The Room very clean and tidy. The breakfast has many choices, I love it. The parking is a bit confusing but their staff very friendly and helpful also the security. The hotel is nearby shopping complex. Love to stay in this hotel. Will definitely comeback again.

Rating: ★★★★☆ Stayed at Wyndham Acmar Klang, overall a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, though the towels were a bit old and could use an upgrade. That said, it’s still the best hotel in the Klang area in terms of service, facilities, and location. Would definitely stay again.

Dear Armanda Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am a frequent guest of your hotel and have stayed with you nearly ten times this year. I’ve always appreciated the comfortable rooms and excellent service, which is why I have continued to return. However, during my most recent stay, I experienced a disappointing situation that was very different from what I’ve come to expect. Upon check-in, my parents discovered that there were no earplugs, toothbrushes, or a hairdryer in the room. They called the front desk twice, and both times were told that the items would be delivered shortly. Unfortunately, nothing was ever sent up. As we have always been provided with these items during previous stays, we didn’t think to bring our own. My parents waited until midnight, but no one came, and they had to make do without the essentials. The next day during check-out, my father mentioned this to the front desk. He was told that room service now requires guests to pick up such items themselves. While we understand this policy if it has changed, it should have been clearly communicated during the calls. Having my parents wait unnecessarily for hours was both inconvenient and frustrating. Furthermore, the booking information clearly stated that toiletries and a hairdryer were provided, which created a reasonable expectation. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve communication and consistency in service. I still value your hotel and hope that future stays will return to the high standard I have come to know.

Luxury hotel next to the main terminal of Kuala Lumpur (KLIA T1). Excellent sound proofing, good shower, attentive staff. Actually stayed for 2 nights, as it was so convenient to get to the city center and back with the airport express train. Will definitely stay here again.

I would like to sincerely commend Mr. Sinan, Director of Operations, for his outstanding professionalism and hospitality during our recent stay. There was an issue with our buffet reservation, and although the staff initially offered à la carte alternatives, they were limited to the Chinese or Japanese restaurants — which I had mentioned earlier we weren’t interested in. Despite that, the same options kept being proposed, and my family, including our children, had already been waiting for over 30 minutes. Mr. Sinan personally stepped in, acknowledged the inconvenience, and took immediate action. He offered us a dining alternative at a different restaurant that had a wider variety of options — including pizza and other kid-friendly meals — which made the kids very happy. On top of that, he graciously provided us with complimentary room upgrades as a replacement for the missed buffet experience. His attentiveness, swift problem-solving, and genuine care for our comfort turned a frustrating situation into a very positive and memorable experience. We truly appreciate the exceptional service and will definitely return for the outstanding hospitality.

Was a great stay! Hotel was very clean and well maintained, staff were extremely nice! Drove there so had a very brightly lit carpark, easy access to lobby. Just nothing much around Glenmarie area. Will be back again!

I liked that the rooms were spacious and had a bathtub. It was also good that a breakfast buffet was included, even though it was not expensive. However, although the hotel is basically clean, it is not recommended for those who are bothered by the oldness of the hotel itself, as it is noticeably dirty due to its age. Also, the breakfast buffet is not that good. We recommend the bread and the noodles, which are made on the spot. Also, the location is not that great as it is a little far from the station, you have to go through dark streets and there are no convenience stores in the area. But, the size of the rooms and the bathtub are very attractive.

Excellent value for money with clean facilities. Location was quite okay, staff could be more attentive. Besides that,I like the breakfast a lot because they offer lots of food variety from the appetizers to the main dishes and dessert. I will repeat my stay with this hotel again soon!

Its location is strategic, near to mosque and malls. Cleanliness is quite good, just got stain and dust on bedsheet which i dont prefer. Room spacious but the shampoo or liquid shower so limited with unpleasant smell. The wifi coverage also not so good and stable. But overall I am satisfied for a gathering with my high school sweethearts

Great Family Getaway with Relaxing Seaside Vibes We had a wonderful short getaway with the family at this decent and well-maintained hotel. Each room comes with a balcony, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset, feel the refreshing sea breeze, and listen to the soothing sound of the waves—truly relaxing! The infinity pool is small but offers a lovely view, perfect for unwinding. The seaside is clean, though not suitable for swimming, but our kids had a great time playing in the sand. We didn’t face any issues with the buggy service—it was efficient and fast, even though others had mentioned delays in earlier reviews. Parking is located a bit far from the hotel, but there’s a 24/7 shuttle service that runs smoothly and made things very convenient. A special highlight was the free fire show on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights at 8 PM. It lasts around 30 minutes and was a big hit with the kids! The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast. The selection was limited, and food wasn’t replenished quickly during peak times. We hope to see better variety and service in the future. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we’d be happy to return!
