The location is beautiful, the rooms are pleasant and wide.
It is quite logical to use the Brussels fairs to joke.

The room has been renovated and has a modern feel. Before arriving, we had contacted the hotel via email to confirm that a baby cot could be arranged. We arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning, and the front desk helped us check in very quickly and clearly informed us that there are a lot of free parking spaces for parking outside. The nearby location has good security. Even if we go to the Albert Heijn supermarket by ourselves at night to buy things, we will not feel dangerous. The only thing The heater is too hot, so I can still wear short sleeves when I open the window for two or three times. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Best place to stay as solo travelers! Beautiful decor, a bit far from city center but very convenient to take a direct tram which is about 15-20mins. Would love to stay here again!

Staff were very helpful.
Hotel is located in a car-free area, it took some time to find the entrance. Has a parking garage (for a fee) under the hotel. There is also a parking garage further away (walk 300 meters, is a bit cheaper)
Free coffee and tea available in the lounge.
Room had a view of a beautiful court.

Beautiful hotel, smells gorgeous as soon as you walk in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location is excellent, safe and close to restaurants, bars and museums, as well as the tram taking you back to the city centre, close to the train station. My only criticism would be that the room doors tend to slam, the person in the room next to mine slammed their door early repeatedly in the morning and late at night so I recommend bringing earplugs. I missed having a kettle in the room, as an Irish person I like my tea early/late and not trying to figure out how to use the nespresso machine in the public hallway to get hot water, so even being able to request a kettle would be great. Very clean and comfortable stay. Recommended!

Very good hotel, relatively clean. I don't know if it's because it's pet-friendly, but there was still cat and dog hair in the room that hadn't been cleaned up, all over the pillows.

1. When I entered the restaurant, there were still open glass beer bottles in the refrigerator.
2. Five days into my stay, I reminded them but they didn’t take it.
3. I am not very willing to answer customer service calls. I often can't be contacted when I need something.
4. The quality of the hair dryer is not high
5. The sink is prone to water accumulation
6. The ceiling light has spider silk
The rest of the accommodation is quite comfortable and the environment is good
