What a wonderful and sweet family to stay with. I can only agree to what the other reviews say, the hostess is incredibly friendly and took the time to explain and translate everything calmly. We were able to have our conversations only with translating on our phones. She even told me to call her Mama, such an adorable person! I also benefited from the shared ride both ways, which was very convenient.

This hostel is conveniently located near Huangshan Station, and just a short distance from Tunxi Old Street and Liyang. The place has a great vibe, perfect for taking photos. You can also mix drinks, play pool, read books, play Werewolf, chess, or practice calligraphy here – there's a wide variety of activities! The owner is incredibly welcoming and cooks lunch and dinner daily, so you can join in for shared meals of authentic home-cooked dishes. It's delicious! The accommodation itself is very clean, with fresh linens and duvet covers changed daily by the auntie. There are many Huizhou-style buildings nearby, offering diverse scenic views. The windows in the rooms are fantastic for photos! You'll also meet many international travelers here. It's truly a must-stay hostel for anyone visiting Huangshan! They offer double rooms, suites, and triple rooms, all at excellent value for money.

They cater lunch and dinner with a cost. I enjoyed the diversity meal time with the share mates and hostel staffs when we shared conversations.

I wanted to go to Jixian County, but I caught up with the weekend and the accommodation in Jixian County rose a lot. I chose to live in Jixi and stroll around Jixi by the way. Jixi is also very convenient for 10 minutes to train to Jixian County, so I chose this Youth Hostel, the location is very good, just opposite Jixi North Station, You can see it in a few steps from the exit of the North Station. It is clean and the price is affordable. It is quite satisfactory. It is not enough to add some practical facilities as a youth travel, such as washing machines, dryers, umbrellas, etc., for guests to borrow.
