The stay experience was very satisfactory. First of all, the hotel is in an excellent location, close to the seaside avenue, 5 minutes away from the bus terminal. It is within 10 minutes from the Diocletian's Palace. The most important thing is that I was lucky enough to get a sea view room. The room is large and well-equipped. From the window, you can overlook the Adriatic Sea and the old city of the Diocletian's Palace. It is also very safe.
The room does not have a sea view.
This is not like a hotel, more like a villa, the security of it is not very high, as it has 2 entrances.
The entrance from the pool, anyone can access it without a problem.
The swimming pool was quite dirty, it has a lot of bugs floating, and also it has not been regularly cleaned by the staff.
It has a lot of restaurants nearby, and the quality and the price are better than those tourist meals in the old town.
The lift was broken on the first day, second day they informed us it is fixed. But it still has a little bit sudden sinking issue.
I guess Croatia does not have regulation of fix term lift checking, as it does not have any certificate in the lift inside/outside.
If the hotel showed 3 stars and the price is lower. I would rate
The right side of the balcony has a big tennis field on the 2nd-floor level, it is very close, and it was quite annoying that people can look over easily.
The suite does not worth 4 stars. The rug is super old, it has some stains on it.
The Front door lock is looking new, it is safe, but some electricity installation was not installed properly, it looks like you can pull them out easily.
The Electric Safety box is not working with the password, the hotel left a key in there for use.
Breakfast arrangement is well managed for guests with early tour, they could arrange breakfast box including 1 fruit, 3 breads, and 1 yogurt at 06am to 07am.
I really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect for me. As a big beach person, the hotel is close to Bacvice Beach, it’s like a 8-minute walk. And it’s like 13-minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and the pier for my boat trip. The owner also recommended some good restaurants for us to explore and asked us constantly if we need suggestions to do in Split. They are really helpful!! The room is also really clean and I love the fact that many towels are provided in the room. Also, when I had told the owner we would check out at 10am the day before check out, my friend suddenly had a diarrhea and puked in the morning, the owner was so nice that allowed us to check out at 11am instead!
It was cute, lady who owns it was really sweet and friendly. Provided us with extra towels and coffee.
TV had Netflix, Disney+, YouTube etc and Google (however when we opened it, there was explicit adult content left on there from previous guest... which was not nice!)
Very clean and tidy premises.
Only other downside for me is that you can't actually see out of the windows, they're covered by external barriers making it quite dark, and also a lot of loud noises early in the morning, very loud banging (like a hammer) and power tools.
Otherwise, good location, not too far from tourist areas and very nice staff.

This was a rushed booking due to our original hotel not having our booking. Normally I spend considerable time going through reviews etc, but with the Azur Palace (hotel?) it was a case of needs must.
Unfortunately although we had booked a deluxe double in our opinion it didn’t match similar 4 star hotel deluxe rooms. I mentioned this to reception but they weren’t really interested.
Appreciate we were virtually in the centre of split, with space at a premium, but the view of a small alley with graffiti an empty minibar, not even plugged in, an irritating dim light, I think from the a/c that ensured the room wasn’t completely dark. After trying to close it down without success I went to reception, which had a note with a phone number to call. I gave up went back to the room and tried throwing a towel over it.
Also no bar, although there are a few within couple of minutes.
Overall disappointing.

Quite a walk from entry of yachting club entrance to the apartments. Friendly reception. Huge, modern room and terrace. Shower with view to the sea.
Breakfast and pool at the yachting club restaurant. Pool too small for me. Preferred newly created beach next to it.
Good food and wine at restaurant “Buta” direction Seget.

The room was amazing—spotlessly clean and perfectly organized, without the slightest bit of clutter. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and very spacious! It’s also super close to the seaside—just a short walk of about ten minutes—and the bus stop is only a few steps away. The hotel owner was incredibly kind, warm, and friendly. This was our first time visiting Croatia, and everything left us with such unforgettable memories! 真的非常推荐↖(^ω^)↗
Tifani, the owner was gracious, prompt and helpful We left my husbands medicines in the fridge and we were called promptly so we could come back to pick up. The entrance to property is a bit of a throwback but inside the rooms are tastefully renovated and updated, well equipped and sparkling clean. From windows you can see right in front walls and silver door entrance to palace Breakfast is delicious. A 4 star accommodation is fair and has nothing to envy to a 4 star hotel Highly recommend and will come back.
Overall very good experience apart from the need to climb up about 3-4 flights of stairs with luggage. It’s a walk from the bus interchange but not impossible. Very way to walk to main attractions. Toilet and amenities was awesome, checkin/out process was a breeze. Rom was just nice size for 2 people to walk around, and have 2 luggages open. Will recommend for not fussy people!
Right in the middle of Old Town Split, near the Riva. Shops. Restaurants, sightseeing. The accomodation is very clean, very modern . Every morning new clean towels. The owner Luka is wonderfull, everything we asked we got, great and open communication. Thanks for a wonderfull midweek in beautifull Split, Kroatie. 10 out of 10. Xxx
On the top floor of the building , reception is not 24hrs but nanaged to get in touch via what’sapp and had a smooth check in. Nice room in a decent size , you can have a great view of the town at the end of their corridor (you can still have a good view of the town /harbor)
