Reception Ladies are so rude , men are cooperative Room is to small to fit suitcases No water in the room No water catel No room services No green tea In room Phone is not working so you have to go down and say what you want in person. When I went down complaining, they have sent someone to fix it around 10:00 pm No food selection for breakfast . Reservation process was very bad with hotel , trip team and their own 3rd party . Maybe trip services are okay elsewhere but with this hotel was absolutely below the standard .

The receptionist and the entire hotel team were consistently friendly, polite, and incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. This was my third time staying here, thanks to its convenient location near the airport and the easy access it provides into the capital.

Very nice hotel. Rooms, foods, facilities are great. You can see every part of the world people at there. Price is good. No need for extra price for other hotels. Due it is big and preferable hotel, lobby is always crowdy but who matters? It woul be better if they provide free of charge water in the rooms for drinking but it is OK. NExt time I'll stay there again.

The location is convenient, but the shuttle bus service only runs from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM, which isn’t ideal for travelers. If you book online, be ready for a frustrating experience at the counter, especially if your booking is unclear.

The location of the hotel was great and the breakfast service was on point. The staff was quite ok but the amenities weren’t working 100%.

It was the most smallest room i have ever seen. The beds also are not comfortable and not cosy enough. The breakfast can accaptable especially croissant was so delicious. In totally, I do not recommend this hotel. You have to Think twice.!!
