The hotel is conveniently located about one kilometer from Registan, Shah-i-Zinda, the mosque, and the Grand Bazaar, all within walking distance. It's a guesthouse in a small courtyard, clean and tidy, though some facilities are lacking (no toothbrushes, slippers, or an electric kettle). Hot water needs to be heated in the communal kitchen. The owner is very kind, provides a tourist map, and speaks English. When I visited, there was road construction, making it very difficult to get around, but it should be finished in a few days, so future guests will be lucky.

Location of the address is inaccurate. Taxis tend to stop at opposite the road. Signage is very small. Need to pay attention to see the blue signage. I like to quietness and quaintness of this hotel, but bathroom facilities wise, it not fulfilling the basic needs of a traveller because of the shower facility. Otherwise, Environment is good, i like especially the outdoor seating space at ground floor. The hot water in the bathroom is very inconsistent. Water flow is very low from the shower head. Sometimes water get very hot and almost burnt my skin many times. Bathroom is very cramp very difficult to get even a proper shower. The staff did their best they can to clean up the place, fix the shower head and offer good service. But the facilities of the shower room needs proper maintenance and servicing, inconsistent hot water supply is frustrating.

It’s conveniently located near the city center, only about 2 km from Registan Square and other major attractions, making it very easy to get around. The room rates are affordable, with options for 2 or 4 guests, which is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The host is incredibly kind, gentle, and always willing to help with anything you need. One of the highlights was the homemade breakfast prepared by the family — generous, delicious, and offering a wide variety of dishes each morning. The room was very clean. Since we had to take off our shoes indoors, it felt very comfortable. Both the air conditioning and the TV were modern, making our stay very pleasant. The bed was also spacious and clean enough for a good night's sleep. The bathroom ventilation wasn't great, so I left the door open, but it wasn't a major issue. The staff's hospitality was excellent. I was reassured when they explained that female staff would handle laundry for women. Regarding the location, it's a bit far from tourist attractions, so a taxi is essential. There's a bus stop right in front. There are also delicious restaurants and a convenience store-like shop nearby, so we had no trouble with meals. I would definitely like to stay here again when I come back to Uzbekistan!

This is luxury at a hostel price! The hotel is brand new, everything is new and clean. The towels and bed linens are crisp white. Upon entering the room, you must remove your shoes and leave them on the shelf next to the door. The rooms have a pleasant aroma. Breakfast is prepared individually at the appointed time. I recommend it. I would stay here again.

The room had everything you could need, and everything was spotlessly clean. We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is family-run, and the owners were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. They were always happy to help us with anything we needed and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. We truly appreciate their hospitality and wish them all the best! The location is also excellent , Registan Square is only a 7–8 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Samarkand!

The landlord's son speaks excellent English, making communication easy. The breakfast was also plentiful. The room was very quiet with the windows closed, and the air conditioning cooled down quickly. There are many local pilaf and baked bun shops nearby, perfect for those who enjoy exploring local life. The locals are very friendly. The courtyard was very comfortable, with many plants and birds, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decorations in every corner of the room were thoughtful, showing that the owners are people who love life. This guesthouse also offers pilaf making workshops. If you're traveling in a group or want to experience making pilaf in a large pot, you can contact the owner in advance to make a reservation. The aroma is wonderful just walking by!

This family-run guesthouse is highly recommended by locals. Although it's a bit far from tourist attractions and the train station, taxis are readily available and inexpensive in Samarkand. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, although it was a bit chilly at night in October with only a thin sheet. The landlady is very friendly, speaks excellent English, and the breakfast is delicious. The only downside is that the tax wasn't charged according to Ctrip's listing. Please be aware of this, as there might be changes. Although it's not a large amount, it's advisable to keep a receipt for reconciliation.
