I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet and peaceful for a good night’s rest. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I live in the historic Christ’s College of Cambridge University! The environment is very elegant and comfortable, the room is also very large, and the bathroom is shared by several people but it is super clean. In addition, the security uncle in Cambridge is very friendly and kind 😉

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Cambridge, close to many sights and attractions. The only downside is the room lacks a window. I booked it thinking it would have one, but upon arrival, I discovered it was a screen. The room lacked ventilation and had a slight odor. Otherwise, it was quite good, and the room was quite large.

Room is small and little bit old fashion style, this hotel is a historical hotel so it doesn’t affect it’s beauty. The room with Park view that awesome, pay 333 pounds per night is ok for the value!! breakfast is good and the hotel is in the town center so it’s very easier to get whatever you want, don’t stay at the hotel near the railway station because it’s still has a distance to the city center!! hotel allowed free bicycle renting service, that’s so nice!!

The Emmanuel Road provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. Visitors to Cambridge will find that the Emmanuel Road is a fantastic accommodation choice. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Cambridge Railway Station located approximately 2km away and Cambridge City Airport roughly 4km away. Seeing Cambridge's sights from this hotel is easy with Great St Mary's, Cambridge University Botanic Garden and Trinity Ln all close by. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.

The hotel is located in a garden, the room is clean and tidy, the two gentlemen and one lady at the front desk are very enthusiastic, the dinner we bought outside was microwaved in the restaurant of the Regent Hotel, and the front desk also took good care of us. The breakfast of the hotel is also very good. We have to thank Ctrip for staying in this hotel. We booked a hotel before, but we still couldn't check in after paying. Ctrip helped us find this Regent Hotel for free, and the check-in procedure went smoothly, which was much better than the hotel we booked before. Thanks to Ctrip again. 🙏🙏

Location: Take bus No. 1 or 3 from the train station, it takes about 20 minutes to get there, the ticket price is 2 pounds. It is not far from the city center and major attractions, and can be reached on foot. The location is perfect. Facilities: The room is large, spacious and bright, with good lighting and sufficient heating. The public toilets and showers are very clean, no worries at all. Breakfast: The breakfast is very rich, you can eat in the student cafeteria, which is very high-end. Environment: You can also visit the campus for free, and the scenery is great. Others: We lived on the third floor, there was no elevator, and we needed to carry our own suitcases. The soundproofing of the room was average, but I was not affected at all. I highly recommend living here.

Beautifully themed rooms, which elevate what would actually be a rather small room, and made it feel like a quaint and cosy boutique hotel. Loved the balcony overlooking the river, giving us a unique view of greenery and water. And the beds were super comfy. Appreciated the Nespresso machine, the wide choice of teas and the complimentary water and biscuits, plus, the property is a short stroll to the centre of town. Would definitely stay here again.

When I placed the order, I knew the room was very small, only 8 square meters, and I went there for its location: on the edge of the central lawn of Cambridge, close to Emmanuel College where my child applied for admission, and 3 minutes from the hotel to the main entrance of the college. I arrived at 12 o'clock in the night in the drizzle, because I didn't expect that the two building numbers were actually two small doors of the same small building. I searched for a long time before I found Building 6, which was only two meters away from Building 7. I didn't feel very good at the time. Because it was a self-service check-in, there was no one to receive me, so I couldn't complain. After entering the room, I found that there was a kitchen that was even more spacious than the bedroom, and all kinds of kitchen utensils were available. I immediately felt very happy! In the next 8 days, the small hotel became our home in Cambridge: I bought groceries and cooked every day. After walking and shopping, the kitchen became a living room, sitting down to make tea, coffee, and eat, it was very relaxing. The overall comfort far exceeded that of a five-star hotel with a room of 50 square meters. The only downside is that there are two bars downstairs, and the noise is loud every night. On weekends, there are people chatting on the benches by the lawn all night long. Fortunately, our whole family sleeps well and doesn't care too much. People who don't sleep well should think twice.

The hotel is located at Cambridge Railway Station. It takes less than a minute to get to the hotel after getting off the train station. If you want to take a taxi, you can go directly back to the train station and call the taxi waiting there. It is very convenient! The location is very good and the hotel is very newly decorated! The ingredients provided for breakfast are very fresh, but I feel that the cooking method still needs to be improved. Overall, the convenience is very high. I personally think it is one of the most comfortable hotels in Cambridge!

