This hotel is good, not great but good. It has all you need and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant has the usual range of food, the breakfast is a little weak tho, I mainly had eggs and bread. The entertainment team were great, we played darts daily and joined in on some other activities. The evening shows were very good and well worth watching. Rooms were good, newly refurbished and all worked well, cleaned daily etc. The hotel is a little dated and in need of some work but this didn’t have a big impact on our stay.

This hotel is in a gorgeous place. The scenery and views are amazing. Beautiful beach. The entertainment team are brilliant, remembering your names making it a very personal experience.

The bar and waiters are amazing and attentive . Food is good and pretty hot . The beach is beautiful The pool is nice and huge . The shows at the evening is very nice as well . There is something for everyone ! I will recommend this hotel to everyone both families , couples and friends .

When I go to the buffet restaurant, I feel desperate. Not a single dish that would seem attractive to a Central European. I have never seen such a repulsive presentation anywhere in the world. There is no sign of a “club” even in the wide open spaces. There is no real entertainment, no warmth, no friendly staff. You are on your own. You can only lie in the sun on the tiny beach section or the artificial land tongue and get bored, no atmosphere. No fun factor, the Turks just can't handle. The Greek island Kos is only 6 km away. There would be high life now for sure; friendly people, good food, fun. But here can unfortunately no fun to be found.

Arrived home yesterday after a 1 week stay (2 adults, 2 children). On the whole we enjoyed our holiday very much. Hotel is clean and tidy and the sraff are friendly and helpful. On our second night my 9 year old daughter fell off the outdoor gym equipment which resulted in a nasty eye injury. We ended up going to a local hospital, the doctor and nurse that patched her up were excellent and we're very thankful for that. I would like to express my thanks to the staff that helped us that night, they made sure that we got the help we needed and it didn't spoil our holiday. Also thank you to the driver they assigned to drive us around for this at no extra cost, and thank you to guest services that followed up with us the next day to make sure my daughter was OK and ask if we needed anything. I would recommend the spa here, they did us a great deal on our first morning. 100 euros for a full package for both me, my wife and both kids were given a treatment too. Turkish bath for all of us, body scrub for me and my wife. Full body massage for us while the kids layed down and relaxed. Then a face mask for all of us followed by pomegranate tea, it was great and the kids loved being included. The food here is nice, usually plenty of choice. The family room we had was a good size and cleaned daily. The pool is huge and slides are fun, the only negative thing I would say is that there are only 2 very small shallow parts to it. Most of it is 1.5 meters deep and my wife and kids can't touch the bottom so have to work hard all the time. Animation team are great and always friendly, trying to get everyone involed. Night time entertainment is always kids disco followed by a different show every day, the Fire Show was great! Beach is small but just about big enough, the water is quite shallow and there are a few fish to see. There's also a beach bar serving soft drinks and beer. Overall we had a good time here and would probably come here again. Weather was amazing BTW

Myself, wife and daughter were here from the 4th of july to the 11th of july. From the second we arrived the hotel was amazing absalutly stunning. The staff were fantastic would do anything to help and make your holiday the best experience possible. The hotel is itself is stunning with its own private beach with water sports, sunbeds, fresh towels everyday. Hotel has shop, jewlers, spa, hairdresser/barber, 4 pools with water slides, tennes court. Restuarant with buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also an al a carte restuarnt that has 5 different cuisens a d was delicious. We have booked again for next year for 11 nights as 7 nights wasnt long enough. Cannot fault the hotel at all fantastic from start to finish and staff are amazing. I would strongly advice anyone to go to this hotel 5 star plus all the way. Cant wait to go back.

A bit expensive to swim in the sea and dont order the coffee £3 a cup of semi warm pee. the little beach is ok but very rocky and soft sand once in. Be wraned. There are guys there raking the beach for the big rocks and clearing plastic from the sea bed.

Food wasn’t very nice didn’t Carter for different tastes , drains smelt horrific had to ring reception twice to get them fixed . Rooms old fashioned/ very thin walls could hear everything in next room , mould in shower . House keeping very friendly and good . Pool bar staff friendly too

Very nice hotel and the animation is exceptional. The fitness room could be better maintained. Shows are very high quality. Beautiful beach right at the hotel. Giant pool with three slides. Kids love them. Good food, I would recommend the all inclusive. Overall, a great experience.
