. Effective and polite. Beds are nice to sleep in. Parking indoor is convenient with a car park lift but you need to walk about 80 feet indoor walk way from the carpark lift into the lobby /room lifts. For elderly people who can't walk well, it's not so convenient unless you drop them at the ground floor lobby first. Overall ok for a quiet stay. There's a beautiful huge mosque facing some hotel rooms. If you need a quiet sleep, you may opt for rooms without the mosque view. It's on the other side and it's really quiet. There is a small mall opposite of the hotel. A walking distance. Convenient with fast food and local brand clothes. If you are traveling for work or just a quiet stay, this place is suitable. If it's for more happenings around this area, you need to go Concorde KL.

It was a pleasant stay! The check in process was smooth and the staff were very helpful, parking charges capped at RM 6 per day (24 hours), the place was not that hard to search if you follow Google maps/waze instructions. Overall I'm very happy for my stay and hope to visit again next time. 😊

It feels like stepping into a trendy, Instagram-worthy hangout spot the moment you walk in. My twin room was compact but smartly designed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The minimalist yet stylish decor kept the space feeling fresh, and the plush beds made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with sleek black-and-white subway tiles and modern fixtures, and the open-concept layout felt surprisingly roomy. The retro phone by the bed was such a fun, nostalgic touch that really captured the hotel’s personality! Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to IOI City Mall, with direct access via escalator, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring Putrajaya. The staff were friendly and laid-back, fitting perfectly with the hotel’s casual, welcoming atmosphere, and the common areas (including the rooftop bar) were great spots to unwind after a busy day. If you’re looking for a stay that’s equal parts stylish, convenient, and full of personality, Moxy Putrajaya is a fantastic choice. It’s ideal for travelers who want a fun, hassle-free stay with a cool, modern twist. 10/10, would definitely stay again!

I booked the Superior King Room for a solo staycation and really enjoyed my time! I arrived around 2:20 PM, and they allowed me an early check-in with a fast and smooth process. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room came with two large complimentary bottles of water. The TV wasn’t a smart TV (no YouTube, etc.), but surprisingly there were quite a lot of programs and channels available during my stay. The location is great. You can easily stay within the area without going out far. There’s a 7-Eleven for quick purchases, and a mall just next door with Lotus, Watsons, and more. The onsen costs RM28 for walk-in guests, with 45 minutes per session. Slippers and disposable underwear are provided, but you can also bring your own swimsuit. I went during a non-peak hour and was lucky enough to have the entire onsen to myself. They even allowed me to stay longer than 45 minutes. After the session, they served free hot tea and a sweet snack (dorayaki), which was a nice touch. The hotel also has two restaurants: Birch and Sora. I had dinner at Sora SkyDining, it’s a romantic spot with a great ambience. Prices are quite reasonable for a sky dining experience. I ordered the yuzu iced tea (RM16) and Tiger Prawns Spaghetti (RM38); the portions were generous and the food tasted good. If you’d like to burn some calories after dinner, there’s a beautifully lit garden right beside the hotel. Perfect for a romantic night walk. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, with a wide variety including noodles, nasi lemak, pastries, halal dim sum, and various drinks. Everything tasted good. Check-out is at 12 PM and parking is only RM1 per entry!
