The lobby is bright and the breakfast is very rich. In fact, breakfast is not included in the price. The room has a balcony and parking is very convenient. There is a supermarket around the hotel with an ATM and a Qing Tao Chinese food. Love Place, Politely and good service with satffs here, I will back to stay next time.
The hotel is in a great location, not far from the business center, Brown University, and the School of Design. The hotel provides parking for 30+ cars per day. The room is new and the space is just enough. A family of three can cook simple meals. There is a dishwasher and laundry room. It is a very satisfactory hotel.
A very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental.
This is Hilton's hotel in downtown Providence, close to Providence and the West Bank. The Rhode Island School of Design and Brown University campuses are on the east bank of the river, which is very convenient. There is a park on the west side of the hotel, and the City Hall is at the other end of the park. Macy's is one intersection away. There is a Starbucks not far downstairs, and the state legislature is also located there. It is very convenient. The surrounding area is mature. The hotel has a high-end space design, with a small kitchen, a large space, a lobby on the second floor, and breakfast on the second floor, which is very comfortable. The service process is simple and fast.
Driving from New York to Rhode Island to visit school, staying at Aloft. The reception brother was very warm and reminded that there was free coffee in the morning. The room was clean and spacious, full of design. You can choose the hotel's $35 valet parking or choose to park in the parking lot next to it (a lot of parking lots nearby are about $20). It is walking distance to Rhode Island Academy of Art and Brown. There are not many places to eat nearby, it will be a little inconvenient at night, but you can walk to downtown for food during the day. recommend!
The room faces south. The hotel is in a good location with good sunshine. I stayed for a long time this time and they agreed to waive all parking fees (not cheap). I had to leave the hotel two days in advance because of something. According to the rules, there is no refund. Ctrip customer service helped me communicate and agreed. Room cleaning service is not provided every day unless you ask the front desk. There is no kettle, which is inconvenient for Asians or Chinese. I try to adapt to the local customs, and the store should also be thoughtful and meticulous. Western hotel facilities and services cannot be compared with those in China, but Marriott's brand is still okay.

TTrevor TuckerAlthough not so much these days, I have traveled a lot for work and it's nice to have a place to call home when you're on the road. I'm not a picky person and I really do not have specifications for what I look for when it comes to a hotel but the one thing that I do desire is a feeling of home and safety. The location was perfect and I was in the area that I was familiar with, but even if I wasn't enough familiar place, I still felt safe. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to navigate the building. Honestly loved my room, it had everything I needed and helped to become my temporary office apartment. The bed was incredible, perfect for someone who's been walking and traveling since 4:00 in the morning. The lounge chair in my room was also the most comfiest one I've ever been in and I ended up using that at the desk. They gave you a very nice office desk chair but I'm a very big person and I was afraid of breaking it, so it was a very pleasant surprise to have that alternative option. The gentleman at the front desk gave me a lot of information and suggestions for food based on restaurants in the area, they also gave me a discount coupon for a restaurant chain that I really love! It was honestly a very pleasant experience and I only wish I could have stayed longer, I definitely will go back to that location in the future when I'm working in the area. It was perfect for me and I would honestly recommend others to stay there if you're looking for a place for the night or an extended stay!
MMakodaWe got in and were welcomed up to standard expectations. No fuss and straight to the point for a quick check in. The room was nice and spacious. Hot water for shower was appreciated. It seemed like the toilet was in a continually flushing state, but maybe the knob was just a little off because it wasn't always like that when fiddled with. Vending machine needs a longer vending time for some items to properly drop, but it's a vending machine afterall. We didn't get to the pool area, but we did get breakfast. We were a little late to it, but one of the staff let us have the leftover sausage and eggs which was much appreciated. I think that was the wow factor for us as we really had no expectation of getting anything for our error. The next breakfast day was also very nice and we enjoyed the refreshments on time. We also had a bit of trouble with our cards on one return, but the front desk quickly helped us out and explained how to keep them safer from getting deactivated by keeping them away from phones and magnets. There are several restaurants and a dunkNdonuts nearby as well as a gas station, which was convenient. There is even extra parking near La Quinta. All in all we had a good stay and may think about staying here again if we swing by rhode island. I recommend exploring Warwick as it's a nice Centerpoint to get around Rhode Island. We were particularly interested in the historical mansions down south east among the smaller isles, which were roughly an hour or less away.

GGuest UserGreat trip, close to ” mansions” and Newport music festival...Staff was very helpful, kind. Room was clean. Plenty of parking.
There were certain fees for amenities
Etc; I wish they would give US the option as to whether WE WANTED THE ” amenities” and accordingly adjust the bill :)
Our access to Internet was non existent for one day...as, apparently, bad weather plays havoc on Internet/ wifi. Also wish they had more options for breakfast....I may have overlooked, but do they have a brochure re local restaurants/ activities. We were there for brothers birthday and concert so additional activities were not a requisite.
We' d stay there again but further discuss the ” upcharge” for ” stuff” we were either not going to use .
空空行散人The hotel is OK, very convenient, close to the airport, there are few steps down. However, the airport repair was really potholes, the road signs indicated that the wood was completely found, and the mobile map was taken around a big bend.

MMin0622Stayed here for two nights to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony. Very conveniently located right across from the mall and Kennedy Plaza, was very easy to get around the town. The hotel has a rich history and the renovation is done really well, would highly recommend for people to stay for an eventful occasion. Staff were nice but too slow and short staffed. Had to wait long for check-in and check-outs, so plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if we visit providence in the future.
GGuest UserHotel location is very convenient, breakfast is good, parking is convenient, hotel decoration and facilities: a bit old, but the room is very good, suitable for travel, it is recommended
赵赵Very bad!
It's hard to imagine that guests were allowed to check in without changing the flyers.
That ** is a fine spot, damn it, the more I think about it, the more disgusting it becomes!
Sadly, I only found out the next morning.
We advise you to check in advance when you check in
The front desk apologized. In such a situation, you can really not pay or you can ask for compensation! The stay fee of more than 1,000 yuan is such a poor hotel, and it is also a chain.
