The room was very good, very clean, very bright, very big, I lived with my girlfriend and I felt very home. The location is also very good, just near the train station, you can walk to the New Virgin Mary train station for a maximum of 3 minutes, there are delicious shops around, very close to China Street! The landlord is a very handsome little brother, the people are very good, there is a big brother, the people are also very friendly, are very warm people, and also recommended delicious restaurants to us. The Hotel Marchionni, built in 1923, is located in Piazza Puccini in what is today defined as the parlor of Viareggio, just 50 meters from the sea along the "passeggiata" and the "Viali a Mare". It is the most monumental and artistically valuable area of the city, due to the quality and quantity of buildings of architectural interest. The construction project is due to the architects Alfredo Belluomini and Galileo Chini who also designed many other buildings along the Viareggio seafront, including the Hotel Principe di Piemonte, the Grand Hotel Royal as well as the Caffè Margherita, a temple of Liberty which has hosted, as a plaque placed in 1949 recalls, characters of the caliber of Marconi, Toscanini and Giacomo Puccini who came here to "recreate himself in the simplicity of civil conversation after the daily effort around his immortal art."

GGuest UserIt's in a great location, 7 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the Ufutzii Museum, but it was hard to find because there was no hotel sign! I was standing 10 meters away, but I couldn't find it even after walking back and forth, so I asked a nearby hotel staff member, who pointed to a small door and said, ”It's right there.” I pressed the intercom, had it opened, went up to the third floor, and finally checked in. The room was cute, and when I told them I was leaving early in the morning, they were flexible and said, ”I can make breakfast at the breakfast shop and have it delivered the day before.” There was a shower, a refrigerator, and bottled water for the bed. If you leave the room and go up one level, there is a shared terrace with a view of the roofs of the ancient city. If the check-in goes smoothly, it's a great place to stay.

We weren’t given the check in instruction ahead of time & WhatsApp response took a while but after we got the info, everything was good.

GGuest UserLet me talk about the advantages. The room is impeccable from design and decoration to experience. The area facilities are very good. I can give 6 points. Even I think the photos taken by the owner are not as good as the real thing in the room. Very beautiful, very warm, very design, very dry cleaning. Net, I would like to come back to Florence for this beautiful room. There is a double bathtub, massage, terrace, drinking and eating. There is also a sauna. I saw the first time in the hotel room with a sauna. Although I didn’t use it, everything in the room was perfect. Hotel The building has a very old elevator that needs to be operated manually.
But but the disadvantage 1 is not in the special city center. It is about 2 kilometers away from the scenic spot. It still needs to walk after the tour. If the weather is very hot or not very good, people (such as me) will be a little unable to walk and there is a c1 bus nearby to the scenic spot. You don't want to wait an hour, don't sit! ! Its timetable is a joke. You never know if this car will come and when it will come, but I am willing to live a little farther for a beautiful room. It is worth it.
Disadvantage 2 is a bit unpleasant for me because although it is listed in the hotel list, it is actually a homestay, so there is no problem with the front desk. I can contact the landlord by email. However, although he can write, he can contact at any time, but after contacting, he will not immediately return to the first night of the stay. There was no hot water when I took a shower in the room. I sent an email to the landlord the next day. Until the last day, I checked out and left. He didn't reply to me. He even sent an email to remind me to check out on time. I didn't help me solve the hot water problem! If it weren't for coming back to rest at noon, I just met the cleaning aunt and asked her to help me solve it. GGuest UserExcellent location. The hotel is just opposite Florence SMN station with 2 mins walk. There are many restaurants nearby and you can easily find your favorite one. This is a small hotel with just a single floor at the second level. You will hear traffic noise day and night, so the hotel provided ear plug in the amenities. Hotel Reception operates up to 8pm everyday. After that, you need to call 5h3 staff if you need help.

BBodoWhat a nice place to stay in central Pisa! It doesn't look much from outside, but as soon as you pass through the front door you find that you're in a quiet cool oasis (note: there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the rooms - no lift - so not great for those with mobility issues).
Our room was spacious and comfortable and, despite overlooking a small square with restaurants, very quiet at night (there's quad-glazing on the window). You can order breakfast, or just enjoy the snacks left for us in the room. There's a microwave and drink making set-up in the lounge which was very handy.
The owners are friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day.
Staff are on site only in the mornings, and initially we were a bit sceptical about the entry/check in process (done with a QR code online), but it all worked flawlessly.
We would happily stay here again if we visit Pisa in the future :-)

Upon arrival, an elevator that could not accommodate two people with two hand luggage. one had to climb the stairs. four floors!!! then a not very friendly attendant. and finally, the frustration of a bathtub that, like the elevator, barely accommodated two people. When booking, they should ask if the person was a little older, it was not advisable to book this room. We booked because it was a more romantic room, but it shouldn't be sold as a double room. the beds were twins with a space in the middle where you couldn't sleep together. It was impeccably clean, but the building's plumbing was very old, the shower was full of water and the bathtub leaked water throughout the room. the location was great and the breakfast lady on the day of checkout was extremely polite and kind. The receptionist on the first day left something to be desired…

KKalim’s worldEveryone will have a dream to live in a palace or a castle at some point. If you want to experience such a dream, it's not a bad choice here. It wouldn't be a problem if you could enjoy the loneliness, despair, and stillness of being alone in a large space. If you can't imagine, imagine sleeping in the middle of the gym overnight. The facilities provide the bare minimum. The beds are not bad, either. But there are not many feelings of living that people can live. It's the biggest regret there. It's easy to go anywhere because it's in the center of major tourist attractions. However, if you don't have enough leg muscles and heart power, you may be afraid to go outside. If you experience your own physical limitations during the day and are thinking of fighting solitude at night, it's not a bad choice.

GGuest UserPros: great location, just a few steps from a few must see of the city. Cons:the noise of morning workers cleaning or making deliveries in the morning (7-8am) and tourist making their way through the alleys and streets to or from hotels, bar, etc. will carry to tour room... maybe disrupting your sleep. Also, if you're going to arrive after the reception closes it can get tricky or stressful as you have to reach out an on-call reception person (in my case it took 3 dials in to hear from them, I got delayed 20min. on the road and the person left and have to call again). The lock of my room and for the constant slamming of doors rooms seem to be a bit tricky to operate. Finally, the safe in my room was looked at my arrival, so I couldn't use it. Not the best value and wouldn't recommend it.
