We came to watch the Challenge Cup final at Wembley, and the Hilton was perfectly sited for our visit. From start to finish we had an amazing stay, the staff, facilities and food were excellent. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend and will return in the future.

The location is not in the city centre, you can go there by metro - stop at Wembley Park Station and then walk by 15 minutes, or by railway and stop at Wembley Stadium Station, walk by 5 minutes. There is a fashion outlet nearby and lots of convenience shops and restaurants, so you can get what you want. The room is spacious and the duvet sand pillows are very comfortable, you can have a good sleep. The check in and out procedure are very efficient. I was onlyv disappointed with the bad smell in the washroom. The overall rating for this hotel is valuable. I will come back again next time.

A nice and cosy hotel central to the happening places in Wembley, the mall, the train station and other places, not to forget the Wembley Stadium. In terms of my stay it was pleasant even though the hotel can improve on a few things, for instance, including a dustbin in the room and the housekeeping did not clean the previous day rubbish even though I left a cleaning tag on the door handle. Overall a positive stay.

The hotel's location is excellent. The hotel graciously accepted my request and provided me with a room on a higher floor. However, the parking spaces were all taken, so I had to park my car at a nearby facility.

My sons want me to write this: a great hotel in this trip around the Europe except the Barcelona one; that one was exceptionally nice. This hotel is so close to Wembley and ofc to Wembley hub, and that makes transportation very conveniently. Buy the daily ticket for zone 1-6 except you need to go airport. Half an hour to Buckingham Palace and all around there, and no traffic. I’d have to admit this is good for budget concerning. It saves quite a lot of money. Also, since I have this suite, I can walk about 5 minutes to the local supermarket for food and drinks and fix up a good dinner in the hotel.

1. The hotel's check-in instructions will be put in the trash by the mailbox, and we are not the only ones to encounter this. Therefore, the day before check-in, be sure to check the trash can in your mailbox. 2. The area around the apartment is very convenient. Costa cafes, supermarkets of various sizes, and street fast food restaurants are all very close. 3. The hotel has a parking lot, but you cannot choose it when booking. Therefore, you must contact the hotel via email one day in advance. After booking a parking space and paying the parking fee, you will receive instructions for entering and exiting the parking lot. 4. The apartment has two entrances, so you need to pay attention to which room you booked. The entrance with the smaller apt number is on the high road, next to the bus station. The entrance with the large apt number is at the entrance of a small road. 5. Do not try to contact the management staff by phone, because their phone numbers cannot be reached at all. However, they reply to emails very quickly.

Great experience staying at this place, easy, smooth and fuss free. The location was excellent, 5 min walk from the train and DLR stations and a short stroll to the vibrant Greenwich with all its attractions. We particularly appreciated the little kitchenette as we cook all our own meals. The bathroom was nice, spacious and warm. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay and would stay here again. My family loved the location of the hotel. Easy check in and out. Our room has the city view, it was really lovely. There was a complimentary ferry rides drom the hotel to Canary Wharf which we really enjoyed. Restaurants are near and lots of options. The room looks really clean and smelled clean as well. When we checked out, we just took a ferry from the hotel to Westminster pier.

The bed in the twin room of this hotel is very big, and three suitcases can be opened side by side, which is beyond my expectation. Before coming here, I read the reviews that London hotels are small and similar to those in Japan, but much bigger than Japan. The guy at the front desk was very nice. He asked several times if I had allergies. I didn't understand at first, but he was very patient. It turned out that he gave us cookies. The cookies were so delicious! The breakfast is also OK. It is only a few minutes' walk from the Natural History Museum and V&A. There is also a Chinese restaurant nearby, Shanghai No. 10, which saved my Chinese stomach. Recommended!

The hotel is in a good location, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, and the combination of movement and stillness is very good! The big bed plus a sofa bed, the sofa bed is generally comfortable, but the sofa bed is very wide, and it can be opened as a double bed. The front desk service is very good, and they will greet you when you enter and leave. The restaurant service is also very good. The freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast is good, and it costs 4 pounds per cup in the Oxford restaurant. The room is cleaned every day, and supplies for multiple people are provided. It is highly recommended. It takes 15 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the London Eye, passing by the British characteristics on the street.

Everything was very good. Breakfast offers a lot of coice - except warm breakfast is only on Weekends. On the Trip site the check in time is incorrect (ov voucher it says after 12, but it is after 14) - despite us coming too early, they gave us the room and made coffee for free. The hotel is locked over night and the staff is really friendly. We were in the hotel trought the hottest days in history but they prepared a ventilator - because they don't have AC (normally).

Accommodation is close to places to eat such as the KFC Burger King Nando. Tesco Lotus Express is open 24 hours. Anyone traveling by subway is convenient. Not far from the accommodation, large room with a double bed, but the disadvantage is that there is no water provided. And change the sheets every 2 days. We stay 5 nights, change just 2 times but rearrange the bed every day. Overall, very satisfied. Lovely staff Very informative and helpful, very impressed. If there is a chance, I will go back to stay again. Also nearby is Harrods, just 25 minutes walk. For those who like to walk, can walk straight away.

This is a hotel with a very good price/performance ratio. The location is very convenient. It only takes half an hour to get to Oxford Circus. There is a large shopping mall 2 stations nearby. There are also most shops and a lot of food. The breakfast service in the hotel is very good. The waiters Soad and PedRo Briton are very enthusiastic. This place is in need of renovation. One out of three elevators was functional when I checked in. Another was repaired later, but they’re very slow. The toilet was not secured to the floor. The plumbing fixtures are all from last century. There was a persistent rumbling noise from the heating and ventilation equipment on the roof that some people might find annoying.  The staff were pleasant enough, but the facility needs work.

Staff at The Waldorf are incredibly attentive to any / all needs. I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us. The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety. Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness). The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night. The downstairs bar had a great a**osphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap. Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.
