I recently stayed at this hotel and the overall experience was very good. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is clean and well-equipped, the water pressure is stable, and the bath is very comfortable. The service staff is friendly and efficient in checking in and out, making people feel very welcome.
The hotel is also very conveniently located, close to public transportation and major attractions, and within walking distance to nearby cafes and restaurants, providing great living facilities. The only minor drawback is that the sound insulation is slightly poor, and the noise from the corridor can be heard occasionally, but overall it does not affect the quality of sleep.
If you are looking for a comfortable, conveniently located, and well-serviced accommodation option, this is a place worth considering.

It was an amazing exercise staying at Turtle, it’s in the middle of downtown, super close to ocean, restaurants and night life is good. I’m definitely staying there again! It was clean n neat, no one disturbed, guests were super friendly.

Great location. Convenient to get anywhere in the downtown core. Staff is nice and friendly. It wasn't that noisy at night as what I expected. There maybe party people walking in the hallway and talking late at night. But it didn't last too long and wouldn't quite affect the sleep. You cannot ask too much for a hostel like this. Recommend for solo travelers and people need a short stay in the Van City.

Very good, there are Chinese-speaking staff, you can contact us via WeChat, and you can pay with PayPal or credit card. Clean and tidy, the yard is quiet. Peaceful.

The staff that I interacted with gave subpar service. No eye contact, just wanted to get rid of you all the time, etc. I was satisfied with the facilities especially the free breakfast which were good. I did not enjoy the noise and vibration past 10am which came from the first floor. Staying at the second floor was too close to all the noise.

There is no free breakfast, there is a kitchen where you can cook your own food. Suitable for children, there are a variety of room types to choose from. The hostel is in the city center and has a parking lot. The yard is very nice, with walnut trees over 80 years old

OOne of UsFriendly, and helpful staff.The location is very good. The Real Canadian Superstore is very close by, and a Costco is right behind Superstore.. Orchard Park Mall is across the street. The rooms were very clean. The beds, well I slept like a baby on them all night. Absolutely love the beds. The showerhead in.the room we were in was very modern and I loved it. The breakfast was pretty good. You can toast your bread/waffle fancy toaster you would see in Tim Hortons or A&W.Tgey have hard boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, granola bars, yogurt, tea, coffee, apple juice, orange juice and cranberry juice. Also they have a pool and hot tub very close to the reception desk to check in or out. Only a few parking spots in front, a few on the side and the rest of the parking is located in the back. If you park on the side of White Spot parking you will get towed or ticketed.The is a cement dividers and if it snows you may not see them as they are small. Please be aware and be careful. We will be booking here again. We had a balcony view. Thank you to Dilworth Inn for your kind hospitality. Thank you to this app I downloaded. You have no idea how grateful I am to you. Thank you

GGuest UserAvid traveller and honest review. Booked 3 days and got an older room with a plug in oil heater and fan because baseboard not renovated. Crowded plug in and power bar behind a dusty tv to run it all. But budget so rather expected a few things. Had to stay one more day so booked online , got a better room but upon arriving found a young women passed out briefly with a “pipe” in her hand right at the entrance and because children where on premise I reported as I booked in and it seemed blown off. A man then lead said girl in who was obviously “working” but also in no shape to give consent and I said to the clerk exactly that as well that she had blood down the back of her legs, who seemed to blow it off. I am disturbed with the fact that the young woman was easily going to be victimized. So , if you are ok with that, and no guarantee of your room quality then this is the place . Horrible accommodation, no ,I’ve seen worse, and second room was certain up to par, but the neighbourhood may also allow for other types of “stays” it seems because it was absolutely blatant. But hey, it was cheap!

It was served buffet-style with a good mix of egg muffins, fruit, bread, and juice. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, making for a nice start to the day.
The room itself was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed, but I have to admit, the condition of the room felt quite dated. The furniture and decor could really use an upgrade, and there was an unpleasant musty odor in the room that lingered throughout my stay, which definitely affected my comfort.
The staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is convenient, close to some restaurants and not far from the lake, which was a bonus.
If you’re looking for a basic place to crash for a night or two and don’t mind a bit of an older vibe, it could work. But if you’re sensitive to smell or looking for something modern and more refreshed, this might not be the best fit.

GGuest UserLocation is fine, depending on where you want to go. The bus stop is just few steps away from the house. There is a church nearby. Opposite the house you can find a low-rise apartment.
The house and the room I stay are very clean and comfortable. The landlady is friendly and helpful. I feel safe.

It would be much more better if the specific address is listed in Trip.com for the convenience of booking. Responses are considered quick and efficient.
Recommended for single female travelers, if you are unsure of having homestay.

林林Driving from Victoria to Jasper National Park, it's great to live here! The front desk service is very friendly. Although the language is not fluent, I quickly moved in with a few sentences of unfamiliar English and added an extra bed. The rooms are not large, the facilities are complete, clean, and it is affordable to stay one night. Breakfast variety has good nutrition.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has solid amenities, there’s a gym, pool, and a functional kitchen. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable short stay. It’s a good option if you’re looking for a place with complete facilities at a reasonable price.
That said, cleanliness could be better. The room had a dusty smell, and the walls were visibly dusty, which took away from the overall comfort. Some finishes, like the cemented sinks in the kitchen and bathroom, felt a bit unfinished.
Service was okay, staff were polite, though not welcoming. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, which doesn’t give much flexibility.
Overall, a decent stay with good amenities, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and service.

GGuest UserFor the price, the size of the room (2 bedroom and kitchen) and the location with convenient parking it’s honestly a very good stay and deal for a family. The beach is literally right there, the parking is in front of your room door and the pool is nice too.
That being said, there’s a few things you should be aware of that other people mentioned in their comments. The bad smell other mentioned is true, it’s on and off smells like laundry that stayed in the washer. The AC/Fridge are indeed loud. The overall cleanliness is not so great, but I believe the beds and sheets were clean and that’s kind of all that matters in the end.
