4N Homestay

I went with Family to Amritsar in August 2023. The Homestay is Bang opposite to the Gate Number 2 of the Golden Temple or Darbar Sahib. Both Anoop Ji and Muskaan Ji are not hosts, I repeat they are not hosts, but they are family. They make the Experience so pleasant that it almost feels like we are a native of Amritsar and the homestay is our house. I remember 2 incidents in which Anoop Ji and Muskaan Ji showed their hospitality to the Max. The first one was that I wanted to try the Legendary Amritsari Kulcha for Breakfast. I asked Anoop Ji wealthier he can provide Kulcha. And believe it or not, the next morning Kulcha was on my Breakfast plate. The 2nd Incident was with Muskaan Ji. It was my Lunch time and Muskaan Ji made me and my family try Punjabi Kadhi Chawal which was made by her mother in law. This was our home in Amritsar. The Bathrooms are very clean. There are very clean rooms. But the greatest things about 4N homestay are the couple Anoop Ji and Muskaan Ji.

We stayed with our family (including kids and old parents). Both Anoop and Muskan ji were fantastic, Even before I booked the stay, I had questions about things to do, checking about local transportation etc. Anoop ji was kind to call me and explain. During our stay, we requested to make special meals and they were accommodated with smile(Muskaan :)). We had breakfast request for even early in the morning and they just did it. They even provided guidance on where to shop etc. They were like family members. Being used to typical hotel type of arrangement, I was initially in two minds if I should even book this, but their family made it very pleasant. Even their kids were were kind and guest friendly. On the final day of our stay they were also able to keep our luggage for few hours, while we finished our local sightseeing. Location is right in opposite to gate 2 of Golden temple, so we could just reach there in less than 30 seconds. Overall very happy. Thank you both!!

Just keep your bag and shoes in your room and walk 30 steps to Golden Temple entrance. Excellent homestay. Clean white sheets every day, air-conditioned room, sparkling clean washroom with hot water (geyser) 24x7. The hosts Anoop-ji and Muskaan-ji have become our family friends in just 3 days we stayed with them. We three stayed in family room with a window, on ground floor. Anoop-ji told us to use kitchen refrigeerator, and pickup water bottles from the reception anytime we wanted (and inform them later)!!! Muskaan-ji served hot tasty food on request. They both arranged one red roses bouquet, balloon decoration & 50th birthday cake (at nominal cost) for my wife, and the surprise & happiness in my wife's eyes made our day memorable. Thank you Anoop-ji and Muskaan-ji for a wonderful home away from home.

Awesome location. Hardly 30 steps away from the golden Temple premises. Fully furnished rooms with chilled A. C.. Mostly in hotels tv not working bt here tv is,also working. Children's going very happy to see cartoons channels. Cherry on the cake is home made food by owner itself . Muskaan ji perpare food so delecious. We loved the breakfast and dinner. So healthy and hygenic. Arrange our airport pick up and drop. Also hire a taxi for city tour. Make our tour very memorable. Highly recommend.
