Booked here as family are staying at the same tower so it is very convenient. Services are good just that the need to up the cleanliness of the room a bit, there is ants and some smell in the room. Breakfast is standard. But overall it's good place to stay.

The house was nice and biggg enough for 2 people, the facilities was well maintained as welll. Location is close to pasmo and a lot of convient storeesss. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio in Tokyo Residence PIK2. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch — everything was spotless, fresh, and very well-maintained, which made the space feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere is very calm. Unexpectedly in a busy city, when you enter it feels like you are in a village. Suitable for relieving fatigue for a moment. Unfortunately the room WIFI cannot be used, ended up watching Netflix using a hotspot. However, the staff were very helpful in trying to get the WIFI to work even though it still failed. Overall the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the hot water works for a while, the AC is cold, but the mattress is a bit hard and feels a little springy. Quite recommended for a short stay at an affordable price.

Wooden, for 4 people with a price of around 600 thousand is very worth it.. Wooden room, there is a back terrace & plus a large bathroom 👍🏻.. Can park directly in front of the unit, suitable for families with a lot of luggage.. The waterboom facility is spacious, there is also a canteen, affordable prices of 5-30 thousand and the food is delicious, the best pecel chicken & fried rice at the waterboom canteen.. Can have a picnic, the place is spacious, it is suggested to bring your own toys if you want to stay at the hotel..(racket/volleyball) The disadvantage is there is no beach access..don't worry, it is close to other beach tourist destinations, only 10 minutes (Pandan Carita, Lombok) The place is very spacious, so some spots are indeed lacking in maintenance. But it's still ok.. Recommended for visiting with lots of people and the new villa units.. Success Avery Coconut, hopefully it will improve even more 👍🏻

The accommodation's cleanliness is very good. It's located in a strategic location which is really close to any business district area, including foods, laundry, coffee shop, restaurant, and convenient store. The service is also nice and fast response..
