Overall, I was not very dissatisfied with the room. Because Ctrip had booked the first room, I took a taxi to the hotel in the middle of the night, but the front desk said there were no rooms. Ctrip clearly showed that there were three rooms left. Then I was alone in the middle of the night, a girl, taking a taxi on the streets of London to look for a hotel. I was scared to death. Then I asked Ctrip to help me book this hotel that cost about 4,000 a night. As soon as I opened the door, I was facing the bed. I was like a guard dog sleeping at the door. There was no toothbrush and comb in the room, and the front desk did not inform me in advance. I reluctantly took a hot shower and went to bed. Finally, I communicated with Ctrip and they compensated me a little more than half of the room fee. I was not very satisfied with the hotel, but I was satisfied with Ctrip's service. I have been using Ctrip since I was 16 years old, for ten years. I trust Ctrip very much. No matter which country I go to, I use Ctrip for air tickets and hotels. Including all domestic travel matters, I also use Ctrip to handle. I am very grateful to Ctrip's customer service. There is an 8-hour time difference in London. She was afraid to sleep there and helped me contact the hotel. She confirmed that I was at ease to check in before she went to do other things. I am very grateful to that customer service. Thank you🙏

The hotel’s location is more convenient to get out of the subway. It could have used this advantage to give customers a better experience! But the hotel pays more attention to the short-term guests in the past and ignores other services that should be provided! The rent for one day is the same as the long-term rent, but the service is different! To change tenants every day, the hotel must be cleaned and handed over to the guests every day! But for my guests who stayed for two weeks, they have to be cleaned once every four days! The hotel's answer is that it can be so due to lack of staff! How do I change guests every day? Although I stayed for two weeks, the hotel shouldn't be the same tenant, and the hotel should be cleaned once every four days because of insufficient staff! It is understandable if the rent is different! The service must be the same if the price is the same! Problems can not be solved in time! Thanks to Ctrip for giving us a lot of help, and constantly urging the hotel to help me solve the problem, I would like to thank Ctrip again for its help when we felt helpless in a foreign country! I hope that Ctrip will strengthen the supervision and management of the hotel and improve the service concept of the hotel!

Amazing front desk and housekeeping team! There’s a lady from Bangladesh who has big smiles and very helpful when we have late lunch at the lobby restaurant. One thing that I don’t really like is that there’s a scaffolding wrapping around the entire hotel and they started the drilling and pounding work at 9 am sharp.

My recent stay at the Bexleyheath Marriott was a delightful experience. The hotel's convenient location, coupled with its modern and comfortable amenities, made it the perfect choice for my trip. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredibly comfortable queen-size bed. After a long day of exploring London, I found myself sinking into the soft, plush mattress and enjoying a restful night's sleep. The bedding was luxurious, and the room was quiet, providing the ideal environment for relaxation. Beyond the comfortable bed, the Marriott exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained, and the dining options were excellent. Whether you're looking for a casual meal or a more formal dining experience, the Marriott has something to offer. Overall, I highly recommend the Bexleyheath Marriott for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in London. The queen-size bed alone is worth the visit!

Lovely and modern inside main reception/restaurant area, but a few teething issues which will hopefully get sorted now up and running again. I was given the key to someone elses room, so walked into a room full of belongings and then the next day my key lost it's programming, so had to go back to reception yet again. Rooms aren't very sound proofed, so there was a few nights where I had people non stop walking through the corridors at gone midnight shouting and singing where likely drunk from the bar. Overall okay stay for the money though, bottles of water and a few biscuits were provided too which was a lovely touch. Bar prices very reasonable too

Booked this hotel for parents who were visiting London. The hotel room on floor 4 was of a high standard with a view over the Thames. The gym was good and the outside seating of the restaurant enjoyable in the sunny weather. Unfortunately the ferry connecting Canary Wharf to the hotel was not in use but the hotel provided complementary shuttle taxis to the Uber boat pier and free travel on the Uber boat with the Hotel key card.

The TV wouldn’t work in our room and while the check in staff were very very helpful the maintenance team didn’t show up to sort it. The following day we asked to have a room change which was no problem but we were put directly over the train station. They do supply ear plugs but boy is it noisy! Rooms are clean, facilities are good, staff friendly just make sure you ask for a room the opposite side of the hotel to the train station, unless you are a train spotter!

The hotel is in a good location, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, and the combination of movement and stillness is very good! The big bed plus a sofa bed, the sofa bed is generally comfortable, but the sofa bed is very wide, and it can be opened as a double bed. The front desk service is very good, and they will greet you when you enter and leave. The restaurant service is also very good. The freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast is good, and it costs 4 pounds per cup in the Oxford restaurant. The room is cleaned every day, and supplies for multiple people are provided. It is highly recommended. It takes 15 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the London Eye, passing by the British characteristics on the street.

Everything was very good. Breakfast offers a lot of coice - except warm breakfast is only on Weekends. On the Trip site the check in time is incorrect (ov voucher it says after 12, but it is after 14) - despite us coming too early, they gave us the room and made coffee for free. The hotel is locked over night and the staff is really friendly. We were in the hotel trought the hottest days in history but they prepared a ventilator - because they don't have AC (normally).

Stayed for 3 nights with my mum in 2 rooms, I requested side by side or same floor rooms when I made the booking 3 months ago, however they put mum on ground floor and me in the basement. My mum’s room was terrible, smelt like damp wet carpet, it was tiny, dark and had no airflow. The bathroom was oddly located outside of the room through another door. My room was opposite a large storage space and next to the breakfast room. The noise from guests in neighbouring rooms, breakfast room in the morning, staff going in and out of store room and the constant sound from underground train every few minutes was quite unbearable. Even though I booked the same room type my room was much larger and better configured than the one my mum got. The place was a maze, the room numbering made no sense and we were forever getting lost. Staff were polite but definitely not service professionals and it was obvious that none of them wanted to be there. The only plus was location location location!!

The service was excellent - everyone was really nice and caring. The food was delicious and a very good variety was available. The location is quite good, but it is not near a tube station which means you’ll have to walk a bit or change trains quite a lot. Also, the flushing of the toilet could be better.
