I booked a room here specifically because I was checking in late. The web page said 24/7 front desk. I got there at about 1:30 AM. The front door to the lobby was open. I rang the bell on the desk and no one came. I called their front desk on their local number three times and let it ring and ring about 20 times and no answer. I also had pounded on door to the office loudly multiple times and no answer. Ended up having to go to another hotel down the street. It was a totally agravatting situation and a huge waste of time.

I recommend this place. We got the honeymoon suite and the hot tub was amazing! The workers were great and very nice !! Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our getaway stay at the Garden State Inn. It was clean. The Jacuzzi tub was a welcome treat. Great job!
One weird thing at the check-out, the man behind the desk asked us for a tip. ? I said that the tip is for me to give you a Review for the property. We didn't use any services, and the tip would be to the representative who provided it. The end.

No staff available at the front desk. They are not visible and are hiding. I have been going back and fort to ask if I can get a refund for the last 2 nights that I won’t be able to stay at the hotel, but the guy who I talked to always say “I don’t know”, “ talk to the manager”, “ I don’t know when he’ll be back”. Not a friendly encounter with the staff, because it seems like he’s lying to me whenever I was talking to him and did not want me to get the answer I needed.

Upon arrival entering the room there was a smell in the room like it hadn’t been maintained. The room was freezing! Overall I think that even if the room is t used staff should occasionally maintain the room to prevent odors.

There's some guy who asked me all the time if I'm doing good meaning himself looking for cash and I think it's wrong to do that to a guest he's not a maid he works behind the front desk

The receptionist is nice and understanding. Got a decent room for the price you cannot beat. I selected based on reviews and dont regret it.
