Amazing place to stay in Canggu! It is located on a quiet street next to a beautiful rice field away from the noise, but within walking distance of the center, the beach and all the entertainment. The territory is very green. The main feature is a beautiful pool overlooking the field. The room is small, but cozy and has everything you need. There is enough hot water in the shower. Excellent cleaning. There is also a kitchen with everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Addie. The only downside is the high audibility in the rooms (but can be solved with earplugs).

I thank the hostel staff for their quality work. It is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Very convenient location near the airport. The staff is very friendly. The people who live in this hostel are very interesting. A very good impression. I recommend this hostel. I arrived at night. The hotel staff sent me instructions on how I can check in, it was very convenient and understandable. Special thanks to the two guys who made my birthday even more beautiful. The hotel staff and the people who live there are wonderful. Thank you 🙏🙏

Stayed here for a week. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Kuta Beach for surfing. The hotel is very quiet in the alley. There is no noise disturbance at night and I slept very comfortably. The hotel's swimming pool is the cleanest among the ones I have seen. It is very comfortable to swim when there are few people. There are two types of breakfast, Western and Indonesian. If you are not full, you can ask the staff for an extra portion. The balcony in the room is very convenient for drying clothes. There is also a Marshall speaker, which is a plus. The space is also large. The only drawback is that the water in the bathroom has a bit of smell and the water quality is not very good (it is recommended to bring your own filtered shower head). All employees greeted with a smile and provided good service. We had a great time here. I hope the hotel will strengthen maintenance and get better and better!

Great little space, the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. We stayed for one night, had a massage in the private gazebo, and they gave us breakfast after we returned from the dolphin watching. Everything is fresh and new, the pool is great too for any time of the day or night. Large room space, strong Aircon, big bathroom. There's a small convenience store directly opposite the entrance for snacks.

The place is a bit far from the center, but that's because it's a jungle. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. The breakfast could be better. If you want a different experience, this is the place, surrounded by nature.

That’s a nice place for those who’d like to stay close to Jimbaran. You’d still like ordering a bike taxi from here to the beach, because the hotel is located on a hill and the road is always busy, very uncomfortable for walking, but it would take you only 2 minutes by bike to the beach, never had a problem ordering a bike (cars sometimes don’t take it). Breakfasts are worthy. You can also order food for lunch or dinner, the restaurant is pretty good and works until 22:00. The menu was fine for me to eat there during the 3 week stay but my more sophisticated friends said that there was lack of variety😄 Staff is really friendly. There was no shower gel at first, but I got it for the second week of stay. No soap, had to buy it. All the other amenities were there. Rooms are big and clean. On the other hand, the room cleaning service could mop the floor sometimes. I saw some long hair which weren’t mine and they were collecting on the floor. The pool is good and you can get towels at the reception. The internet was good for work during my stay, only one day there was a problem with WiFi in rooms and I had to work from lobby.

We lived in a family two-room house. Poor, but clean. The beds are comfortable, with new mattresses. The air conditioners in the rooms are installed perfectly, do not blow on the bed, you can sleep peacefully. The staff tries very hard. Delicious breakfasts and ground coffee (not instant)! It is very convenient that every 2 hours there is a transfer to the beaches of Pandawa and Timbis, where the transfer is free. You need to say in advance that you want to go (at 10.00, 12.00, 14.00, 16.00 and 18.30), at the appointed time a car will pick you up. The same goes for the return trip - you say what time to pick up. Nice pool. Nearby there is a wonderful restaurant Wood Shack with European and Indonesian menus. We used the laundry services (15,000 rupees per kg of things), the next day they bring everything clean, smelling delicious and neatly folded. Cleaning on request. Of the minuses - the bed linen is already worn out. But it smells nice. There are a minimum of dishes in the kitchen, but we did not cook. The sofa has stains (but this is more a question for the residents).

