"The place is in a very nice positions with amazing view ,but unfortunately I feel no one should come here especially if you are 3 people because there is no place for the third person so on the third person need to sleep on a sofa not sofa bed !!!custumer service is 0 , owner insulted me offering 10 € discount because one of us had to sleep on the sofa , they offered also a foldable bed that was broken. Has been told us also that we should complain becouse we booked in trip.com with a discount incredible . Speechless.
For the price inside the house is not worthy shower doesn’t work properly , door doesn’t even close properly.
It feels like the people that work there don’t care much about everything.

"Perfect place for a family. Everything was clean and neat. There is a microwave and washing machine which was vry helpful. Do note that a deposit of usd35 is needed which will be returned after check out. Although trip said to prepare cash in usd it is better to prepare the notes in kyrgyz som. The landlord is vry kind and understanding as we checked in late and had trouble paying via bank transfer. The maid there is a friendly elderly lady who is vry helpful. We enjoyed our stay and when we come to Bishkek in future we will definitely book our stay here again."

"the host could has updated their videos of the location etc, i was having such a hard time trying to search for the location, instead of the videos they should have give the landmark close to the building, bc the videos was outdated, the stucture that was outside of the building is no longer there causing me so much issue. but the location wise it was convenient, theres mini market in there, close to eateries etc, the amenities also complete and i really appreciate the amenities but host was slighlty not to my liking."

Guai9The environment is very comfortable, and the owner is warm and thoughtful. Communication in Chinese is seamless. It offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it to Chinese travelers. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the location is excellent. There's also a Jiangxi restaurant nearby. My stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Guest UserThe hotel has a pleasant area and a good pool, with a varied breakfast. However, we were unfortunately given a much simpler room than what we booked. When we asked to switch, we were told all rooms were occupied (including the one we had reserved). The room we got was significantly smaller. Also, as many reviews mention, you can clearly hear the train at night – you can't open the window.

A wonderful hotel with a new renovation, excellent service staff (especially the reception girls and all the security guards), everything is top notch! A nice restaurant with a summer terrace. A beautiful view from the window of the mountains) We will definitely come back, but this time for a vacation, not for work:) Thank you for the warm welcome!
