Staff are great. The hotel needs maintenance work and basic items like an ice machine. They only serve one brand of beer and no other type of alcohol, this is something that customers should be made aware of before booking. The restaurant only has limited items of the things displayed on their menu.

The hotel was quiet and serene for my stay. The room was very neat and decent. I wish I didn't have to cut short my stay, but will definitely return soon. Customer service was good. Ann was very good at the reception and so were all the staff I saw. Keep it up.

Sweet and serene hotel located at a peaceful, calm and clean neighbourhood not far from the airport. Wonderful room, excellent food and service. Neighbourhood affords you the opportunity to do your outdoor workout while also site seeing if the use of a gym (which is available) is not your thing.

Had a pleasant stay at the cabin hotel. The staffs are very friendly. The hotel atmosphere is very calm & relaxed. The pool and the gym facilities are even well maintained. It's very close to the airport which is an additional advantage. Will choose to stay here on my every visit to Accra.

The stay here is incredible! The hotel’s small size allows for top tier individualized service. I’m picky and did not like the configuration of my original room; but, the hotel staff personally showed me other rooms available until I found one that I loved. That’s service!! Also the food at the hotel restaurant is super tasty. Continental breakfast made to order. Best chicken wings I’ve ever had!! Loved my stay here and the staff is amazing.

I had an amazing experience with my brother here. The environment is quiet and lovely. Their rooms are very tidy and spacious; they’ve got a very nice gym; and they’ve got amazing customer service. The Cabin Hotel is definitely a must-visit for anyone who is in Accra and looking for a hotel to stay at for awhile.

Great atmosphere and very serene. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Given that it was Christmas season, some Carol music in the background would have to great. It was generally a pleasurable experience.

Amazing place to be, quite with a very sweet hospitality. Recommended fully. The waitress are so lovely and happy to assist you with a kind smile and amazing tips on where you can go, places you can visit around Ghana.