Very bad hotel Service is terrible. No one answers the phone. I added the housekeeper on WeChat but it was useless. No one would reply. The shuttle bus was available but it didn't come to pick us up Because the breakfast is a set meal and needs to be ordered in advance, no one came to ask us what we wanted for breakfast the next day. The breakfast was unpalatable and the quantity was small The two female receptionists at the front desk had a bad attitude. They had dark faces and deliberately spoke very fast. Terrible. Terrible.

Very cool authentic hotel! Unity of nature and incredible architecture. Very cool pools, and unusual sun loungers and umbrellas! The rooms are good, the staff cares about your comfortable stay! At night they draw the curtains, renew the water, and give compliments in the form of cookies! The level of service is 5 * hotel! I recommend it to everyone, a great place for unity with nature interspersed with beautiful architecture.

AAnonymous UserStaying here was a real retreat. The room which has pool access we booked was clean, spacious, intimate bcs there only a few room. Our room was very close to the dining gazebo where there were some plugs so we could working with our laptop with a sight of ricefields. the bathroom has a good warm water shower. I love when the morning sun can penetrate to the room. Nasi goreng and Mie goreng for breakfast are quite tasty. - But sometimes you can hear a gecko at night and unfortunately during our 2n3d stay, there were no one clean and make up our room. Also tissue and water didn't get refilled.

AAllgoOhana has some good things about it, and could be a good retreat with some investment. I booked a Deluxe room for one night and checked out the Apartment because I wanted to stay there long-term (thanks to the gym proximity), but the A/Cs were very weak, so I couldn't extend my stay into the Apartment, and the Deluxe room was too small and uncomfortable for laptop work. Pros: - Away from the street and pretty quiet for now (though there's a construction site right next to it, see rooftop photo) - Nice bamboo-lined entrance after you open the gate with the security code - More comfortable beds than in 8/9 other places I've stayed in Bali so far. Not Tempurpedic or anything that fancy, but softer (perhaps a memory foam topped over a coil mattress). - Only 5 minutes walk to the best gym in the area (”WRONG” gym) - The room was clean, the towels smelled very nice, but the glasses looked dirty - Pretty good light blocking curtains - Insect mesh on the windows! This is such a common-sense feature, but it was the first time I saw in Bali, after staying at 5 hotels/resorts, 1 villa, and 3 rooms at PARQ Ubud - Nice (for the area) rooftop views, with beautiful sunsets - Helpful staff assisted with carrying luggage - There's a small communal kitchen with a microwave and utensils you can use - Nice (but unpopulated) rooftop bar area Cons: - The street entrance is a construction war zone, with garbage and everything (see photos) - Not just the A/C in my room, but both split A/C units in the Apartment, were VERY weak (so 3 units in total). The A/C in my small room only managed to drop the temperature by 2.5C (4.5F) during the 2 hours of running at maximum (loudest) fan speed (28.6 -> 26.2 / 83.5F -> 79F, see digital thermometer/CO2 sensor photos). Staff told me they could call engineering to take a look, but the facilities/appliances were old (the subtext being, don't have much hope). - The chair was more of a torture device than a chair. Who in their right mind would buy anything like that except perhaps for a ”DO NOT DESIGN FURNITURE LIKE THIS” exhibit? - Only one power outlet for the desk/chair area, occupied with the WiFi router, so I had to plug my laptop into the bathroom power outlet - No water provided. Staff told me to go to a minimart. The closest one walking north was Circle K, and the walk is the typical stressful walk in Canggu, with scooters and cars parked on the sidewalk, construction all over the place, and the frequent lack of pavement - The place was advertised as a coliving on Colivings, but there were maybe a total of 2 other guests there, and no sense of community whatsoever. - The floating beds looked dirty (see photos) - Due to the height of the pool, it's only exposed to sunshine until about 2pm - The Apartment has an odd choice of 4 chairs around a table instead of a couch, and no microwave or toaster or blender in the kitchen. Good light blocking curtains in the bedroom though, and its view is relatively private when the curtains are pulled open.

