A big shout out to Mariah at front desk who was very friendly and helped me out with a great room, local travel and whatever queries I had. Her friendliness and service made our stay very pleasant.

The service truly exceeded my expectations: Upon arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and they proactively upgraded my room free of charge. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a balcony offering unparalleled views. On my departure day, I requested a late check-out due to a late flight, and the front desk happily accommodated, providing great convenience. This customer-centric, flexible, and thoughtful service made me feel incredibly valued and comfortable.
From the proactive upgrade to the late check-out, numerous details showcased the Marriott brand's high standard of service. This stay wasn't just about enjoying the beautiful scenery and facilities; it was also about feeling genuinely welcomed and cared for. Without a doubt, this is the most highly recommended luxury accommodation along the Dead Sea!

Hhey.rubicoThe staff was quite friendly but sometimes too slow especially when it came to trasfers via the hotel locations (the area is huge).
Furniture in the room is quite old, but the room itself is clean. Bed is super comfortable. The views from my room were splendid! I also loved separate stairs from my terrace to the beach.
At the same time amenities, spa, restaurants and the beach are amazing. Food was excellent.
If they update the rooms, I would give this hotel 10/10.
