The rooms are very quiet, rare in this place in Lexington, the air conditioning sound is very small, the fountain in the lobby is beautiful, the service is good, the business travel is good, the temporary booking price is high. Everything else is fine! Breakfast is also good
Hotel is nice, bed is comfy and the location is spot on for accessing the majority of Louisville. It is a great spot for those visiting for leisure which also comes with its flaws, once people finish partying it was quite loud at 0200 from both guests and those outside in the streets. You can hear everything from next door and in the corridors. Breakfast is good, bar staff were attentive and overall a pleasant visit.
The rooms have stunning views. Although the hotel was opened in 1972, the facilities are very new. The rooms are cleaned every day. The only inconvenience may be that the rooms in the East and West Towers can only be accessed through the corridor on the 3rd floor, and the hotel's exclusive parking lot and gym are both in the East Tower.
The hotel was gorgeous. The river view rooms were awesome and roomy. The indoor pool with the glass windows and fire pits outside were amazing as well as the Staff and the restaurant/bar!
I had such a great stay and having the museum to explore was even better. The art was fascinating and was such a great kickstart to my day. The special touches in the rooms were wonderful like a plush robe, dark chocolates, and a Nespresso machine. Proof that is connected to the hotel has amazing food as well. Can’t wait to check out other 21C hotels.
Clean hotel, convient location, even smelled new, Everyone was friendly, even those that didn 't speak English. Front desk was very helpful, food suggestions, plus coupon. Recommended the Arboretum! Great time there!! Breakfsat was LACKING! No scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no sweet rolls! Expected MORE from a top notch facility!!
In the city center, the most prosperous place, next to a bustling street, you can watch the concert on the weekend.
Hygiene: good
Breakfast is very rich
Service: Recommended stay at the hotel and the airport
From the beginning of opening the hotel door, it was wrapped in a gentle fragrance and warm light atmosphere. The front desk lady smiled and handed over a welcome cookie. The sentence ”hard work all the way” heard people's hearts warm ~
The room was more pleasant than the picture! The large floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the [city/scenery]. In the evening, I leaned on the lazy sofa to watch the sunset. Even the breathing was slowed down. The bedding was soft like a cloud. I usually recognized the bed and slept until dawn. Even the air conditioner sound was adjusted to the right point. The details control was very love!
If you insist on the shortcomings... Probably reluctant to leave when you check out! Next time I come here, this place will definitely be my first choice ~✨

GGuest UserNICE LOCATION, NICE SPACIOUS ROOM, WE LOVED THE HAPPY HOUR AND APPETIZERS AND JUST A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. VERY COMFORTABLE BED (PILLIOSW NOT SO MUCH) SHOWER GOT REALLY HOT WHICH WE REALLY APPROECIATED. ONLY ISSUE FOR US IS THAT WE DID HAVE A PET SMELL THAT WAS UNBEARABLE AT TIMES BUT THEY SAID THEY DONT BELIEVE OUR ROOM HAD A PET IN THERE BEFORE OUR STAY. I HAVE BAD ALLERGIES AND SNEEZED ALL NIGHT LONG
刘刘Stayed here for the second time, because it was on Saturday, so the price is more expensive than usual, but the hotel is good, the swimming pool gym has, do not like to eat old American breakfast, go out to the hotel for a few minutes to have Chinese food, location Very good, there are shuttle buses from the airport for ten minutes. Overall recommendation.
RRodger HutchisonKeeping in mind the price the hotel was not bad. The rooms were pretty clean. The bed was really soft even though I prefer a Firm bed. The ladies that were running the front counter while I was. There were very friendly and helpful. I even forgot my toothbrush and they gave me a free one. The breakfast that's included is okay for the average person. However, I may type 2 diabetic and the only friendly diabetic food. They had what was water. All of the food was high in carbohydrates. So bad for diaboth days. The hot item was biscuits and gravy was really hoping for some eggs. Maybe some bacon but no. In my particular room, which was one nineteen, the bathroom door could stand to be replaced lots of paint piling on it, and the bottom of it. Looks like someone had kicked it or something the bottom piece was coming off. The shower dispenser, the shampoo side kept falling. The little tables broke landed on my toes.
