Vienna International Hotel (Ritu Bangonghu Branch)

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, including a humidifier and Xiaodu smart speakers. The breakfast was very good and very rich. The room on the west side where my friend lives is hotter, but it was fine for us on the other side. Overall, it is recommended.

The overall decoration is good, but the hygienic details of the room are worrying. There are two bottles of shampoo, no shower gel, and the shower head fixing frame is damaged. The most important thing is that the receptionist in the lobby has no sense of proactive service. I feel that it does not matter whether I need this job or not. I don’t know how it got four stars.

The hotel staff is poor and there is no service at all. From the moment I checked in, I was unfamiliar with arranging rooms randomly and separating fellow guests to different corners on different floors. The newly opened hotel has a strong decoration smell, and the elevator also smells of paint. The decoration residue in the room has not been cleaned up, and labels and paint can be seen everywhere. Hygiene is worrying, there are cigarette butts and cotton swabs in the room that have not been cleaned. There were dried urine stains on the toilet. There are also lots of little bugs and moths. There was also a lot of oil on the chopsticks for breakfast, which was outrageous. Vienna was a shadow for those who lived there, and I just wanted to escape quickly, so I left early without sleeping well.

The hotel is very new. but! ! ! It's hot! ! ! Not ordinary hot. At 22:30 in the evening, a guest was too hot and ran downstairs to argue with the front desk. In August, it was hot even wearing short-sleeved shirts. It was not due to the weather. It was only 13 degrees outside, but indoors it was as hot as if the floor heating was turned on. The front desk said that the floor heating was not turned on. But many people were sleeping in the corridor with their doors open, and everyone was speechless. Can such a good hotel provide proper ventilation? It’s inexplicably hot. The corridors are carpeted, making it even hotter! ! All absolutely. In addition, I didn’t know how to turn off the toilet light, so it stayed on all night, and the pillows were too high! Hey, after a 17-hour drive from Xinzang Line, I was looking forward to living in New Vienna in Japan and Turkey. The hardware conditions are very good, but the experience of living there is terrible! It’s such a pity, let’s improve it!

之前沒太懂，為什麼在這個地方，維也納的評分衹有4.2分。後來我終於明白了，這個酒店屬於給4分吧，對不起自己，給個3.5分不冤枉它。 一、設施不行 1.吸氧設備寫的是彌散，實際是插管式，噪音很大，夜裡吵的睡不着。 花這麼多錢為啥？不就是為了搞個彌散式嘛？ 2.地暖不能關，不能調。夜裡熱的要死。 3.房間很多設施有問題，例如把手，花灑，我相信阿姨肯定反饋過，但這麼久了，為什麼沒人修？ 二、服務奇差 兩瓶水喝完了，讓他再給一瓶，告訴我要收費？ 我的天，窮瘋了呢，二星酒店都搶着送水，這還號稱五星？

在日土這種小縣城，能有這種連鎖酒店就非常不容易了，價格四百多，應該是非常不便宜了。沒有其他選擇就是唯一選擇。

第一次知道暖氣不能單獨控制，前台還理直氣壯的，霸氣的很，説所有暖氣都是統一控制，不然就亂套了。麻煩有點常識吧！暖氣每一個迴路都可以設定獨立控制器。一路沒高反，就在這個酒店熱的一晚上沒睡，頭痛高反。太陽西曬一天，再加上暖氣不給你關，房間又悶又熱。一身汗，凌晨實在受不了。打幾個電話，還騙我關了，根本沒有，那人家起碼態度還好，第三次換了個女前台兇得很。四百塊，在縣城也是算貴的吧，有點服務態度吧！每個人體感不同，你們憑什麼不讓每個房間自己控制暖氣。

在班公湖該酒店設施齊全，但服務一般，遺落一個充電器，從九月説快遞的，説十一忙，考慮阿里地區的情況特殊也沒有催，到了十月底乾脆不理你了，也真的無語，望自駕遊的朋友離店仔細檢查物品，不要遺落物品。
