Beautiful and well designed apartment in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood. Loved the wonderful views of the forest and the sounds of nature and a little stream just outside the window. My main concern was the lack of air conditioning. It can get unbearably hot during summer during the day, and it's too hot to sleep at night without leaving the windows open. If you don't drive, reaching here is also quite a challenge as it's a 10-15 minute uphill walk from the nearest bus stops.

Wir waren zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr für eine Nacht im Hotel Heimgartl und waren froh, überhaupt noch ein bezahlbares Zimmer gefunden zu haben. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und hilfsbereit, kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Das Zimmer entsprach allerdings einem sehr einfachen Standard (ca. 1–2 Sterne). Für eine kurze Übernachtung in der Hochsaison in Ordnung – Komfort sollte man jedoch nicht erwarten.

我在Trip平台搜尋德國福森小鎮附近酒店，平台顯現了福森小鎮週邊酒店，地理位置有點遠，但我覺得開車是可以到達的，所以當下訂了這家酒店，確定後，透過手機GPS定位酒店位置，才發現酒店位於奧地利領土。讓我不可思議的事，我搜尋的德國福森小鎮為什麼跑到奧地利領土Trip平台都沒有告知。ps因為奧地利政府不承認台灣駕照。因此，無法自駕到該酒店。發現問題後，詢問Trip平台是否辦理退款，平台回覆要跟酒店討論，最後結果是不予退款。我欣然接受，因為是我自己下的訂單，但是我要說的是平台給我的資訊是不正確的。所以是否也要付起責任。比如我再booking的平台他就會告知酒店位置在哪裡。最後，我決定放棄入住。但我有權利給予負評。

숙소의 위치, 시설, 가운, 주방기기, 식기 모든 면에서 완벽한 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 구석구석을 다 살펴 봐도 빛이 날 정도로 너무나 깔끔하고 청결함이 돋보이는 곳이고요. 다음에 다시 한번 머물고 싶은 숙소이네요. 다만, 출입문의 잠금장치는 처음 오는 사람이 이해하기는 좀 어려워서, 손님이 처음 방문할 때 직원 분께서 시범을 한번 보여 주실 것을 권합니다. 막상 알고 나면 간단한데, 매우 혼동을 주는 요소라서, 셀프체크인도 다소 어려운데 문까지 쉽게 열고 들어가지 못 하면 숙소에 대한 이미지에 영향을 줄 수 있다고 생각합니다. 두 개의 출입문이 여닫이 방향이 달라서 각각 반대방향으로 돌려야 한다면 각각의 안내를 따로 해 주는 것이 좋지 않을까요? (여닫이 문이 왼쪽으로 밀어서 열리는 문은 잠금레버를 왼쪽으로 돌려야 열리고, 여닫이 문이 오른쪽으로 밀어서 열리면 오른쪽으로 잠금레버를 돌려야 합니다. 현관문과 객실문이 모두 밀어서 여는 문인데 서로 다른 방향이라 숙소 안내대로라면 한쪽 문은 안 열릴 수 밖에 없습니다)

Guest User我覺得旅館一切都很舒適，唯獨訂房明明是2房公寓，到了現場變成1房公寓，導致我們有人必需睡在客廳的沙發床，空間變得狹窄不夠舒適使用，平台有給補償，但還是覺得這樣不Ok。
