UUlla NurmenniemiI booked three nights for two persons with breakfast. Location is excellent and room is nice with sauna. BUT restaurant is closed, and NO BREAKFAST although paid for all the mornings. Hotel didn't arrange anything to eat in the morning. How bad service is that!! In addition it's spa hotel and swimming pool and saunas were closed. Quite a disappointment. On my opinion hotel staff should use a little imagination and innovative solutions to serve customers better. I guess they never heard about good service.

GGuest Userロケーションは最高です。アパートメントタイプなので調理器具、ポットやアイロンの揃えがあるのはありがたかったです。ただ、床に塵やカスが落ちていたのが不快でした。あとは、ホテルへの問い合わせには一切返答がなかったため、宿泊前の不安を駆り立てられました。
