아아이러브민스라이프카운터 직원 분이신지 사장님이신지 응대도 좋고 친절 하셨습니다. 호텔도 다른건 다 맘에 들었는데요. 처음 들어간 방이 들어가자마자 담배냄새가 확 나더라고요. 그래서 바로 방을 바꿔달라고 했습니다. 바꾼방은 처음에는 담배냄새가 안났는데, 환풍기 등을 통해 다른 방에서 옮겨오는 건지, 담배냄새에 쩐 가구가 있는건지 창문열어놔도 몇시간 후에는 어지러워서 못있겠더라고요. 이미 몇시간 있었는데 방 바꾸긴 미안해서 그냥 호텔 옮겨서 잤습니다. 그것 빼고는 다 좋았습니다. 카운터 응대가 좋아서 방 바꿔달라면 바꿔 줬을거 같긴해요. 여튼 그거 빼고는 다 좋았습니다. 조식도 간단히 주는거 같고 세탁도 무료더라고요. 24시간 옥상개방 건조도 되는듯하고 주차공간도 좋습니다. 방도 티비 무지 큽니다.

GGuest UserBased on what you have paid for, this hotel provided a safe, clean, comfortable space for overnight stay. They also provide water, hotel water, and tea bags, coffee in the common area. I had a comfortable stay there. They only shortcomings is the check in time is from 6pm.

AAnonymous UserWe would like to attend the exhibition at Kintex 1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only. 2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything. 3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room. 4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us. 5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant. 6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere. 7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.

MMarsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea). First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway. Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.

GGuest UserSo my review will be a bit complicated. Basically, the issues you read about on other reviews are legitimate, but the staff is very friendly and will do their best to take care of you and respond to any concerns. My first room had a smoke smell, but they moved me to another room which was much better, and also had a bath which I was hoping for with my first room. To be honest, depending on the time of day, the smoke smell can be found in various parts of the hotel. I also had an issue where a glass door on the bathroom was touching the floor and unable to be opened. They fixed this within a few hours. The location is more convenient to travel by bus and then transfer to a subway. It is somewhat outside of Seoul so just be prepared for that. Otherwise, there is good shopping and food nearby without walking very far. I think the fact that a hotel has problems is not bad if they take positive steps to fix it, and they did a good job of that during my trip. Based on that I would consider staying again.
