GGuest UserLet's start with address; difficult to find even people living there could not find it easily. The entrance is disguised by some lady selling various objects.(see photo)
You have to be mind reader to find your room and bed as receptionist doesn't move her ass to show, instead mentions the wrong door with a punch code(it is obvious that it happened before as the code is still on the punch pad). The correct pad is actually on the handle of the next door that you need magnifier to find it ,if it is your first time. Then writes down 1/1/1/ which is supposed to be 1st door,1st bed and 1st locker.
Skip this hostel if you are light and early sleeper as the tram line passes next door and it turns is quite curvy so the nise is quite annoying and happenes periodically. There is also noise from wooden floor and bed brames each time you move, Basically you have tiptoe to in order to make less noise. However, the major drawback is the bathroom cailities rather the lack of it only one bathroom for so many guests. I had to wait more than one hour and eventually gave up.
On the plus side, it has great location only few minutes to the old town centre. It also is quite clean.
For the price you pay which is about half the average hotel, next time I would definitely stay in a hotel. It is your choice.

GGuest UserCheck in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.

AAnonymous UserThe room was very clean and tidy. The lockers have locks, which made me feel very secure. It's also easy to access the old town. The bus from the airport stops at a nearby bus stop, which is convenient. However, there are some stairs to climb, so it might be a bit challenging if you have a large suitcase.

WWhynottravelCheap room, 6 bed room, is a house that is divided into a hostel. I don't reset the floor all the time. I'm quite crowded. But it's cheap enough, forgive me. There is a convenience store next door, 20 minutes walk into town. Bathrooms are shared downstairs and upstairs. Just the overall score.

TTruDithLocation excellent. My flight was delayed and arrived midnight and I took the 902 bus to the city centre and stopped at stefana batorego which was just 10mins walk to hostel deco. Krakow is so safe that even walking at 1am did not pose any problems nor felt unsafe. The room itself was clean but warm (no fan or ac) in the summer. No shampoo provided in the shower so we had to keep pumping soap from the hand soap dispenser beside the bathroom sink, inconvenient. Prepare to deposit some money (euro or pln) if u need towels but they return the money to u anyway. The night receptionist she was lovely and very accommodating whilst the day male receptionist was quieter. Overall good enough stay, price was great, so will come back but bring toiletries. No elevator so you'll need to carry your luggage through the stairs.

GGuest UserYou get what you pay for, but at least the hot water worked and there were no weird smells. I liked the large vanity mirror in the middle of the female-only dorm, and the hair dryer didn't keep cutting out after a few seconds.
These were the downsides during my stay, so I'd say it's fine to book as long as you weigh the price against what you're willing to put up with:
- There were hairs on the bedsheets.
- The bed shook violently every time I turned over.
- My roommate watched videos out loud on her speaker, made phone calls in the room instead of going to the common area, ate something in bed while chewing noisily, and (though this might have just been bad luck) coughed loudly every few minutes.
By the way, you have to put the bedsheets on yourself, and the female-only room doesn't have a lock on the door. Luggage storage is available until 11 PM and costs 15 PLN per day.

GGuest UserWhen I booked the reservation there seemed no choice for a single gender room. I thought maybe they will arrange so in fact, but I actually got a mixed gender room. This should not be blamed on the hostel of course because I did not confirm that when I checked in. So this is an advice for the future clients that if you want a single gender room, make sure to ask for one when checking in. Otherwise you may get a stinky room after waking up.
Overall it’s a nice place. It’s within walkable distance to all attractions (for me). The view on the street was also very nice!

YYuxmanThis is a hotel located right in the heart of Kraków’s old town District. You are a stones throw away from immeasurable restaurants, and only a short walk to the main central Square with a bustling market. The location is absolutely incredible, the beds comfortable, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

MMu-go一般的なホテルの広い敷地内にあるホステルで、チェックインなどはすべてホテル側でします。徒歩1分くらいです。ホステルはとても清潔でベッドもしっかりとした快適なベッドでした。
シャワールームやトイレも清潔です。グランドフロアが個室タイプ、2階がドミトリーのようです。私が滞在した時はゲストがかなり少なく大変静かで快適に過ごすことができました。
初日はグランドフロアに3組ほどのゲストがいたので廊下での声や足音が聞こえてきたり、トイレの使い方が悪かったのか不潔でした。2日目3日目はグランドフロアが貸切状態だったので静かでトイレも清潔でした。
困ったのはヘアドライヤーがなかったことです。シャワールームにも部屋にもなく貸し出しもしていないため、シャワー後は自然乾燥必須です。長い髪の毛の人は風邪を引かないように気を付けてください。
建物は入るとすぐに暖かく、部屋もとても綺麗で暖かかったです。半袖で過ごすことができます。リネン交換は依頼すればしてくれます。私は一式もらっておいて好きなタイミングで自分で交換しました。
ホテル側に行けばティーサービスがありましたが、なぜか3日目になくなっていました。レセプションでお湯をもらいました。レセプションスタッフさんはとても親切です。
公共交通機関から遠い、とありましたがクラクフ中央駅（Kraków Glowny）から125番のバスに乗るとほぼホテルの目の前に到着してかなり便利です。トラムよりも125のバスが近くて便利です。トラムでもバスでも料金はPLN4です。
またクラクフに滞在するならここに泊まります。とても良かったです。

6. **Desire to Return:** I'd love to come back to Krakow and stay here again. I was in a 10-person room, and it had an incredibly beautiful view. Even in that room, there was clever zoning, allowing for relaxation and comfortable seating in cozy armchairs.