GGuest UserThere were no towels in my room, so had to go & ask for them. At the pool I had to go into a lock up to look for a sunbed cushion, staff should be more proactive in offering cushions. I asked at the pool for a pool towel, they were surprised I didn't have any in my room, they got on the walkie talkie & asked for some for me, 6 hours later the pool towels hadn't arrived, so I went to reception myself to ask for them. My room was cleaned & no clean towels were left, I gave them the benefit of the doubt & left it a few hours, hoping they'd bring towels, but no, I had to once again go to reception for towels. A nice touch would be staff coming to your sunbed to ask if you want food or drink. The restaurant could do with a roll down wall, a barrier from the elements for times when the wind & rain are prevalent. It's not fun being blown about & getting wet when you're trying to negotiate your food. The rooms are lovely, I had an outside bathroom, which was very special. One issue is the ceiling, there's always bits of dirt or bugs falling onto the bed from the ceiling. The fan in my room didn't work, there was also a light out, but I just left it, I didn't want to keep complaining. Most of the food was delicious & presented very well. I tried vegetable soup, which was basically lots of uncooked veg in a vegetable bouillon, not my idea of soup, I didn't take too well to the spaghetti bolognese either, i didnt like the taste of it. I'm not sure what they wash the fruit & salad in, but it didn't taste very nice & tasted of chemicals, suffice to say I couldn't eat it. The staff are friendly & ready to help. I didn't realise the hotel had a driver to do trips, they should be informing people of this, I booked a driver from outside & would of preferred to pay the hotel driver. The surroundings/gardens are beautiful & so is the pool area. Beach sellers are a pain, you could be led on sunbed or eating a meal & they still harass you, one even sneaked up the stairs from the beach, staying just out of the view of hotel staff.

PPRESIDENTVETROVGreat location of this small private hotel, a minute by motorbike from the noisy street, the rooms are quiet and calm. Nearby on the street are a couple of grocery stores, a pizzeria and a fairly popular place with delicious pork ribs. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the bathrooms in the rooms are incredibly huge. Good wi-fi, parking for motorbikes under a canopy. Of the minuses: in the rooms there are no small and so necessary refrigerators for beer, also there is no table for a laptop to work. Thank you!

CCarrie_solojourneyThis hotel is too wonderful; from the facilities to the service, everything left a deep impression on me. I visited during Indonesia's rainy season, so if lucky, you could see both sunrise and sunset, but if not, it was all rainy days. During my stay, I experienced various weather conditions, from heavy rain to sunny days. The pool was stunning, offering a view of the nearby peaks on clear days. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. The massages at the hotel were even better than the ones I tried in Thailand, and the scenery in the massage area was particularly beautiful. The floating breakfast not only looked good but also tasted delicious. I scheduled breakfast for 6:30 AM but unfortunately missed the sunrise due to overcast weather. The hotel provided a 15-minute foot massage and a free terraced rice field tour the next day. Near the hotel, there's Gembleng Waterfall, with a beautiful but slippery terrain during the climb. It would be better if there was hot water in the sink in the room. There were few outlets in the room, and I had to unplug the bedside lamp to charge my phone. No bottled water in the room was a bit inconvenient. The kettle's cord was short, and the kettle was faulty. Always remember to close the door to prevent insects from entering. The hotel offered a reasonably priced taxi reservation service; for trips to the city center, it's advisable to book at least 2 hours in advance. If heading to the town center, hotel staff can arrange a motorcycle ride. The hotel's pricing is friendly, and the staff's service is excellent. Thanks to them, my time in Bali was exceptionally wonderful. PS: If the hotel's cocktails and restaurant food could be improved, it would be even more perfect.

GGuest UserGood spot for a good price. You get a tag that gives free access to local beaches. Local beaches are clean with clear water. Their food and beer are cheap (beer cheaper than stores and cold)... Nasi Goreng is 25k (how I usually evaluate food costs) You have a selection of 4 free beaches all within 10 minute motorbike ride... with 3 being low tide beaches (can't go high tide) and another that you can go high tide The low tide beaches are most beautiful Thr place is a bit older, but clean and rooms have shower, fridge and gas stove (basic kitchen)
