Hotel beautifully clean, staff amazing, beach on your doorstep. Great entertainment team, they work really hard. The addition of an visit by traditional dancers was a great touch. Food for me was a little disappointing but, the selection is huge so you can always find something to make a meal. Good value and drinks ate fine. Loved the cheese toasty snacks at the pool bar. Arrived on our first family holiday with our baby booked 1 bedroom pool view apartment. It was ready on our arrival and as described very clean and comfortable. A number of days our dream holiday turned into nightmare….. it was 4.28am and we were woken by those who were staying in the room above us laughing, jumping around, moving furniture it continued for over an hour as it was our first disturbance and sounded like a few young girls we gave them the benefit of doubt that was was going to be a once off… the following night not a sound however my god did they make up for it the following night/early morning it started at 5:45am our baby woke and my husband had no option but to go to reception however it continued. After breakfast I went to reception to speak with management again explained my grievance only to be asked if I wanted to change room now due to fact it was no fault of ours and traveling with a baby I genuinely did not see why we as a family should move room (I would be of the option the party causing the problem should be moved) !!! We received no satisfaction from reception apology was given. On returning to our apartment later that afternoon there was a printed apology along with 3 apples 3 oranges and bottle of water for inconvenience we had suffered… whilst we appreciated there token it genuinely didn’t make up for the disturbances. Unfortunately I won’t be returning

I went to Albufera in southern Portugal and found a hotel by chance while searching for a tour of Benazill Caves and dolphins. There is no Korean review and only foreign reviews. The hotel was not big but clean and the staff were friendly The hotel was in the center of the Old Town, so all the amenities were easy to use and the accessibility was also the best location The street scenery and the sea natural environment from the window are very beautiful, but it's a bit noisy in the center of the old town. But it's a good place to hear such noise. Be sure to go

I think there should be thorough cleaning at each guest change. The towels and sheets have many dirty stains. There is little cleaning in the corners of the houses, we always find cobwebs, dead spiders and other animals. In 7 days, we were told that there would be a change of towels every other day and that did not happen. They only changed towels once, and we had to go to reception to ask for new ones. We didn't have a carpet at the entrance to our house, which meant we brought dirt from the street inside. The staff are very helpful and attentive, the pools are wonderful and the location near supermarkets is very good.

Fantastic ten stars super attentive staff I was with 3 children and they managed to provide an excellent location for the apartment. I strongly recommend. To be repeated next year without a doubt. Congratulations are all.

Breakfast buffet is super invincible and delicious! Especially fruit selection is especially great! The hotel will take the initiative to help parking is free. Hotel dinner is not recommended for single or buffet, the taste is very general, the ingredients are not too fresh. The sea view room has a beautiful sunrise view of the sea on the west side of the sunrise. Also saw the double rainbow! The on-site walking trail is also very convenient to walk to the sandy beach of Sao Rafeal. In the morning, it is empty and there is no one, just like enjoying a private beach. The only downside is that the spa is charged separately by number of people, and the free swimming pool also has to buy a swimming cap to enter.

My 5 stars goes to the apartments not Vilamoura itself. One of the best 3 star hotels we have stayed in A credit to the cleaners from the apartments to the public areas all spotless. Free air con included Rooms large and spacious, hob and microwave but no oven. Pool is freezing even in July but lovely once your dunked in! Plenty of sun beds. Spar around 5 mins walk. Use Uber much cheaper than local taxis reception will tell you not to use but just ignore we had no issue in 10 days , Uber for up to 4 people around 5 euros we got dropped off at restaurant il trio and walked down the steps to the harbour . Turn right by the Irish bar use the steps to the right this will bring you to a lovely square of restaurants. Vilamoura itself looks the part but I would not return. Look up and you will see the massage parlours and the **** supermarket, up the side and back streets you will see the gentlemen’s clubs and massage parlours with an atm conveniently situated outside of each. Although this will cause you no problems I couldn’t help but notice the girls outside the massage parlour, drunken men leaving barely able to walk never mind anything else ! On the back and side streets the girls do stand in the doorway calling to the men as they walk past, this will cause you no bother as they are spaced out and it’s done very discreetly, I just find it contradicts what Vilamoura claims to be. It’s easy to just ignore it and not see it if you choose not to. I’m sure it is happens everywhere I’ve just never noticed it before. The marina is lovely, food expensive nice for a few drinks sat overlooking the marina. Would never return though.

Amazing place, 2 big bedrooms we booked and they were huge. Clean in general. Had all kitchen and catering amenities. Staff was kind. For the price it was a steal. Highly recommend this place. It’s about 12 min drive to albufeira center. There’s a Aldi in 5 min drive very handy. The place has a common swimming pool we did not use it as it was still a bit chilly and we were tired too. Lot of parking around inside the villa. The only downsides I can say and they are minor the shower could be slightly better spray that’s it. 5/5 for me.

Booked a 3-night twin room to attend a friend's lecture in Lagoa. The hotel, or better, motel is excellent for those on wheels, not for those on foot. If you have disabilities find another town in the Algarve. Some sets of stairs do not have rails, you have to go round the entrance to physically 'get in'. The reception has only 1 staff member when off-season, be prepared and do it all online. Forget questions about taxis, transportation, and restaurant advice is really subjective. The room was very comfortable, the second door to a set of stairs (curled) with direct access to the car park/entry of the hotel area was not. Cold and humidity pass through the doors (front door leading to corridor inside as well), as doors need maintenance. Breakfast is good and varied, for all tastes, except gluten-free options. Internet signal very weak, had to use phone data package. Check-in is only at 4pm. Pro's. besides what I already mentioned: bus terminal 5 min walk, good restaurants each way 5 min walk (one is just next door), supermarket passing the roundabout, beds very comfortable. You can walk to the centre (10 min walk) but the town is without interest, unless you are there for an event, for those on foot, you can stay here and get to know other nearby cities in the Algarve by bus, as the terminal is so close, and it is not expensive to go around by bus.
