Room view is same as photo show, is traditional homestay so didn’t have private toilet. The way to washroom and bathroom will have warmer but after bath will be very cold in winter. Is super nearby to Kailua station and opposite is one of the famous spot, Komachi St.

It's really close to the station and there's a convenience store nearby.
But the bathroom space is really a bit too small, and there are no shelves to store things, which is not very convenient.
In addition, the hair dryer is also broken and cannot blow hot air out😥

好難找哦。停車也不方便。旅館在一個巷子裏，很日式。搬行李有點不方便。房間設施一般，洗澡的地方有點難受。可能是老式日式建築吧，設施就這樣。也是一種接地氣的體驗。

Very traditional ryokan where they put your name at the entrance of the building. Small Japanese garden with fish, a nice hot spring, and a big room.
Friendly stuff + you can order exceptional unagi dinner, but you need to order it in advance, at least 1 day before the actual dinner.
Very close to the subway and city center.
I really enjoyed my stay.

Ccha〜chanThe advance procedures are in English, so it may be difficult to go smoothly if you are not used to it,
but if you follow the procedure, check-in doesn't take much time and it feels quite private,
even with six people there was plenty of space to relax,
it would be even better if they provided bath salts, the balcony is spacious and full of greenery, and it's quiet and comfortable.

GGregorio GastaldiA very pleasant visit to kind, simple and peaceful people. I like a lot the location of the homestay, out of the center, up hill, need to move your ass to reach it. The hottest onsen I’ve been haha but also the most comfy as it’s private. I miss Rum already, what a nice dog, same as all the staff. A really worthy stop in Hakone with local people who feel real in an area full of tourism. Thanks a lot for taking care of my bags after my check in, those gestures are the ones that really count!

VVincentWe recently stayed at this apartment as a family of five and were thoroughly impressed with the spacious apartment. The living room was equipped with a TV, and there was also a separate activity room which was a lovely surprise. The full suite kitchen was well-equipped with an oven, microwave, and induction stove, making it easy for us to prepare meals.
The apartment was also warm and cozy, thanks to the sufficient heaters provided. We stayed in late November, and the heaters kept us comfortable throughout our stay.
Overall, we found the apartment to be clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family's needs.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent being 2mins from Gora-Eli station. It is surrounded by private onsens and even some good restaurants. It’s a below average guest house without any lift or elevator. 2 flight of steps to the front desk and men’s and family rooms, 1 flight of steps to the ladies. It warrants a lot of work on cleanliness service and amenities to grow its image. The only saving grace is its excellent location next to Gora station and the ropeway/cablecar bringing you to Lake Ashi, Owakudani and many places of interest..

DDonauhahaThe hotel does not have any registered staff. It is self-service, but the check-in method needs to have an appointment number. But I didn’t receive any messages. I also left a message on the official website before departure. But I didn’t receive any reply. I didn’t care about arriving at the hotel. I got 20 minutes in front of the self-service machine that night. I couldn't get the room. Finally, I found a local Japanese to help me call the hotel to get the room key. The room is very small, with only a bed and nothing else, and the lighting in the room is very dim. If you turn on the light at night and look at your phone, you feel like your eyes will be blinded. The fireside dinner in the evening is also limited to the number of people, which I didn't know before. I only saw the board saying it starts at 6:00, and I went there at 6:10 and they told me it was full, so I had to look for something to eat nearby, but it was Japan's Golden Week holiday at that time, and many stores were open, so I could only solve dinner at a convenience store

GGuest UserThere is no laundry within 2 km. If you only stay for one night, you can make do with it. Overall, it is not as good as the hotel configuration. If you have a choice, stay in Yokohama and take the train in the morning for a better sleeping experience.

GGuest UserThe building was originally 2 stories high but was designed to be divided into 4 floors with a staircase in the middle. The basement is tatami, the first floor is the bathroom, the second floor is the kitchen and dining room, and the third floor is the bedroom with 2 single beds. The decoration design is comfortable and the kitchen utensils are complete, but it is inconvenient for the elderly and children to keep going up and down.
