Room is small and little bit old fashion style, this hotel is a historical hotel so it doesn’t affect it’s beauty. The room with Park view that awesome, pay 333 pounds per night is ok for the value!! breakfast is good and the hotel is in the town center so it’s very easier to get whatever you want, don’t stay at the hotel near the railway station because it’s still has a distance to the city center!! hotel allowed free bicycle renting service, that’s so nice!!

The hotel is located in a garden, the room is clean and tidy, the two gentlemen and one lady at the front desk are very enthusiastic, the dinner we bought outside was microwaved in the restaurant of the Regent Hotel, and the front desk also took good care of us. The breakfast of the hotel is also very good. We have to thank Ctrip for staying in this hotel. We booked a hotel before, but we still couldn't check in after paying. Ctrip helped us find this Regent Hotel for free, and the check-in procedure went smoothly, which was much better than the hotel we booked before. Thanks to Ctrip again. 🙏🙏

The location of the hotel is very good, and the check-in information sent by the landlord is also very clear. There are parking spaces. The only downside is that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, not suitable for tourists with large luggage.

Location: Take bus No. 1 or 3 from the train station, it takes about 20 minutes to get there, the ticket price is 2 pounds. It is not far from the city center and major attractions, and can be reached on foot. The location is perfect. Facilities: The room is large, spacious and bright, with good lighting and sufficient heating. The public toilets and showers are very clean, no worries at all. Breakfast: The breakfast is very rich, you can eat in the student cafeteria, which is very high-end. Environment: You can also visit the campus for free, and the scenery is great. Others: We lived on the third floor, there was no elevator, and we needed to carry our own suitcases. The soundproofing of the room was average, but I was not affected at all. I highly recommend living here.

We booked 2 nights 2 rooms . Previously we stayed at Oxford Graduate hotel. Cambridge Graduate hotel is a little smaller but cozy. The room is smaller but the bed is really equally cozy. Daily breakfast is very standard & limited option, and same for 2 days. They don't have velet parking but parking fees are relatively cheaper 26£/night just next door. However there's no amenities in the room such as No robe No Slippers very small cloak room. CAMBRIDGE IS QUIET comparing to OXFORD.

The hotel is located at Cambridge Railway Station. It takes less than a minute to get to the hotel after getting off the train station. If you want to take a taxi, you can go directly back to the train station and call the taxi waiting there. It is very convenient! The location is very good and the hotel is very newly decorated! The ingredients provided for breakfast are very fresh, but I feel that the cooking method still needs to be improved. Overall, the convenience is very high. I personally think it is one of the most comfortable hotels in Cambridge!

Good stay at this hotel, the room was nice and clean and it was quiet. Was great that there was a pool. There there were quite a few (small) areas for improvement which I will list as I think the hotel is new so will hopefully take on feedback. It probably wouldn’t stop us going again but it might not be our first choice for these reasons: 1) Staff not particularly helpful or welcoming. For example, we arrived we were not told that we had to come and get a separate key for the pool, which meant we had to trek there and back to get a new key. 2) When we tried to get back in our room on the morning of checkout, before 12pm, the checkout time, the key card wasn’t working. Staff did not apologise for this and it seemed to be a very common problem. It should be easy to fix and meant we could have been running late for checkout. 3) Speaking of reception staff, they are seated at a chest of drawers not a desk which almost certainly does not meet health and safety requirements, and looks a bit weird. 4) Not enough staff for checkout, probably because of the key problem above. 5) Parking situation is not ideal as you have to park in the station car park. There should be a discount for guests. Also the bit outside the hotel is reserved for taxis so not great if you need to be driven right up to the door as we were scared we would get fined for doing so. 6) The hairdryer was broken in the room. 7) Showers in the swimming pool changing rooms go off after about 5 seconds. Also the shower cubicles need a place to hang a towel, and ideally a bench so there is a private place to change.

I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned, nor bed made, after my first night. The sign requesting not to be disturbed was hanging on the door handle inside the room. I only discovered the note instructing me to hang another sign, found with the towels on a chair in the room, on the outside handle requesting ”new towels”, if I wanted the room serviced. If the cleaners do not enter the room unless there is a visible request for new towels, what is the necessity of a sign requesting not to be disturbed? No one is going to come in. I fully understand the advantages of not replacing the towels every day - and endorse that. But I would have liked to be clearly informed of the note in the paper that came with my room ”key”.

