Hotel beautifully clean, staff amazing, beach on your doorstep. Great entertainment team, they work really hard. The addition of an visit by traditional dancers was a great touch. Food for me was a little disappointing but, the selection is huge so you can always find something to make a meal. Good value and drinks ate fine. Loved the cheese toasty snacks at the pool bar. Gorgeous hotel, very close to 2 beaches, walking distance to *****, but not so close that you can hear all the parties! Room was lovely, cocktails very good, staff very friendly & welcoming! Only thing I would comment less that 5/5 is there was almost no vegan options at the breakfast, which was a shame as we had paid for breakfast included and I couldn’t eat much! Anyway other than that amazing hotel, will definitely stay here again!

I think there should be thorough cleaning at each guest change. The towels and sheets have many dirty stains. There is little cleaning in the corners of the houses, we always find cobwebs, dead spiders and other animals. In 7 days, we were told that there would be a change of towels every other day and that did not happen. They only changed towels once, and we had to go to reception to ask for new ones. We didn't have a carpet at the entrance to our house, which meant we brought dirt from the street inside. The staff are very helpful and attentive, the pools are wonderful and the location near supermarkets is very good.

Fantastic ten stars super attentive staff I was with 3 children and they managed to provide an excellent location for the apartment. I strongly recommend. To be repeated next year without a doubt. Congratulations are all.

Would stay again. approx. 1.5m from old town but less than 5 euro in Uber. Spotless clean. Staff very friendly and couldnt be more helpful. Great breakfast as part of room booking. Quiet at night but some bars and restaurants within 2 min walking distance.

Breakfast buffet is super invincible and delicious! Especially fruit selection is especially great! The hotel will take the initiative to help parking is free. Hotel dinner is not recommended for single or buffet, the taste is very general, the ingredients are not too fresh. The sea view room has a beautiful sunrise view of the sea on the west side of the sunrise. Also saw the double rainbow! The on-site walking trail is also very convenient to walk to the sandy beach of Sao Rafeal. In the morning, it is empty and there is no one, just like enjoying a private beach. The only downside is that the spa is charged separately by number of people, and the free swimming pool also has to buy a swimming cap to enter.

Good service and elegant and recent room. Little reproaches: no gross mirror in the bathroom, nor a available bathroom shirt. Correct breakfast. You are 10 minutes walk from the beach. If not, a vehicle is essential to move because the area is very quiet.

Amazing place, 2 big bedrooms we booked and they were huge. Clean in general. Had all kitchen and catering amenities. Staff was kind. For the price it was a steal. Highly recommend this place. It’s about 12 min drive to albufeira center. There’s a Aldi in 5 min drive very handy. The place has a common swimming pool we did not use it as it was still a bit chilly and we were tired too. Lot of parking around inside the villa. The only downsides I can say and they are minor the shower could be slightly better spray that’s it. 5/5 for me.

My 5 stars goes to the apartments not Vilamoura itself. One of the best 3 star hotels we have stayed in A credit to the cleaners from the apartments to the public areas all spotless. Free air con included Rooms large and spacious, hob and microwave but no oven. Pool is freezing even in July but lovely once your dunked in! Plenty of sun beds. Spar around 5 mins walk. Use Uber much cheaper than local taxis reception will tell you not to use but just ignore we had no issue in 10 days , Uber for up to 4 people around 5 euros we got dropped off at restaurant il trio and walked down the steps to the harbour . Turn right by the Irish bar use the steps to the right this will bring you to a lovely square of restaurants. Vilamoura itself looks the part but I would not return. Look up and you will see the massage parlours and the **** supermarket, up the side and back streets you will see the gentlemen’s clubs and massage parlours with an atm conveniently situated outside of each. Although this will cause you no problems I couldn’t help but notice the girls outside the massage parlour, drunken men leaving barely able to walk never mind anything else ! On the back and side streets the girls do stand in the doorway calling to the men as they walk past, this will cause you no bother as they are spaced out and it’s done very discreetly, I just find it contradicts what Vilamoura claims to be. It’s easy to just ignore it and not see it if you choose not to. I’m sure it is happens everywhere I’ve just never noticed it before. The marina is lovely, food expensive nice for a few drinks sat overlooking the marina. Would never return though.
