AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! This place looks nothing remotely like the photos they advertise on booking sites. I booked a standard room for 3 nights and it seemed they were responsive because they upgraded my room to a bigger one.. that was the last time they would reply to any messages and the phone number they provide is out of service. The room was utterly filthy and due to having a poorly child I had no choice but to stay the first night. They went to IKEA and bought a new plate set but left old pots that looked 10 years old with food caked on hard inside and the enamel scrapped out (this is a health hazard and dangerous to use by they don’t care) the room was freezing so couldn’t take a shower, the radiator doesn’t turn on from the room. There is a desk but NO CHAIR, a small table for two but one small chair, it’s obvious this table should have two chairs. From the day I checked in they then gaslighted me from then on. The cutlery was old and dirty, no oven gloves or pans, dirty kettle, there was nothing in the kitchen that was remotely usable. The worktop had a chipped out piece, bacteria ridden. Sticky worktop, food and liquid splatters on the wall, the bed head board was vile. Smelled foul and had all kids of stains on it, the bedding was old, flat duvet and unwashed sheets. The tv had food with thick dust on the corners of the tv (that someone changed the settings to Eastern European language) so was unwatchable. Just no basic essentials. I travel with a sleeping bag so we used that on top of car blankets I brought. Since the gaslit me I contacted Bookings.com who admitted they also cannot get hold of the property owners and are now trying to figure out how I get refunded. I left the next morning. PLEASE!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED. It is very suspicious the way they deal with you after you have checked in. Then gaslight you and the booking agent. DO NOT STAY HERE! Unless you are used to staying in a dirty filthy unhygienic room. It’s not necessarily about the state of the room but the way the property owners have treated a paying guest. £225 for one night!!? That’s how they screwed me over. Don’t let the same thing happen to you!

We spent probably no longer than 30 mins in here and most of that were whilst asking for a refund. It was awful. The word Dirty doesn't even begin to describe how bad it was. The bedding doesn't look (or smell) like it had been changed in maybe the last 4+ occupants at least. Water marks and dirty stains all over it. Sitting on the bed you could feel only springs and bed base so a decent night's sleep would have been impossible (if you were brave enough to stay thereto begin with) The bathroom had hairs on the toilet, the floor in front of the shower was rotten so you sunk when you stepped on it. Half the lights in there also didn't work. The desk had grease on there (lube possibly) and the cardboard covered in felt above the desk (which half had fallen down) had a rather nasty looking white stain on that I wasn't touching to find out what it was. Glasses were grotty looking and the oven and cookwear were awful and covered in dirt. Again more dark hairs on the white cupboard doors. Food splattered all on the walls by the bin, walls were grubby, marked and paint all scuffed off. Windows didn't seem to open as had plastic sheeting in front of them with a big layer of dust beneath. Extractor fan didn't work. Requested another room in case this one had been overlooked somehow. This request was ignored. Owners just kept sating a cleaner was on their way, which wouldn't have helped with a lot of the issues. Left and requested a refund and got told to take it up with *********** as it had to go through them and stopped all communication from them. After getting in touch with *********** they said it had to come from the owner and that the owners had lied to us about not being able to refund us. *********** emailed the and they will only refund £40 of an £117 room that we couldn't stay in due to the hygiene issues. Which is quite honestly an insult. Don't stay here, don't waste your money. I do have a video of the room which it won't let me upload. The entrance is all secure with cameras (so the owners can't debate us leaving and how long was spent in the room). We will be taking it further to get a refund and involve all relivent authorities to looking into the hygiene of the entire place.

Sadly my wife booked this without looking at Trip Adviser. Awful place. Dirty and scruffy. Dirty marks all over the walls. Broken furniture. Very small rooms so no space to move about and despite it being a 'suite' of two rooms there was no area to sit - just on the beds in the small rooms. Very musty smell about the place - damp? Small kitchenette. There are much better places for a similar price. You have been warned.

As the review it’s like a student’s room - what a rip off - half the lights in bathroom don’t work smelly oven dirty walls dirty tissue in wardrobe from somewhere glasses were filthy really bad it was terrible the hosts were un helpful had no answers apart from sorry - I will never use this company again- wish we had gone to premier inn would have been cheaper- pictures on website miss leading as well as reviews on *********** shame as we we’re looking forward to it

This property should not be described as an apartment! The bed was jammed between the external wall/window and a desk No proper headboard. Pillows were propped up against a shelf with a protruding edge Kitchen to cook in but no table to dine at One office chair provided in a flat for 2 Fan provided was covered in thick dust Toilet opens directly onto the kitchen area, open door is actually on the cooker! floor immediately outside shower was sunken and not level (trip hazard) Made a complaint to the owner who said that the apartment was as described and that it didn’t say that it had a table! However I find it difficult to understand why this is advertised as an apartment for 2, with a kitchen area but nowhere to eat in a reasonable manner and only one office chair! Probably the worst place we have ever stayed and definitely not worth the money. We chose a kitchen but had to dine out at further cost!

Room OK and close to shops and eateries so a bit noisy. Room bright and clean but shower drain needs cleaning and jug leaked. No air conditioning and had to rely on fan for cooling so room was a bit warm during night.

Tldr: Avoid at all cost. Trust me there's so many more places that are much better than this one at the same price. Pro: Located in the City centre with a relatively low price Con: Located in the city centre with bars around which makes it noisy even at late night. Non-responsive customer service. The fan in the room didn't work, contacted through WhatsApp in the afternoon and was never replied to. The loud noise from outside make it a disaster when without a fan and have to open the windows. Filthy everything, the sheet, pillow, fan, table, literally everything. There were even weird brown stains on the wall. Booked a double room and it came different from what was shown on their website, being small and packed just like student accommodations. Windows located right next to the bed with loose curtain that makes me insecure. Bad sound isolation, you can literally hear every goddamn word that someone outside your room(either in the corridor or the street) is spitting.

I have just stayed at these apartments for 2 nights. It is a prime location and easily accessible. Complete with all mod cons. The rooms are very spacious and modern but what stood out the most is the cleanliness!!! I have OCD so can usually find a fault with anything, but the whole block is spotless from corridors to lift to the room. I stayed on a Saturday and Sunday so was aware there was no cleaning service however on the Sunday I bumped into a lady called Kim on the landing. She was telling me that she is the cleaning manager however she is leaving soon which is a shame. I had already re-booked to come back in July so I will be judging the cleanliness compared to Kim’s!! Beautiful place to stay and will be returning!

Very small room, "kitchen" just a hob, sink n fridge against one wall. We were only staying 1 night so not a problem but kitchen v poorly equipped- no saucepan just a small frying pan?? Also nowhere to sit to eat, just a side table n only one chair. This is not an apartment, it is a student bedsit. Weird burnt plastic smell on arrival n dirty mugs- generally room felt grubby. Communal areas v uninviting, reminded me of the back service corridors of a shopping centre I used to work at. Location good for exploring but noisy at night. Wouldn't want to stay here more than a couple of nights
