Friendly, and helpful staff.The location is very good. The Real Canadian Superstore is very close by, and a Costco is right behind Superstore.. Orchard Park Mall is across the street. The rooms were very clean. The beds, well I slept like a baby on them all night. Absolutely love the beds. The showerhead in.the room we were in was very modern and I loved it. The breakfast was pretty good. You can toast your bread/waffle fancy toaster you would see in Tim Hortons or A&W.Tgey have hard boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, granola bars, yogurt, tea, coffee, apple juice, orange juice and cranberry juice. Also they have a pool and hot tub very close to the reception desk to check in or out. Only a few parking spots in front, a few on the side and the rest of the parking is located in the back. If you park on the side of White Spot parking you will get towed or ticketed.The is a cement dividers and if it snows you may not see them as they are small. Please be aware and be careful. We will be booking here again. We had a balcony view. Thank you to Dilworth Inn for your kind hospitality. Thank you to this app I downloaded. You have no idea how grateful I am to you. Thank you

The service at the front desk is very friendly. There are vending machines where you can buy snacks. The heating in the room is sufficient. The toilet and room are also clean. The transportation is also convenient. It is a 10-minute drive from downtown. The only downside is that no slippers are provided.

Excellent hotel at great location. Staff were friendly. Room was nice and clean. They upgraded us for free to a room with kitchen. Sandra at front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfect for the price with a lot of amenities including breakfast. They also have boardgames that you can barrow to play. Amazing experience.

Location is fine, depending on where you want to go. The bus stop is just few steps away from the house. There is a church nearby. Opposite the house you can find a low-rise apartment. The house and the room I stay are very clean and comfortable. The landlady is friendly and helpful. I feel safe. All the services and amenities listed in Trip.Com are available. It would be much more better if the specific address is listed in Trip.com for the convenience of booking. Responses are considered quick and efficient. Recommended for single female travelers, if you are unsure of having homestay.

Driving from Victoria to Jasper National Park, it's great to live here! The front desk service is very friendly. Although the language is not fluent, I quickly moved in with a few sentences of unfamiliar English and added an extra bed. The rooms are not large, the facilities are complete, clean, and it is affordable to stay one night. Breakfast variety has good nutrition.

You bring your own shower supplies, towels and slippers, so there is no impact. They provide ear plugs and breakfast/dinner and beer meals, pantry and bicycle parking. The washing machine only has full functions, and there is no pure drying function. There are large lockers provided. If you don't have a lock, you can put down 10 yuan and it will be refunded when you return it. There is also a hair dryer. The shower faucet is a little more difficult to use. There are people at the 24hrs counter, but there are homeless people nearby, so it's not advisable to stay out at night. You can stay indoors and chat with other people, which is also very happy. The location is also convenient for going to various attractions. You can catch the bus in the morning and the station is close. You can stay for one day and buy a 10 yuan UMO BCTransit card, which is enough for the one-hour return journey to the north and the boat.

It’s an okay place to stay for a night after a long journey. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order during our stay due to a broken heater. We tried the hot tub, but the water was too hot to get in. Breakfast was basic, nothing special. The hallway was very cold, and the draft made its way into our room. The bathroom had a strange smell, but it appeared clean.

I almost didn't book here because it appears to be a 1950s motel with fresh paint. That would have been a huge mistake. The location is perfect for wandering downtown and the parks by the lake. The room was bright, colorful, and one of the cleanest ever. I couldn't stop being amazed by the updates and upgrades, and all the bright colors kept me smiling. The color matched vw bus in the lot defines the character. I will choose Hotel Zed again over any of the boring up-scale or traditional places to stay in Kelowna. It's different, fun, and a great place.
