It is a brand new hotel with pure American design. The two-story building room is large and the bed is large. The bathroom is big enough. There is also a huge refrigerator in the room. Microwave. There is a hand wash sink. Parking is free. It is the best choice in this town. There is a KFC or McDonald's behind the hotel? The road is across from a small shopping mall, with everything, you can buy fruit and ice cream. The old town center of the town has to drive for a few minutes, but it is currently being repaired and there is no one in sight.

Staff was very professional and polite. Room was clean but the carpets are nasty. Walls are paper thin, You can hear your neighbor going to the bathroom(literally). Walking in the hallway, you can hear peoples conversations from their rooms. The restaurant food is good but they close very early. There is a little convenience area where you can purchase water, soda and snacks.
The hotel is quite good, the room is quite spacious, has a refrigerator and microwave, and a writing desk. There is a large Wal-Mart near the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. The hotel has breakfast, which is quite rich in variety, and there are swimming pools and fitness facilities that you can use.
The price is a bit high, but it seems reasonable for staying near New York. The room is clean and the parking lot is large, so you don't have to worry about parking.
The hotel is not far from the waterfall, about a 10-minute walk. The overall environment is good, there is a large ****** opposite the hotel, and there are many dining options nearby.
The hotel looks old, but it is well maintained and belongs to the HILTON hotel. The room has no way to open the window, it is a bit wet. The hotel front desk Xiaohe is quite willing to chat. It was very convenient to book the airport where Red Dot’s car went.

It’s in the corner of central park and lots of coffee shop and stores nearby. Near bus stop and subway. Can walk to timesquare. Bathroom is shared but always clean. Will stay again if I can go back to NYC

When I first checked in in the hotel, they changed $150 for upgrade. This is ok
They also retained us $150 as deposit.
The hotel advised us that the hotel wouldl issue us two free tickets for city tour. Also, the hotel advised us we would have $150 credit while shopping or eating in the hotel. When we checked out, we found the hotel did not gave the credit to us and took away our deposit.
We had to spend 30 minutes to explain and to wait for the staff processing. Finally. The staff corrected the mistake and printed a new invoice to us.
However, I found the hotel still kept changing that $150.
I just returned from a international trip and am wondering how to communicate with you.

LLyss_ssI made a reservation online for 4 days, and on the 4th day I went to the hotel front desk to renew for 2 more days for a total of 6 nights (renewal on site was very expensive, official website price). During this period, I changed rooms once because the room I got for the first time was too low and had no view.
The facilities are rudimentary, and there are no slippers and pajamas. Not to mention that many American hotels don’t have them. The ambient light under the bed in the second room was broken. The wardrobe door was deformed and could not be closed. When the right cabinet door was opened, it would hit the bulge on the top. The air outlet can only be opened to about 60 degrees and cannot be fully opened. The faucet is obviously too short and difficult to use. These are all errors in design and construction, which are outrageous.
One night at 1:30 in the morning, the fire alarm in the room announced that there was a fire. After broadcasting it four times, we all planned to run away. Then the broadcast said it was okay. The alarm buzzer and the loudspeaker were loud. The white girl next door said that she immediately went to find a job. Personnel but no one, outrageous.
The staff are very good-looking.
The design of the hotel space is very good. As we all know, there is no design in the United States, so we come here just for the sense of design. The experience is average. If I go to New York again, I will not come back.

I wanted to write some comments that reflect on the main themes I picked up (where they were similar and different). It seems I wasn’t charged the additional destination fee for my stay, although I had to ask a second member of staff to confirm as the first wasn’t clear. When I arrived for check in there was no wait. The staff member was not terribly friendly and welcoming. Of all the three hotels I stayed at in three different cities in the US, this stuck out as the poorest customer service. It wasn’t awful just not as welcoming as the other places. The information provided was not as clear and the general manner quite abrupt. The room was clean but the hotel generally was dated. The rooms didn’t seem fully clean or fresh but it was more that things were scratched, worn and dated rather than dirty. There were some stains on the carpet too. The location was, as others have said, excellent. I would have expected more for the price but it also was better than expected from reading some of the reviews on here.
EE.ngThe hotel environment is good, the room is big, but the sound insulation is poor, I can hear the isolation room talking, the washbasin does not drain water, the toilet does not have skin care products on the countertop, the air ducts are all bagged and hung on the iron pipe of the towel, there is no microwave oven or equipment It's not perfect, the hotel's indoor pool is open, and we saw many children swimming, but we didn't bring swimsuits and couldn't go.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, but the hotel itself is in need of renovations (as other reviews have stated). If the hotel were to make those renovations I would stay again.
GGuest UserThis is your no frills place for a place to lay your head. It was relatively clean, had all the necessary amenities, adequate breakfast, housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again. It gets the job done a peaceful rest without breaking the bank. The room had a slight odor not sure what it was but maybe they should do a deep clean to all the rooms and bathrooms. It could be just the one I was in. The toilet seat wasn’t cleaned that well but I survived.

The only drawback is that the standard room is arranged in the basement (there is a window, and there is light outside the window). The hotel is a bit elevated, so this floor is not completely dark. There is music playing in the corridor all the time, 24 hours a day, which slightly affects sleep. The breakfast is simple, but it is enough to eat.
