The stay was pretty average overall. The location was decent and the basic facilities were okay, but nothing really stood out in a positive way. The room was acceptable for a short stay, although there were some small details that could definitely be improved to make guests feel more comfortable. The atmosphere was fairly normal and the experience was neither particularly good nor particularly bad. Staff service was okay, but there is still room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency. Cleanliness and amenities were acceptable, but not especially impressive. Overall, it’s an alright place if you just need somewhere simple to stay for a short period, but I probably wouldn’t consider it memorable or exceptional.

Again, not much to complain for the price that I paid, it has all the essentials to have a comfortable stay, except the bed, way too soft...

Great stay! But it is a pity that the bath water temperature is too low. Because it is supplied to the entire hotel, the water temperature cannot be adjusted. The other accommodation experiences are great!

Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again. Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away. Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable. Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead. Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that. Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup. Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge. Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item. Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.

Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.

Very new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!

Arrived a little after 1 PM and was able to check in early, which I really appreciated. The room here is very spacious. They also have an outdoor pool, a gym, and a laundry room. All the front desk staff I encountered were very friendly. Breakfast was good too.

Charming Nostalgic Vibes and Excellent Staffing I had a wonderful stay here and was particularly impressed by how well-managed the property is. The check-in counter was appropriately staffed, and the friendly team made the process seamless. Since the hotel is quite large, the staff provided a map of the vicinity and very clear instructions on how to reach our room. Even though our room was located quite a distance from the reception, we had no trouble finding our way. Parking was consistently busy, but despite the high volume of cars, we were always able to find an available spot without much stress. We absolutely loved the room! it has a beautiful nostalgic feel that manages to feel classic rather than ”old.” It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We didn't utilize the balcony since it faced the parking lot, but I imagine it would be lovely to crack open for some fresh air during the summer. One minor disappointment was the amenities. They provide Salt & Stone products, which we love, but unfortunately, the shower and bath gel hadn't been topped up prior to our check-in. It was a shame we didn't get to use them, but it didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay. Overall: A great blend of character and efficiency. I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel is alright. It's conveniently located near the airport for layovers, and they offer airport pick-up and drop-off services. However, the breakfast was very basic with limited options. There's nothing nearby, and being close to the highway, the noise from passing cars made it hard to sleep. The hotel isn't large, but it's adequate for normal accommodation; don't expect too much.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express Sedona – Oak Creek by IHG for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was extremely clean—honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The location is excellent and convenient, close to major tourist attractions, and surrounded by many restaurants and gas stations, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of options, all of which were delicious. The hotel has complete amenities, making the stay very comfortable. Parking is available on-site for $15 per night, which was convenient and easy. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sedona and would happily stay here again.