Call the landlord half an hour before check-in! He can come over and get the key to open the door, so he doesn't have to wait downstairs! Like a small apartment, the bathroom, laundry room, and dining room are separated. There is milk, juice and butter in the refrigerator, and you can cook your own meals. There are also bread, jam and oatmeal. They are all fresh dates, great! ! !

Travelodge wouldn’t have been a bad memory except for TRIP that made it a horrible one for me , I definitely sure this would be my last dealing with them. Here is my ordeal with Travelodge and TRIP.com, on arriving the hotel I discovered the hotel has no air conditioning and it was terribly hot in London, I immediately notified the hotel of my intention to check out which they agreed to and are willing to give me a refund , unfortunately the TRIP customer service kept going round and round with the situation inorder for them to make me finish my stay at the hotel even with the fact that I complained it wasn’t comfortable, to be honest the hotel did their best to ensure I get my refund but trip messed everything up, there was practically nothing they didn’t do to make sure I didn’t check out even when someone from the hotel spoke with them about their willingness to give me a refund this is the hotel Ass. Manager ( Mrs Gosia) . I had a very terrible experience with trip and it is definitely going to be my last . I couldn’t sleep most of the night because of the terrible heat at night thanks to trip. 😞

The room is small and clean, with a single bed and an independent bathroom. The price-performance ratio for single accommodation is quite high. The location is convenient and it's quiet. The hotel staff is also very nice 👍 Breakfast is available for a fee, and you can choose it yourself. When you go out, turn right and walk a short distance to another road, turn left and you will find a commercial street with various Chinese food shops, which is very convenient. I would like to recommend.

The hotel needs to take a train from Cambridge. The train station is behind the hotel. My 14-year-old son has a round-trip ticket for a total of £7. The hotel is very convenient and not noisy! There is a large parking lot and a parking fee of 5 pounds is required! The hotel is very convenient for self-drivers. It is less than ten minutes drive to the Imperial War Museum IWM. Many planes and tanks during World War II and World War II are worth seeing!

The hotel is a very beautiful manor in the suburbs about 10km from Cambridge. There should be cows and sheep on the grassland in summer. I was attracted by other people's beautiful pictures when I made the reservation. After I checked in, I found it was really good, but I had to drive by myself and check in for free. Breakfast is average, it is normal, nothing special. The room is too small, and it is rare to live in such a small room at this price. The hotel is located in the northern part of Cambridge, about a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The facilities appear well-maintained, and the interior decoration is charming, particularly in the restaurant. However, the noise insulation is poor, and you can clearly hear footsteps and conversations in the hallway. It's unfortunate if you happen to encounter loud or inconsiderate guests, as the noise can be quite disruptive, especially late at night. If that happens, do call the front desk and they will try to intervene - but still, whether it will work highly depends on the behaviour of those guests.

Service: The receptionist (probably the boss) is very enthusiastic and has a great attitude. He then keeps asking if you have any dissatisfaction and you can chat with him. Facilities: The room should be converted from a residential house, with only a few guest rooms. The parking space can only park two cars at the door of the room. There seems to be a parking lot (borrowed from another house); the room facilities are OK, British family style Hygiene: Hygiene is okay, I didn’t see anything bad. Environment: A bit far from the city All in all, the price/performance ratio is average. If you want to experience the local people’s hospitality, you can stay here. Parking is also convenient.

Despite the slightly tired looking exterior, this is an excellent choice if you want a hotel in Cambridge, with parking, and walking distance to the city centre. Our room was on the ground floor but facing the rear and was very peaceful. The room is quite small but everything worked, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. Breakfast, included in our package, was very very good. Plenty of choice and the cooked food was served on piping hot plates. Best of all, Jackie and Jan, the two wonderful ladies who served us. Actually they did more than serve, they made our breakfast memorable and warm. I hope these two ladies are well regarded by the hotel management, as we really want to return based upon their personal and very welcoming characters. Lovely, lovely ladies.
