"Супер апартаменты! Все новое, чистое! Единственное, что не понравилось, что в номере не убирали и не меняли полотенца - стирали самостоятельно! Возможно это и не предусмотрено, но было круто это включить в сервис Есть бассейн и зона лежаков при отеле - ✌🏻 Пляж рядом, есть бич клаб (45 евро) за 2 лежака и зонт, есть попроще на бетоне пляж за 30 евро До Порта Монтенегро 10-15 минут не спеша"

Great place for families. The staff has lots of initiative and are flexible in granting us early check-in. One staff brought us bottles of mineral water while we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were two and a half hours early! The resort provided kayaks and canoes that we can use for free. The only down side is that there is a weird drainage stench from our balcony.

A great place near the sea. Very welcoming Russian-speaking resepshen. A convenient common kitchen area. The main minus - the general sauna on the floor, no sound isolation with the corridor. Windows without curtains, you need to close the outer stands

I booked this hotel because the cover photo of it facing the sea was very attractive, but it's actually an apartment in an unfinished upscale community. Even with the balcony window open, the construction was still underway. It's relatively hard to find. The room facilities are new and clean, but the location is quite far from the city center and old town of Kotor. There's only one restaurant in the community. Upon arrival, I didn't know I had to turn on the hot water myself. I had to ask the front desk to find out, and ended up waiting for over two hours for lukewarm water – it was already past midnight. If it weren't for the attractive cover photo, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. I booked two nights and wanted to cancel one, but they wouldn't agree. If you're driving and don't care about the environment, you could consider staying here.

Everything is great, there are all the necessary dishes and utensils, even a dishwasher and washing machines. There's a barbecue grill in the courtyard, plenty of sun loungers, and the place is quiet and peaceful, with ample parking. The sheets and towels are snow-white. We asked to check in two hours early, and they did so without any problems or extra charges. Inna is a very nice and pleasant host! Thank you!
