The room is very large, very new and clean. The most hesitant hotel in this tour is the most surprising. It is very suitable for a family. It is within walking distance of the main attractions. There is a medium-sized supermarket in about 12 minutes. The supermarket can buy a little fruit for breakfast and other food, and the room has a kitchen or you can make it yourself. In addition to the National Day holiday, the room is a bit expensive, - It's almost 5,000 nights, other than that, it's good.

Facilities: Overall it is quite new, the toilet is a little small but the room is spacious. The air conditioner is also new. There is also a drying rack in the toilet, which is very useful. The room has a refrigerator and tea bags. The only downside is that the curtains only block out half of the light (? So it's a little less private.
Hygiene: Cleaned very clean every day
Environment: Very close to the train station, turn right and walk a few steps. It's also very convenient nearby. There is a supermarket downstairs. There are many Chinese restaurants around, and you can walk to various attractions. But because it is near the train station, there are sometimes teenagers screaming at night, which is quite annoying.
Service: A very socially friendly hotel. The front desk is only open in the morning. When we arrived at night, we registered the information online in advance. The hotel sent us the check-in information for self-check-in. We didn't send the information on the morning of our check-in day, so we were a little anxious. Fortunately, Ctrip helped to call for consultation and sent it immediately. There are two doors in front of the room, both of which are password locked, which is safe. You have to climb one floor. There is an old European elevator that we didn't dare to use. We basically didn't see anyone in and out of the hotel. When checking out, just give the key to the lady at the front desk, and you can store your luggage.

The room was remodeled by a local residential room, and the interior was still very clean. There is a kitchen, the kitchen bowl is really big, and there is a coffee machine, the coffee provided tastes good. But the toilet still has a smell, the air conditioner may not be environmentally friendly, it is not very cool, there are mosquitoes at night, in fact, there are mosquito coils, I didn't find it myself, I found it before I left. The location is actually quite good. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Flowers. It takes nearly 30 minutes to walk to Michelangelo Square to watch the sunset. In fact, it is already close. Roads are being built nearby, and the car is more difficult to drive.

This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in Florence. Strictly speaking, it is a hotel in the form of a homestay. Very warm, clean, comfortable and tidy. The room is cleaned every day to clean the trash can. Every time I go back to play, like returning home, the sheets and quilts will help to organize a whole knot, flat and flat. The air conditioner is cool and quiet, and the room has no smell. The large floor-to-ceiling windows let the sun shine in, the room is clean and bright! The windows are very soundproof and sleep quietly at night. I am very happy to have a microwave in the public area, and there is a Carrefour supermarket nearby for more than ten minutes. It is really great, and the peaches are cheap and good. There is a kettle in the room at this price, a refrigerator, a safe, free water, coffee ☕️ and a small dessert. I like the place where there is a balcony in Europe. In the morning, I drink a cup on the balcony. It seems that passers-by come and go. The location is very good, just a few minutes away from the train station, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Our Lady of Flowers. The only thing is that the shower room should pay attention to not spill the water on the toilet floor when taking a shower. Because the toilet is designed to keep the design beautiful, there is no door. Another thing to say is: be patient to read the link in the email sent by the hotel and fill in the form and submit it. After the operation is completed step by step as required, you can get the mobile phone door interface, and then you can click the electronic lock to enter the house smoothly. The front desk staff enthusiastically helped take the luggage to the accommodation. All in all, our stay here has left us with good memories of a busy green and happy trip to Florence.
Great farm hotel! The farmhouse is located on a hill with a superb view and overlooking Siena. It was raining all the way to Florence, and it was raining in the farm. The sky in Siena was beautiful! The owner is a 70-year-old woman, very kind and very serious, and carefully introduced the nearby attractions worth visiting. Because of three people, we booked an apartment with a separate living room dining room. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed that can be unfolded. The sheets and towels are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the tea bags and snacks are delicious! When I got up in the morning, I found out that the original farmhouse had its own laundry room and it was fully equipped. There is a big supermarket opposite Siena’s out-of-town station. You can go back and buy the breakfast materials yourself. Sitting in the morning and looking out at the beautiful view of Tuscany for breakfast, enjoy it too!
The landlord is great, I thought of everything, and provided all kinds of small surprises.
Password at the door to get the room card.
There are vending machines at the entrance, and the price is close to the people.
The kitchen offers several biscuits; several teas; coffee; welcome wine.
All kinds of tableware and rags were available, so we were able to eat our own instant noodles. We cleaned them before we left.
Pisa city map, mosquito coils, baby seat available.

