The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was amazing and they did everything to make our stay wonderful including arranging for a tour guide who was fantastic. The location and accomodations were great--it is at the top of a hill away from the crowds. We loved it and will be back!

Ctrip showed 12 o'clock to stay, and at 1:30 pm, the hotel was told that the house was not ready and needed 3 o'clock. We went out with our luggage and went back at 4 o'clock. The house was not ready yet, and I immediately changed it, but from the fifth floor, there was a balcony with six floors and no balcony. It doesn't matter, the quilt in the key room is still tidal, and the hotel is painting and the room smells in the past few days. Also found the front desk brother finally gave a free upgrade to the suite to solve. Breakfast starts at 5 o'clock, more common, bread milk juice fruit. The hotel should be the highest position in the town, but not too far away, the town is not big, the window is facing a mountain, it is mountain view

I emphasise the friendliness of the administrator to solve a disadvantage we had with TV in one of the rooms, and the friendliness of the staff to store our baggage after check out. The hotel's last floor is in construction, but this was not a problem for us as a family.

Is the best experience in Perú , I have several trips around the world , and this hotel is one of the best, is an excellent hotel with clean and comfy rooms, they had grate recommendations, and they will help you with anything you need, the receptionist in the front desk was very helpful,the gentleman who served us excellent breakfast and picked us from the train station,was always so nice too. They have a pretty garden to chill. It’s a little bit uphill but it’s pretty close to the center. The room is clean and the bathroom is also pretty big. Overall it was a good experience.
