For the paid amount, the hotel was unexpected in terms of the rooms, overall the stay was okay it was a let down seeingthe reviews said that Leonardo Hotel was an amazing Hotel, the room was very average, the bathroom did not add onto our impressions that this was amazing, it looked and smelled old. Paint was chipping off the walls and even a small amount mold was growing in the corners, the shower was small and cramp, the curtain kept sticking to me and it was frankly unpleasant, it just lacked space and just gave off run down vibes, the room had very thin walls and could hear people talking, i say it was a little disapointing from what i was hoping for, the rest of the hotel was great but the rooms were completely different.

When I booked, I saw the route closest to the school, but the airport bus went down and we carried the luggage for more than half an hour. If there is no baggage for about 15-20 minutes, the bus can take several stops. Pure English breakfast, breaded omelette bacon ham and potatoes, as well as some side dishes and small West Point, fruit milk cereal tea bags and so on are simple and clean, in short to meet the demand. Parking is available at the hotel entrance. There is no elevator in the three-storey building. Narrow stairs, on the day of check-in, a waiter at the front desk was very nice, helped us carry the luggage upstairs, because I came to study so I brought a lot of luggage. On the day of check-out, only one waiter was busy at the front desk, so our mother and daughter It’s really a shame for the two to move down from the third floor. It is suitable for children with a quiet night and the rooms are air conditioned.

We drove to cruise terminal, dropped our luggage and parked our car in Multi storey car park in West Quays for £6 night. We stayed in a family room with 3 adults and a child. My daighter and granddaughter used spa facilifies and it was very good. Didn't eat at hotel so can't comment. McD's is in car park as well as anothef food place. Shops couple mins walk if you forget anything, Boots, Matalan, Poundland as well as others, would stay again

The room looks at the yacht port. It is recommended to open a room that can see the Atlantic side. The scenery is good. You have to tell the front desk. The small town of Southampton is not seen. It is not recommended to stay in this city. It is recommended to live in Portsmouth next door.

Good location. The room is very basic. Had a triple bunk bed, lower bed was fine, but upper bunk was not clean and had bed bugs. Avoid room with bunk bed. The cards for the door kept not working and I had to go to the reception on multiple occasions to reprogram it. Parking is rather expensive (£12 a day) and I was not told that it is chargeable when registering the plate number at the reception at first. It was very noisy at night, so don't expect any good sleep if you need to have a window even slightly open at night. I could see rats around the hotel. I will not be back at Ibis budget.