So I just left it down. If I was to ever return to Kentucky which nothing I have planned I would stay at this hotel. Agand just would remember to bring swimming trunks so I could use the pool. And just a little visual effects you. the fake bottles in the Pop machine or soda machines whichever you prefer couldn't stand replacing they look bad.
GGuest UserThe hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the water, for a shower at 9:00pm at night, was barely room temperature. Was very disappointed for such a nice hotel in every other way. Would reconsider staying again if it was in colder weather. I certainly hope that was an exception and not the norm.
Breakfast was also somewhat disappointing. No half and half (only Coffee-Mate) and no butter, only whipped margarine. Seemed pitiful. The hot food was marginal. The baked goods (I had a croissant, and my husband had a cinnamon scone) were phenomenal though. I hope you continue with those as they made up for the other food.
Also, Jasmine (our stay 10/11) was extremely helpful. She was clearly very busy working but when I asked if she had time for a question, she didn't look annoyed at all or miss a beat. She answered my questions with a great attitude. I then asked for directions, and she actually walked me outside so she could point out where to walk, along with sharing landmarks along the way so I could be confidant in where I was going. She is definitely an asset to your hotel as her hard work, knowledge and great attitude really shone. If I lived locally, I'd love to hire her with those stand-out qualities which seem hard to find these days.
KKenzieLee5This hotel was in a perfect location for our families spring break trip while we visited the Mamath Caves, Lost River Cave and the National Corvette Measume. Plenty of restaurants around and easy on/off of the main hwy. Breakfast being included was a plus. My boyfriend enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and the kids loved the waffles. The pool and hot tub were loved by all and we went in them all of the three nights we were there. The rooms were average size and nothing special, could use a little fixing up here and there and maybe some hooks on back of bathroom door or a rack above toilet for a place to hang towels but it was a place to sleep and shower. One thing I can say is that the parking lot was not very large in the front of the hotel and most spots already taken as times we came and went so we had to park on the side lot which is on a slanted hill and it's a pain in the butt getting in and out. We would still stay again as the price for what you get was the best we found around.
JJohnThe bed was fantastic, like sleeping on a marshmallow. The room decor I loved. It had a picture of the ocean that spanned the length of the room. I felt very welcomed when I entered because the bedspread said, ”Hello sunshine.” Cute idea. It was apparent that they are remodeling and still need a few tweaks here and there. There was no hair blow dryer and iron yet, there was a ironing board. Could use an extra garbage bucket and tissues box. The towels were soft and new but the tub needs to be replaced. It was developing a hole that they covered with tape. The utilities room had a broken down ice machine and washer/dryer. It looked to be like they were working to repair these items. The breakfast was unbalanced. They offered waffles, bread to toast, bagels, cream cheese, cereal. Could use some fruit and maybe oatmeal. Eggs would be good with a meat. Despite all, I see great potential of this hotel being one to return to.
YYUBreakfast in general, old facilities, near the airport, free parking, the front desk staff is not enthusiastic, the price is not high, can live a night can still endure, Cincinnati's consumption is relatively high
GGuest UserNice hotel that presents well. It's not in a ”bad” part of town, per se, but it also felt a little more industrial around it than expected.
Doesn't have a distinct ”hotel smell” that's usually tied to chlorine or cleaners. Amenities were nice and the room was clean. Someone had pooped on the side of the pool when we had arrived, although that wasn't any fault of the hotel. It was promptly closed for the night and reopened the next morning. Staff was friendly and we can't say there were any real snags.
It was a little strange that we booked a room with a king bed and pull-out sofa bed for 4 people, yet upon arriving to the room, there wasn't any linen or pillows for the pull-out sofa. We had to ask for linen, and it was promptly delivered to our room, it just seemed off that we booked the room clearly for 4 people and didn't have the linen for it.
GGuest UserWe ate breakfast and it was great as expected. Our room was a little different. There was thick dust at the top of the ceilings and around the floor. The lights were dirty to touch. The comforter had an orange food stain as well as the pillow had something red spilled onto it. We got there late, so we just dealt with it. As far as checking into the hotel, When I was on this app, it was originally $49 for a king size, then jumped to $69 for 2 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 toddler. I had already prepaid as well. Then I got to the front desk and they wanted to charge me $20 more for the teenager. I even showed him I put it down on the reservation, then he printed me out a receipt telling me I did not. I was about to sleep in my car. He said since my husband was a veteran, (he seen it on the license) he said just don’t worry about it.
