It's a good location, but the hotel is a little bit old, there's no elevator, so we need to carry our luggage through stairs & it's quite difficult for some with heavy luggage. Also, we didn't like the food for breakfast, maybe they have to improve next time. Anyway, the housekeeper is kind.

Отель находится относительно недалеко от Площади Республики, можно дойти за 25 минут, но рядом заводы и для того, чтобы попасть в отель нужно зайти на территорию завода (вход открыт круглосуточно, но не очевидно куда заходить).
Номер очень большой, просторный, это конечно огромный плюс, большая ванная комната. В Европе из такого номера сделают три)) Очень дружелюбный персонал, стараются помочь в любом вопросе. Вокруг тихо. Из минусов - нет балкона.

I really liked the location of the hotel, we arrived late, check-in was convenient, communication via WhatsApp, all the amenities were present! Very close to all the beautiful places, the very center of the city! On the last day we contacted the owner and he offered to leave things in their office until the evening, which was very convenient, because we flew out late and checked out at 12, special thanks for that!

The guest house is located aside from the road on which the buses go, so it is quiet and quiet. From the airport you can get to it by bus number 100 for 300 Armenian dramas (central bus station). It is a good option if in Yerevan a long transplant and it is necessary to wait for the next flight - cheap, clean, everything necessary to eat (showers, dishes, teapot), food only not to prepare, the stove for guests is not provided, but there is a microwave. Near the guest house it is hard to find where to eat, no cafe with home food, no supermarket. Just a cafe along the road where the chess and a small shop are cooked. We have a good rest between the flights, here quietly and quietly.
