GGuest UserThe hostel is about a 20-30 minute walk from the center. It's best to get a room at the back, as it's on a street. Overall, it's very clean. However, towels are not included in the price; they cost €7 for two. Bed linen is free, but the beds aren't made, unlike other hostels. A lockable locker is available; you can get a key on-site. Behind the building is a large parking lot, which is officially prohibited or subject to a fee. I parked there for two nights for free. There are also parking spaces on the street, but these are subject to a fee during the day.

CCasey D.An easy walk from the Bologna Centrale train station. Kind of a deserted street, had hoped to buy some food on my way there but ended up buying food there - the food was good, but it felt overpriced for sure. Rooms were very clean and comfortable - my daughter and I had a private room and bathroom, and it was great. My only minor complaint is that I found the pillows uncomfortable. But that might be more of a personal issue than anything else.

GGuest UserWe only stayed at Ostello Bello Bologna for one night, but everything was really great! The room itself was quite spacious, with a large bathroom. It was clean, and there were three sets of towels and fresh linens provided. The hotel's location was super convenient! We arrived at the train station from the airport and reached the hotel in a short amount of time. The neighborhood felt very pleasant, and even when returning late at night, we had no safety concerns whatsoever. We absolutely loved the service at the reception! The lady from Finland was incredibly friendly and communicative! Her positive attitude made an excellent first impression. We also tried the complimentary welcome cocktails, and they were super! I'd also like to mention that the hotel itself is very stylish and clean. I particularly liked the common lounge area with a terrace, where you can relax away from the city's hustle and bustle. All in all, I recommend it 100 percent – you definitely won't regret it!

EEGOR TITOVThe hotel's location and room conditions are 5/5, service 1/5. We had some problems checking in because the city tax had to be paid by card (this hadn't been mentioned anywhere before). When we were told that neither we nor our friends had a card, the manager only offered to cancel the reservation, as the rest wasn't his problem. They didn't even try to solve the problem on their end (sending a link to pay by card didn't solve the problem). The funniest thing is that the city tax is 3 €, but the stress for the guest is like 300 €. The shampoo in the room ran out during the first shower, some pieces of furniture were covered in dust, it was obvious that either they weren't cleaning it or the guests weren't using it. I recommend this hotel only for one night for the Ferrari Museum.
