I stayed in a large room, overlooking the sea, on the 30th floor. Nha Trang beach faces east so you can see the beautiful sunrise. The room has a small kitchen. bathroom is clean, with toiletries such as soap, toothbrush, 2 bottles of water and instant coffee. Although it is a Condotel, the room is cleaned every day. The location is very close to the sea, surrounded by many restaurants and juice shops, Highland Coffee, right next to the night market. There is a swimming pool, gym and spa on the 6th floor. The gym has basic equipment. Quite ok! In condotels, each room has its own manager, that's why the same name Panorama can have different names on travel booking sites. Check-in and check-out are done at the apartment reception. The procedure is also quite quick because I contacted the host in advance via the phone number provided on Trip.com. If you have not contacted the host of your studio in advance, you may have to wait a bit for the reception to find out information. Overall, I was nervous when checking in because it is a condo hotel, but it was fine, and it is a good hotel with a good location and nice views.

We had the city view room, it was a lovely modern room with an amazing shower and the bed was very comfortable, however there was a hole in the floor and the fridge didn’t seem to work. Apparently we had a free pool to access on the 6th floor however we didn’t check it out, I feel that was a nice addition. The location was very close to the beach and central to the ***** of restaurants and shops. The service however wasn’t the best, we were not given our breakfast vouchers and so we had to wait about 20 mins for breakfast access in the morning only to be told we cannot have any and the housekeeping lady was rude when we told her we paid for late checkout.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, in 3 different rooms. In any room something was broken (nightstand, microwave) the staff doesn't care about you (because they have no interest) I wanted to extend the room but they said there are no places. And through the Trip.com website there are. I extended it through them (it really helps out. A huge minus is the elevators. It's just awful, you can stand for 15 minutes waiting for it to arrive. And if you go up to your room then there is a risk of fighting with someone over a place in the elevator. Because so many people gather that it comes to swearing to decide who will go first. Although there are 8 elevators.

The family spent 2 nights at the villa very happily. Beautiful villa, fully equipped and comfortable, with an additional play area on the 4th floor for adults and children, in addition to the infinity pool, there is also a beautiful beach, friendly and attentive staff, very good service. 😊

The hotel was fine, but my stay was spoilt slightly by nearby dogs barking on and off during every night.  Obviously, nothing to do with the hotel. It was difficult to contact staff as no-one was ever at reception but, with the help of other people, I managed to speak to someone on the phone. No food was available at the hotel but there were plenty of eateries nearby.  I used the nearby 'Cilantro' restaurant every day.

This hotel boasts very clean and modern facilities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds are very comfortable, so I was able to rest comfortably. The hotel is close to the city center, so it is convenient to move around, and there are many restaurants and attractions nearby, which was very good. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent, so I was very satisfied with my stay. This is a hotel I would like to visit again.
