"The accommodation was enjoyed. A convenient location, almost in the center of Budva, but not on the main crowded streets (Nearby all infrastructure - Megamarkt store, bakery, laundry) To the Old City, embankment -15 minutes. Morene Beach - 25 minutes. The bus station is 7 minutes. Megamol is 10 minutes.
The rooms are modest but comfortable - good beds, small kitchen and accessories, air conditioning, balcony. Live in three in one room. It was not close.
The beautiful hostess, Seka - will help, will tell, always on contact.
A great price ratio is quality.
I recommend for guys, from emai travel."

GGuest UserНовые, современные апартаменты. Настолькотновые, что не все еще доделано (не является минусом). Комфортное проживание, приятный персонал. Единственный минус - нет стоянки. Рядом с домом только платные парковки. Но, я так понял, что парковка в дальнейшем планируется, но еще не доделана.

GGuest UserKendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yücel bey ve Andaç bey çok ilgiliydiler. Kendilerine teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Güzel sohbetler ettik gayet cana yakın insanlar. Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.

GGuest UserBooking was easy, the location was good, and so was the price. When I arrived, I couldn't find it for a long time. It turned out I was in the right place, but there was no receptionist or signs. If you don't have a signal, that's a big minus. When I found Wi-Fi, I called WhatsApp and found a place.
We checked in earlier than the stated time, everything was great, the room was clean and fresh. I went to take a shower and found someone else's towel in the bathroom. There were two sets of towels on the bed, and another one was hanging on a hook in the bathroom. So, out of three sets, only one was clean. There was also a stain on the bed, a lot of unpleasant details, furniture without handles, a leaky shower, outlets with damaged plastic, and protruding wires.
Internet access was important to me, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working. I wrote to the receptionist, but they never fixed it. I thought about staying, but because of the lack of internet, I went elsewhere.

The hotel overall was good and worth the amount of money spent on it. The room was clean, and the location was nice: far from the noise but close to beaches and an awesome restaurant called ”Bankada”. The hotel had a nice pool, which was amazing considering the fact that the sea water was icy cold. However, there were a few small things that could be improved. For instance, the kids' playground, which was mentioned in the hotel description, was just a half-broken swing and a climbing ladder.

GGuest UserThe staff was very nice and friendly. The romantic room was cozy and spacious. The shower downstairs had a hole, leaving a puddle on the floor every time after use. The hot water ran out periodically. The balcony was nice, but there was a shared staircase and a walkway to the side. The sound levels in the room were very loud. The beach was not far away.

Dedicated space to keep and hang clothes in both rooms. Shadowy parking. Picturesque garden with kiwi, lemons etc. The host takes care of local registration. All good!

SsixmbThe room is quite new, but the stool on the balcony is so dirty that I can't bear to look at it. I wiped it at least ten times, but it's still very dirty. There is no one at the front desk all year round. If you have something, you can't find anyone for a while. The room facilities are not bad, but the design is not very reasonable and not very convenient to use.
