Nice hotel

The service provided by the receptionist upon arrival was excellent, but a problem arose in the apartment, which was water leaking from the living room filter, leaving the apartment almost completely flooded. We received no response from the receptionists or the people present, and when we informed them, they did not fix it or replace the apartment, despite seeing water coming out of the apartment door and inside the apartment from 11:20 PM on Friday until after Fajr prayer on Saturday morning. However, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the employee, Youssef, for his kindness and his efforts in fixing the above after he arrived at the reception. Despite the stressful time of handover and departure, he tried to find satisfactory solutions.

The hotel is very average, and the check-in experience is not good

The room is spacious, beautiful view, good atmosphere, but if you change the bed in a different corner from the bathroom, it will be very good. This is the head of the bed next to the bathroom.

The hotel was not bad the room was very big and the staff were very helpful and I didn't tried the food their but the only problem was the hotel location as It was far from the city center and no restaurants near there I think the location for the other golden tulip is better

There is too loud and you look like you and the club. I’m in the eighth floor with my family and we cannot sleep. I don’t know how I explain, but it’s really terrible experience. But it’s one things I like about the hotel the breakfast it’s beautiful.