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible.
Check-in & First Impressions
The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect.
One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues.
Room & Comfort
I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning.
The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily.
One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets.
Breakfast Experience
The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right.
The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location
The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city.
One Minor Issue
The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable.
Final Thoughts
Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive.
Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

I didn't expect the hotel to have a meal coupon ~ and it is a breakfast in the cafe outside. You can choose a bread and a cup of coffee or juice at will. I am so happy ❤️❤️❤️
Their bread and coffee are delicious ~ just like this is very good value 👍👍👍
More divided is that there is a washing machine to wash clothes ~, so the family is very satisfied 🥰🥰🥰
And the IH stove and pot in the kitchen are very powerful ~ only the pot bar is boiled white rice but it will not stain the pot 👍👍👍
The Wild Boar Square is just under your eyes ~ You can easily watch the powerful singing and performances every night, and observe the beggars picking up change next to the wild boar statue by the way! It's really convenient and comfortable ~ It's not enough to give 120 points! ❤️❤️❤️

GGuest UserIt's in a great location, 7 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the Ufutzii Museum, but it was hard to find because there was no hotel sign! I was standing 10 meters away, but I couldn't find it even after walking back and forth, so I asked a nearby hotel staff member, who pointed to a small door and said, ”It's right there.” I pressed the intercom, had it opened, went up to the third floor, and finally checked in. The room was cute, and when I told them I was leaving early in the morning, they were flexible and said, ”I can make breakfast at the breakfast shop and have it delivered the day before.” There was a shower, a refrigerator, and bottled water for the bed. If you leave the room and go up one level, there is a shared terrace with a view of the roofs of the ancient city. If the check-in goes smoothly, it's a great place to stay.
MMirrelIt’s a nice hotel, very accessible & near the Firenze SMN station. The room was ready earlier than check in time. Our room was spacious, clean & beautiful. The only hiccup was checking in. We weren’t given the check in instruction ahead of time & WhatsApp response took a while but after we got the info, everything was good.
GGuest UserLet me talk about the advantages. The room is impeccable from design and decoration to experience. The area facilities are very good. I can give 6 points. Even I think the photos taken by the owner are not as good as the real thing in the room. Very beautiful, very warm, very design, very dry cleaning. Net, I would like to come back to Florence for this beautiful room. There is a double bathtub, massage, terrace, drinking and eating. There is also a sauna. I saw the first time in the hotel room with a sauna. Although I didn’t use it, everything in the room was perfect. Hotel The building has a very old elevator that needs to be operated manually.
But but the disadvantage 1 is not in the special city center. It is about 2 kilometers away from the scenic spot. It still needs to walk after the tour. If the weather is very hot or not very good, people (such as me) will be a little unable to walk and there is a c1 bus nearby to the scenic spot. You don't want to wait an hour, don't sit! ! Its timetable is a joke. You never know if this car will come and when it will come, but I am willing to live a little farther for a beautiful room. It is worth it.
Disadvantage 2 is a bit unpleasant for me because although it is listed in the hotel list, it is actually a homestay, so there is no problem with the front desk. I can contact the landlord by email. However, although he can write, he can contact at any time, but after contacting, he will not immediately return to the first night of the stay. There was no hot water when I took a shower in the room. I sent an email to the landlord the next day. Until the last day, I checked out and left. He didn't reply to me. He even sent an email to remind me to check out on time. I didn't help me solve the hot water problem! If it weren't for coming back to rest at noon, I just met the cleaning aunt and asked her to help me solve it. I didn't have hot water to take a bath the next day, so once I encountered a problem, because there is no front desk, it may be impossible to solve it...
