Gotta say, the vibe at this hostel is amazing, exactly what you'd expect from an international hostel. There are activities every night, and everyone is so welcoming. It's perfect for young people and those who love to socialize. Just a friendly tip: it's a good idea to bring a pair of slippers! 😹😹😹 And they have cats! When I was leaving in the morning, a cat seemed to sense I was alone and came over to keep me company.

If you stay during a time with good guests, you are lucky and it is a gamble. If you encounter a loud and rude roommate, it is your bad luck. The accommodation is new. Clean. But it is difficult to control the bathroom smell because there are many types of guests staying together. But there are many bathrooms. The shower and toilet are in the same room. The capsules are wide, there is a fan inside, and the air conditioner is very cold. Checking in is a very new experience for me. Check-in by yourself and get advice from the staff to manage via the accommodation's What's App. The process is quite confusing for a beginner. But in any case, it is considered good overall and for a room at this price.

The room was very large, everyone was quiet and the air conditioning temperature was comfortable. Walking distance from the main attractions of Penang, a few minutes or ten minutes can be reached. The front desk brother is polite and humble.

The hostel is situated at a good location. There is a pool table free of charge, which is super nice. There are a couple of things. I would say the staff speaks English, but it's sometimes hard to understand what they're saying. You have to get a little bit acquainted with the staff if you stay several days, and you try to have a little love with them; they actually start to open up and become very helpful.

Friendly staff, very clean environment. I was given the exact room which I requested. Amble parking space. The only setback is that the shower area will wet the bathroom after the shower..

Booked as couple but provided only 1 pair of slipper. One side of the bed is next to the wall.

Clean room, helpful receptionist, strategic location, clean toilet and pantry. There is laundry shop nearby. There is nothing that I can complain about. Too comfortable staying here.

This service is truly thoughtful, especially for first-time visitors to the city. The hotel's hygiene was also quite impressive. Whether it was the lobby, elevators, or inside the rooms, everything was meticulously cleaned, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the towels and amenities were well-stocked, making for a very reassuring stay. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities. The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus.
