I often stay at Ibis Styles properties across Germany, and almost always have a pleasant experience. This one was no different. Reception staff is helpful and friendly. If you park on-site, don't forget to read the navigation instructions to exit the underground car park. It is too tight! Get your mind blown at the Indian restaurant Sangam few steps away.

The second time in the B&B in Aalen and the condition has worsened again compared to last year:
Traces of mold in the bathroom, broken drain, dirty switches, broken carpet and sanitary facilities completely worn out.
Unfortunately not recommended without a renovation of the actually new building (built in 2012).

The staff at reception were not very friendly. The rooms are clean and modern. I had reserved and paid for the parking space, but when I returned the parking space was occupied. More parking spaces are sold than are available. In the morning I was woken up by the cleaning lady who opened the door and shouted for housekeeping. The price/performance ratio is not right.