In addition to this, everything else is perfect. The nearby cafe recommended by the landlord is also delicious. By the way, the Chinese Embassy is also nearby. The security is full.
GGuest UserExcellent location. The hotel is just opposite Florence SMN station with 2 mins walk. There are many restaurants nearby and you can easily find your favorite one. This is a small hotel with just a single floor at the second level. You will hear traffic noise day and night, so the hotel provided ear plug in the amenities. Hotel Reception operates up to 8pm everyday. After that, you need to call 5h3 staff if you need help.
GGuest UserHighly recommended👍🏻
The room was really nice, clean, new and tidy. The mini bar is free (there are even two free bottles of beer), and the front desk also has unlimited free bottled water, iced coke, coffee, cookies, etc. All toiletries are disposable and well packaged and clean. We were assigned a room near the back, which was very quiet and comfortable. The downtown area is right downstairs❤️
Maria at the front desk is very welcoming. She is only at the hotel from morning to 4 p.m. Checking in outside of this time will be troublesome. The hotel door is relatively small and difficult to find. The front desk looks small, but the room is large and comfortable ❤️Downstairs is the downtown area. There is a large supermarket and breakfast shop across the street. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the train station and go to the Baihua Cathedral. Only about 15 minutes. There are many restaurants and steakhouses nearby, and close to the market (the beef buns are delicious, but not worth the long queues)
This was my favorite hotel on this trip and I would highly recommend it to everyone.
GGuest UserThe scenery was beautiful, and the house was very clean, but it’s not very convenient for those without a car. The host was truly wonderful and enthusiastic. He kindly drove us from Pienza to the accommodation, arranged for us to rent bicycles and had them delivered to the house. When we left, the buses weren’t running, so he even helped us book a taxi, ensuring we made our train on time. It was an absolutely fantastic experience.
BBodoWhat a nice place to stay in central Pisa! It doesn't look much from outside, but as soon as you pass through the front door you find that you're in a quiet cool oasis (note: there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the rooms - no lift - so not great for those with mobility issues).
Our room was spacious and comfortable and, despite overlooking a small square with restaurants, very quiet at night (there's quad-glazing on the window). You can order breakfast, or just enjoy the snacks left for us in the room. There's a microwave and drink making set-up in the lounge which was very handy.
The owners are friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day.
Staff are on site only in the mornings, and initially we were a bit sceptical about the entry/check in process (done with a QR code online), but it all worked flawlessly.
We would happily stay here again if we visit Pisa in the future :-)
KKalim’s worldEveryone will have a dream to live in a palace or a castle at some point. If you want to experience such a dream, it's not a bad choice here. It wouldn't be a problem if you could enjoy the loneliness, despair, and stillness of being alone in a large space. If you can't imagine, imagine sleeping in the middle of the gym overnight. The facilities provide the bare minimum. The beds are not bad, either. But there are not many feelings of living that people can live. It's the biggest regret there. It's easy to go anywhere because it's in the center of major tourist attractions. However, if you don't have enough leg muscles and heart power, you may be afraid to go outside. If you experience your own physical limitations during the day and are thinking of fighting solitude at night, it's not a bad choice.
GGuest UserPros: great location, just a few steps from a few must see of the city. Cons:the noise of morning workers cleaning or making deliveries in the morning (7-8am) and tourist making their way through the alleys and streets to or from hotels, bar, etc. will carry to tour room... maybe disrupting your sleep. Also, if you're going to arrive after the reception closes it can get tricky or stressful as you have to reach out an on-call reception person (in my case it took 3 dials in to hear from them, I got delayed 20min. on the road and the person left and have to call again). The lock of my room and for the constant slamming of doors rooms seem to be a bit tricky to operate. Finally, the safe in my room was looked at my arrival, so I couldn't use it. Not the best value and wouldn't recommend it.
