Very nice hotel clean and just beside jetty. Slightly small room. The only thing is bad ia regarding the wifi. Wifi available but basically not internet connection. Mattress a bit thin, not to say very comfortable but able to sleep.

Signel Hotel is located strategically at the centre of Kota Kinabalu City. It is situated near to major shopping malls and tourist attraction spots. The hotel offers basic amenities for guests, and it is comfy to stay for a short getaway. I would recommend for all solo travellers to choose this hotel to stay.

Spotless clean! The bed was so comfy I would not wanna leave, each one spacious and more sufficient than other capsule hotels/youth hostels. My stay was even better than I expected. Perfect location & peaceful vibe all around. Lots of food selections including a supermarket nearby. The owner and staffs are helpful & nice! It's a pity I only stayed for a night as it was my last night there. I recommend this budget friendly place and will definitely go back if I have a chance to visit KK again!🤞

Overall it is great budget stay with a clean bed and clean bathroom. The bag storage is considered good for backpacking only🤗
They have a comfy living room to wait for early check out, or you just can drop off your keys for seamlessly check out experience👍

The front desk brother is very good, the things should be optimistic. It is best to lock the password. It is too expensive to book a hotel alone. This place saved me............ It is very close to Longmen Inn.

First time experience of self-check in hotel. Don't have receptionist or any person waiting customer to check in. No instruction teach how to check in. Need contact person until
answer call than give password and room number. Lucky person in charge have answer call if not sleep at road.

AAnonymous UserGreat stay! Though the cleaner may have missed to leave a roll of toilet paper or it's not provided at all? Suggestion to offer at least a bottle of water which is common when booking a room and they can just add that to the total price! Still a great stay and highly recommended.

It is very close to Tiantian Seafood Restaurant and the beach, and there are night markets and local vegetable markets nearby, it's invincible!

GGuest UserNote: This store will ”deliberately” charge a tourist tax (this does not happen in other stores). If no evidence is found, it will charge a tourist tax (RM10 per day). Fortunately, I found the paid tax sent to me by the ordering website. Only after passing the tourist tax ”invoice” can you get back the excess tourist tax!

AAnonymous UserThe location is good, next to shops and not too hard to park. The family room is on the ground floor, the staffs like to spend their leisure time at the counter area recording tiktok and listening musics. We can hear their voices and music even from the room. There's no staff in the morning when we need to check out too. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. Loveeee the interior though!
