I did not expect the street where this hotel is located is very expensive, this is a very cost-effective hotel, the price is right, there is breakfast, the most important thing is that the old man of reception is very nice, very fond of looking for someone to speak, a pure English, I heard it very well. And also introduced us to a very beautiful driving route, I give the super five stars praise!

The apartment is big enough. All things are ok. Free underground parking is provided and it’s very convenient to go to the apartment directly via the lift. The staff are helpful. The pan is scratched and they immediately provided the new one. Tesco superstore is just next to the door, very convenient for shopping food. Very good for family trip when you want to cook for yourself.

Apartment was great, very clean and in a good location. Only problem was that i didn’t realise until I got there was that I had to put down a deposit. I think that this should have been part of the details when I booked. I was informed that it would only be put down as a pending amount but I was charged. Other than that I enjoyed the dream apartments and will stay again

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

Very friendly for parent-child travel! The room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. Private parking spaces are convenient for parking. Our unit is equipped with a very spacious living room with complete kitchenware. There is a large TESCO 3 minutes drive from the hotel, which is very convenient for purchasing daily necessities. We came from Dublin on the day of our stay and especially appreciated Christine's unremitting efforts to communicate and contact us in time, making our stay very convenient. Especially recommended to families who can communicate in English.

My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area.

They also offered us tickets for the Giant’s Causeway tour and the City Sightseeing Bus tour which we bought right away as soon as we checked in. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The Ibis hotel in Belfast, like all Ibises, is a transit hotel. Very little interaction with the staff. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The bathroom is small but for this hotel it was rather well optimized. The food is very basic. We did not try the breakfasts. The Ibis hotel is well positioned for visits, however as it does not have parking, you have to plan for an additional cost if you are by car. The main thing is that we slept well there.

First time visit to Belfast… what a beautiful city. We will definitely return. The Leonardo Hotel was brilliant, the location is absolutely spot on, a short walk from Grand Central station, whilst being central to the city and the sites. The staff were outstanding in the professional and friendly approach, they are to be applauded. The breakfast was lovely with a large selection on offer to all. I will definitely return to the Leonard😄

The most satisfying hotel in this trip. The location is near Queen's College, there is a bus at the door, and 10 minutes to Europa Station when walking. From the train station near the Giant's Road, you can sit directly at the small train station opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. In addition to Ctrip's order to make a double bed room to the hotel, the other did not feel any discomfort, the hotel breakfast is super delicious, it is too much weight.

Soft and hard loading design in place. Worth staying again.

The hotel is very good, because we arrived in Befa from Liverpool by cruise ship, so the front desk let us check in before 8:00 a.m., took a shower, put our luggage and went out to play, very humane! The hotel facilities are relatively new, the bed is big, the room space is good, the price/performance ratio is extremely high, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk from the station in the city center. The good- great location, high quality bed and furnishings. The disappointing- bar service in 1st floor awful. Lots of staff but took 30 mins to get 2 glasses of wine-had to chase up to get it. Different levels of wine in the two glasses. Service at breakfast also not good. Lots of staff but slow and no greetings/ interactions. The hot food was great but local cheese was some Brie and curled up slices of ? cheddar. Fruit salad was 95% apple with the rest watermelon. Home made granola - looked like Alpen. Room very comfortable but air con didn’t seem to work and layer of scum between bathroom sick and marble top - which came out when sink filled for hubby’s shave. Have fed back to hotel reception so hopefully will improve. Overall disappointed in what we had planned as a luxury treat.

Overnight stay at Hilton Lanyon as we were attending a comedy show in the Watetfront Hall. Delightful experience from check-in to departure. Delicious dinner in the restaurant from the pre theatre menu; cosy, comfortable, clean, spacious ensuite bedroom and superb breakfast - especially loved the vegetarian options. And most special mention for all the staff we met during our stay: highly professional, efficient and very friendly. We look forward to returning to stay in the near future.

We arrived late on Friday - around 10pm - and was very tired so disappointed to discover the volume of music being played in the foyer/bar area. However, we checked in with ease and given a little paper bag with tea bags, coffee and milk. There are 4 floors and our room was on floor 3. The room was certainly small as the elevator shaft essentially took up a big chunk of our room. This unfortunately meant that any time someone used the elevator, we heard the pings and the comedy Belfast voice they play when you get to a floor. I called reception and asked when the music was played until - and I was told 1pm. Shame as we wanted to sleep and its all we could hear - and feel. The bass was that powerful that you could feel it 3 floors up! Don't get me wrong - it's a cracking hotel in a great spot - but don't stay here if you want to get a good nights sleep. It's a party hotel really. The service was great and the staff were lovely. Breakfast options were great and the pastries were delicious.

The Europa in my opinion has got quite tired and is in bed of a revamp of the Bedrooms … especially the executive rooms .. also the cleaning of the rooms is hit & miss .. pull out the beds and there is old debris .. no sanitary disposable bags in bathrooms - the complimentary tea/coffee tray is an absolute disgrace and so basic that I don’t know why they bother .. the complimentary water is room temperature and no fridges in rooms .. I have no idea why they have the star rating it has ..the standard is not what would be expected of such a hotel Which I feel is basking in the glow of years gone by .. and the prices are overly inflated… Come on Hastings you can do much better than this??

It’s a Travelodge so you know what to expect. It’s functional without any frills, but that’s all we needed for a weekend stay. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was clean, but one grumble was the small window which did not open or allow much light into the room. The hotel’s location is superb. Easy reach of, well, everything.  Highly recommend a visit to The Crown and Fibber Magee’s pubs which are just around the corner. Take a visit to the Titanic experience and also St George’s Market.