Novotel Cambridge North

Mixed Experience – Some Great Aspects but Room for Improvement We recently stayed at the Novotel Cambridge North and had a mixed experience. The hotel has a lot going for it—modern facilities, a good location just north of the city centre, and excellent breakfast options that really stood out. The pool area is great for kids, and the sauna and jacuzzi were enjoyable touches that added value to our stay. However, there were a few letdowns. While staff were generally friendly, some follow-through was lacking—for example, we requested dressing gowns and slippers, and refills of the shower gel and shampoo which were promised but never delivered. The hotel uses a strange single-use key card system for the leisure facilities, which caused repeated issues. Cards were frequently deactivated, leaving guests locked out of the pool and gym areas. We often had to rely on others to let us in, or vice versa, which became frustrating. Also worth noting: there is no on-site parking available, which should be clearly stated in advance for future guests. Overall, the hotel offers decent value for money, especially for families, and the convenient public transport links (bus and train) make it easy to get into the city. With some improvements in service and clearer communication, this could be an excellent place to stay

This hotel is relatively close to Cambridge University and has a spacious parking lot. The rooms are simple and small, and you need to carry your luggage upstairs. The breakfast is also relatively simple, with the most basic bread and other things, but the price is relatively cheap, so the price-performance ratio is acceptable.

Travelodge wouldn’t have been a bad memory except for TRIP that made it a horrible one for me , I definitely sure this would be my last dealing with them. Here is my ordeal with Travelodge and TRIP.com, on arriving the hotel I discovered the hotel has no air conditioning and it was terribly hot in London, I immediately notified the hotel of my intention to check out which they agreed to and are willing to give me a refund , unfortunately the TRIP customer service kept going round and round with the situation inorder for them to make me finish my stay at the hotel even with the fact that I complained it wasn’t comfortable, to be honest the hotel did their best to ensure I get my refund but trip messed everything up, there was practically nothing they didn’t do to make sure I didn’t check out even when someone from the hotel spoke with them about their willingness to give me a refund this is the hotel Ass. Manager ( Mrs Gosia) . I had a very terrible experience with trip and it is definitely going to be my last . I couldn’t sleep most of the night because of the terrible heat at night thanks to trip. 😞

The hotel is a very beautiful manor in the suburbs about 10km from Cambridge. There should be cows and sheep on the grassland in summer. I was attracted by other people's beautiful pictures when I made the reservation. After I checked in, I found it was really good, but I had to drive by myself and check in for free. The room was remodeled from the original dormitory, not quite but adequate, no air conditioning, slightly colder, breakfast quality is good, the environment is first-rate, it is recommended

The hotel is located in the northern part of Cambridge, about a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The facilities appear well-maintained, and the interior decoration is charming, particularly in the restaurant. However, the noise insulation is poor, and you can clearly hear footsteps and conversations in the hallway. It's unfortunate if you happen to encounter loud or inconsiderate guests, as the noise can be quite disruptive, especially late at night. If that happens, do call the front desk and they will try to intervene - but still, whether it will work highly depends on the behaviour of those guests.

The rooms are located on the second floor of the bar, the decoration facilities are good, the cleaning is very clean, and the accommodation experience is OK. Although it is a bar, it is not very noisy at night. There will be some sound of vehicles passing by the room on the side of the road, but the impact is not big. Despite the slightly tired looking exterior, this is an excellent choice if you want a hotel in Cambridge, with parking, and walking distance to the city centre. Our room was on the ground floor but facing the rear and was very peaceful. The room is quite small but everything worked, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. Breakfast, included in our package, was very very good. Plenty of choice and the cooked food was served on piping hot plates. Best of all, Jackie and Jan, the two wonderful ladies who served us. Actually they did more than serve, they made our breakfast memorable and warm. I hope these two ladies are well regarded by the hotel management, as we really want to return based upon their personal and very welcoming characters. Lovely, lovely ladies. This accommodation was excellent. for us.It was situated in a tiny village with only one local pub, which was ideal for us. Cambridge is only 10miles away. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The Lodge was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. A nice touch was a plate of fairy cakes and a jar of cookies to welcome you. There was also a jug of milk in the fridge. The bed was sublime. Extremely soft and comfortable. I normally only manage 3-4 hours sleep daily, but on our two night stay i slept right through both nights. Breakfast was a full English delivered to our door, and it was delicious. I can't recommend this place and it's host highly enough.
